Are you ready to ditch the daily grind and rejuvenate with a vacation in paradise? We invite you stay in our luxurious yet comfortable beach side condo at the beautiful Seychelles Beach Resort.

Well-appointed and inviting, our one-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo includes a hallway bunk area and a sofa bed in the great room and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

(Please note: We will not accept bookings with 6 adults. 5 adults + 1 child can be done but it is tight. Sorry, this is our second home and we are particular about it.)

Nine-foot walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan offer a panorama view of Panama City Beach's award-winning sugar-white sand beaches and crystalline emerald waters. The elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed lures you to kick back and relax. Equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD/VCR, the bedroom has a private full bath. Comfortable bunks tucked neatly into a hallway alcove are big enough for adults. A second full bath provides convenient accommodations for all your guests. The great room, spacious and comfy, includes 40' flat screen TV and DVD/VCR for your entertainment. Sliding glass doors lure you to step out onto the private balcony and breathe in the tropical breezes while the sounds of the sea lull you to relaxation. Our large kitchen includes modern appliances and pantries stocked with all the amenities of home. With a trip to a nearby grocer and to the marina for fresh-caught seafood, you'll be all set for a homemade gourmet meal In addition to a breakfast bar, a separate dining area offers plenty of seating to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A stacked washer-and-dryer unit adds another layer of convenience, and allows you to pack light.

If you don't want to cook in the condo, simply walk right next door to the famous Schooner's, a lively local favorite that serves the best food, great seafood and famous grouper sandwich, drinks and entertainment - and celebrates each sunset!

At bird's-eye level on the 6th floor, take in the beach and pool activities below, then sit back and witness some of nature's most awesome sunsets. Early morning catch the sunrise and dolphins playing and as they are passing by down the coast.

Nearby are the area’s best casual and fine dining and shopping. You'll also discover plenty of opportunities for diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, and more. In fact, you’ll find onsite or at the marina just about any activity to enjoy on, under, above or near the water. Seychelles Beach Resort is one of the premier resorts in Panama City Beach, located a family-friendly area on the far-east side of the beach. Within walking distance of St. Andrew's State Park, Seychelles is also only moments away from the marina, where you can catch excursions to Shell Island. Locals and visitors alike enjoy an abundance of activities, from the Shipwreck Island water park, to go-carts, carnival rides, miniature golf and much more. Unit was perfect. View was amazing. Convenience to water was excellent.
Unit was perfect. The only thing I wish could be different is having a ramp for taking beach cart down to beach. I understand you want people renting the chairs but they are too low to get in and out of , and too far away from water edge. ( we had our granddaughter and she loves to build sand castles and other sand projects and getting down to & up from the beach with the cart was rough with all those steps.

My husband, myself, and our four year old daughter came to PCB and stayed at Seychelles #607 and we seriously couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was exactly as stated- the condo was gorgeous, clean, and stocked with essentials. Ben was prompt and quick to respond with any questions we had and check in was a breeze! We would 10/10 recommend to anyone with kids and even people not traveling alone, it’s spacious and has a pull out couch as well as floor to ceiling windows to the balcony. You can tell this home is well taken care of and loved. Thanks again for letting us come!

Description and pictures of room are exactly what you get. Very clean! Checking in was a little miss leading to me. Said I’d get information closer to my stay. Had to message property owner late morning/afternoon. Owner was very responsive and explained checkin stuff would come available at 4pm. Other than that we enjoyed our time at this property!

Great room, great view and great trip. Encountered just a few hiccups but The Whites took care of them. The view is amazing. Staying next to Schooners is a huge bonus. I would stay here again. The condominium itself is kept nicely as they have a staff that work constantly keeping the ground tidy.

Overall Disappointing Stay (Long but Honest Review)
Our experience staying here was mixed: Pros: 1. Proximity and ease to beach access was the best part of staying here. Just an elevator ride down. 2. New appliances in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge) 3. Beach view from balcony 4. Bathrooms were clean. Showers were clean and had strong water pressure. Cons: 1. Management needs to make some serious changes to its cleaning and upkeep of the rental unit. (To name the most offensive ones: Hair and stains on towels, dirty and stained bedroom comforter, food and drink remains in kitchen and dining area left from previous tenants, dirty kitchen countertops that were so sticky to the touch that I had to scrub and Lysol them myself) 2. Washing machine was not functional. Both the knob dial and the inner spinning ring were broken. We brought up the issue with the property manager and a technician came later that week and made repairs so that it was at least working. 3. The property has some obvious aspects of neglect and wear and tear. To name a few: A) Some of the towels were completely damaged and could not be used. What was more offensive was that they were strategically folded into “flower” like shapes (think: hotel style towel folding) and displayed on the bathroom counter. But when you opened them, the towel was completely ripped with large holes in them) B) Some of the rugs and furniture should be replaced or repaired as they are noticeably damaged or stained (the bathroom rug, and the bunk bed stair rungs) 4. Our interactions with the property manager were unpleasant. From the first time I contacted him because he was late in giving us the access codes to the property to the last of several message correspondence, Benjamin was not sympathetic or understanding to the issues we raised. He was often defensive, trying to make the issue seem like It was unimportant or just something I should expect from “booking a stay during a busy time of the year”. He did not take responsibility for any of the issues we brought up to him and instead placed blame on either me or his property’s cleaning crew. After my several complaints, Benjamin refunded us a part (less than half) of our total cleaning fee. Instead of owning up to the problems I brought up or even making effort to ask how he can make things right, his effort to just throw some money back at us really showed us how much he didn’t care. Conclusion: Definitely worth staying at this resort, but not this property

Getaway life saver!
The weather in Missouri was predicted to be icy and snow and super cold temperatures, and Benjamin was able to save the week by letting us stay. And even allowed us to extend our stay by a few more days!! We were so thankful 😊. Had a wonderful time. And Benjamin was Super easy to communicate with!!

Perfect Family Getaway
This condo was perfect for my family of 4. We have two boys ages 9 and 7 so the bunk beds were a hit! The condo is clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The owner was easy to reach and respond for any questions. Definitely will be booking here again.

A great setup for a couple's get away. Unit was well appointed and neat/clean. Owner responded quickly to my inquiries and very easy to work with. The campus was also well maintain and clean. Lots of dining options within walking distance to the condo. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
