Experience our Off-grid ready Tiny house in beautiful downtown Sarasota one mile from Main Street. Close to many diverse dining spots, from fine dining, farm to table local seafood. Bike to Lido Beach, St Armand's circle, farmers market Saturday mornings, weekend art festivals, etc. Amenities include kitchenette with 3 burner gas stovetop, microwave, fridge/ freezer, A/C, Fans, Full shower, tankless water heater, composting toilet, queen size loft bed (average agility required to climb up and down), fire pit, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, relaxing hammock, sit on the patio with a cool drink and listen to the morning birds or enjoy the Florida sunset sky. The tiny house is on our property in quiet neighborhood. Payne park host's live music and a skate park, nice track to run or bike. Clean and state of the art gym within walking distance. Walk to Main St. or call Uber/Lyft. Maybe rent a car (but not necessary if you are pretty active). Also, take the Bay Runner, the downtown trolly to the beach.

They weren't fooling

All as advertised...aside from a few bumps on the head everything was good. oh, & the bacteria in the gulf kinda sucked....but the property was really nice.

4th of July Weekend Stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the “Tiny House” experience. Could we do it for a lifetime? No lol. A long weekend was a fun experience though. Be ready for short ceilings in the “bedroom” and a new way to go to the bathroom 😂. Similar experience to staying in a trailer. For the first time while traveling we actually spent some time at the place where we were staying other than sleeping, and we made some wonderful memories. 10-5min drive from all the fun areas. Be sure to check out St. Armand’s and Lido Key Beach, Venezia Italian Restaurant is a must.

Nice experience !

We are an older couple and found it a bit of challenge for the bedroom loft, maybe designed for a younger crowd. I am a retired plumber and have to tell the owners they really need to straighten out the shower situation. It is in a great location, very conveinent. Overall a nice experiience.

Perfect location

Great location — We enjoyed the Tini,and the safe, quiet locale. The Tini is equipped with everything you need, It was beautiful decoraded and very clean. We had no problems what so ever. Location is perfect as described. Lastly the hosts Jason and Sita, They are just great. They help wherever possible and is was very pleasant to live with them and their lovley dogs in such a short time.

We had the BEST stay!

We LOVED living in the tiny house for a month! Sita and Jason have created such a unique experience and have thought of every detail. Highlights: - Living with WAY less stuff around = more time to think, play, and go to the beach! - Being 5 mins. from the Sarasota Bayfront, 10 mins. to Lido Beach, and 20 mins. to Siesta Key. PARADISE! - We had some of the best sleep in the loft. - We cooked nearly every day and it was totally possible in the kitchen (everything you need is provided) - Reliable high speed internet for working (we both worked from there) and Roku to watch whatever you want - It felt super private - like we truly had our own space. - Sita and Jason are seriously amazing people who we were lucky to get to know. The list goes on and on! If you are curious about tiny house living, we highly recommend you try. Just don't book when we want to come back. ;)

Sita & Jason are amazing people! I had the pleasure of staying in the Tiny for 2 months while I completed a school program. You can not ask for better people to rent from. They are not in your business, they make sure you always have everything you need, and they are extremely friendly. The house takes some getting used to, but its what you expect from a TINY house. I loved my stay there and if I ever head back to Sarasota you can bet ill stop by! Thank you both!, -Nate
