About this property

The house (50 sqm) is full of charm and modernized in 2012. It has: well-appointed living room with sofa, dining area and open kitchen with washing machine. Nice double bedroom. Bathroom, with shower and floor heating. Small aisle with washer and dryer. Spacious loft that can be used by both children and adults. Bedroom and loft combine 4 comfortable beds, but another two can sleep in the Annex, which is separate from the main house.
Outside there is established a new large wooden deck where there is shelter from the wind. Here it is nice to relax and enjoy many meals. There is a pizza stone oven, a grill, fireplace and two good bikes. The house sits on a large and sunny site with the natural forest in the backyard. There is 100 m to private child-friendly beach where you also find excellent angling opportunities.
The house is at the foot of the hills of Mols so there are numerous hiking and cycling opportunities from the house.
Ebeltoft with its countless attractions is 10 km away and there is a bike path all the way.
The place invites you to an active holiday with the family: fun in the garden with play and games and enjoy the campfire at night. Water activities, as well as numerous trips into the beautiful National Park of Mols. On a rainy day you can go to Ebeltoft and make use of their many attractions and activities.
in Femmøller Beach about 1km away we are fortunate to have a small grocery shop with fresh bread and not less than 3 fine restaurants, if you need to be pampered.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you to Janne for being so welcoming. The cottage is in a fantastic location, was peaceful, quiet, clean and had everything we needed, and we enjoyed walks in the Mols Hills and breakfast and sunsets by the beach! We would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Traumhaft schönes Urlaubsdomizil!

Perfekt! Warmherziger Empfang, top ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sofort wie bei Freunden zu Hause! Der Strand und das Naturschutzgebiet ist quasi vor der Haustür.

Urlaub an Meer in wunderschöner Umgebung

Ein wunderschönes privates Haus mit tollem Garten direkt am Naturschutzgebiet in unmittelbarer Nähe des Meeres. Hier fühlt man sich auch gleich wie zu Hause. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Awesome vaccation

We had a nice and special holiday in this charming house. It was our first time in Denmark and it certainly won't be the last. Above all, we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful deserted beach as well as the wonderful landscape in the national park. Thank you for letting us be guests.

Charming cottage close to the sea

We - a family with 3 children - enjoyed our stay at Tines cottage very well. Charming bright house with terrasse and large lawn to play on. Just a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Good communication to Tine and her sister Janne, who gave a warm welcome to us at the arrivel.

Es war ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist top ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Den Pizzaofen haben wir oft genutzt. Am Haus gibt es eine Terrasse und eine große Wiese, sogar Strandspielzeug war da. Bis zum Strand läuft man etwa 3 Minuten, man überquert nur die Straße nach Ebeltoft. Am Strand gibt es eine Feuerstelle und Sitzmöbel. Ebeltoft ist ca. 10 km entfernt, am Haus führt ein Fahrradweg dahin. Das Naturschutzgebiet Mols Bjerge grenzt direkt an das Ferienhaus und auch die Wildpferde haben uns besucht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren täglich am Strand baden, haben geangelt und sind Fahrrad gefahren. Vielen Dank an Tine, Jørgen und Janne für alles - wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem liebevoll restaurierten und gestalteten Häuschen. Der private Strand ist einfach umwerfend gewesen und den Pizzaofen haben wir mit Begeisterung ausprobiert. Mit den vorhandenen Rädern konnten wir den umliegenden Nationalpark oder Ebeltoft erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Tine und ihrer Schwester war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Kurz gesagt, wir waren mehr als zufrieden und hoffen nächstes Jahr erneut unsere Freien in diesem außergewöhnlichen Ferienhaus verbringen zu können.

Traumhaftes Häuschen

Dies ist wirklich ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen (teilweise mit Kunst/Einrichtungsgegenständen aus Afrika von der Besitzerin) mit großem Garten und einem tollem Strand. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin und deren Schwester war sehr angenehm. Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube und das Häuschen hatte einen großen Teil daran. Zweimal sind sogar die Wildpferde vorbei gekommen!

Nice house but...

The house was really nice and the place is very quiet. Everything in the house was good and well equipped. But the owners are not correct, they want to keep money from your deposit when you don't take the cleaning option. Before our departure , we cleaned the house during 3 hours and everything was left cleaned . According to the owner it was not good enough and they keep money from our deposit, We rent a house with Homeaway every year in different country and it's the first time we have a problem with the cleaning. It's sad to do like this with the tourists, I'm really disappointed...

Das beste Ferienhaus in dem wir je waren

Das Ferienhaus ist viel bessser als man es auf den bildern sieht. Wir waren immer wieder positiv überrascht und haben uns sehr sehr wohl Gefühlt. Alles Sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und alles in der nähe was man sich wünschen kann. Ich kann es definitiv weiter empfehlen und wir werden auch wieder kommen. Einfach traumhaft schön 😍

Das Häuschen sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badezimmer und Küche alles sehr gepflegt und einladend. Der Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar, menschenleer trotz Hochsaison und 30Grad . Es war irre erholsam und entsprechend. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Aber auch wer Kultur mag , gern Rad fährt und Städte erkunden möchte, kommt auf seine Kosten. Ich würde sagen, das Quartier ist ein kleiner Geheimtipp und , wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal hier . Danke an Tine &Joergen

Wundervolles Haus an schönem Ort

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben alles so angetroffen, wie im Angebot beschrieben. Das Haus ist stilvoll und schön gelegen. Wir haben sowohl das nahe Meer, Ausflüge nach Aarhus und die anderen grösseren Orte in der Umgebung genossen. Vor allem haben es uns auch die zahlreichen Wanderungen, die direkt vom Haus aus möglich sind, angetan. Das Städchen Ebeltoft ist ebenfalls hübsch und war immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Wir empfehlen den Ferienort sehr gerne weiter.

In 2012 we decided to take up a position abroad. We needed a place to meet with family and friends when visiting Denmark so when we saw Nymarksvej 4 we fell in love immediately. We renovated the house in respect to its original looks and today it is the place where we enjoy activities by the beach and in the National Pack of Mols and it is the place where we love to gather family and friends!

Why they chose this property

We both originate from Mols and love to be close to nature so Nymarksvej 4 is the place where we live out our dream of biking, fishing, sailing, gathering berries and musrooms and alot of outdoor cooking!

What makes this property unique

The beach is child friendly and has excellent angling possibilities, especially for trout and flounders. opposite the beach you have the entrance to the Hills of Mols with numerous hiking and biking opportunities in the most beautiful nature. Ebeltoft is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Denmark and is situated 10 km away - a good bike tour with biking lanes along the beach all the way! In Ebeltoft you can go shopping in Supermarkets or stoll along the old pedestrian steet with a variety of shops. Ebeltoft and the area around has many attractions. Further more we can recommend a visit to the local fishing shop in Begtrup Vig ( 5 km) where you get a true experience of buying fresh fish on Thursday - Sunday. A visit to Thorup Mejeri by Knebel Vig where you can buy delicious cheese. further more you find many farm stalls by the road and farmers who are selling own produce.
