A very pretty and charming studio, in one of the warmest and most attractive areas of Paris. The Latin Quarter, steeped in history, with its small old streets full of amenities, very close to the Pantheon: walks, visits, shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars, all the pleasures are close for a pleasant stay.

A large room of 20 m2 very clear and pleasantly decorated. With a large convertible sofa that becomes a very comfortable large bed for the night. A lifting table and chairs for taking meals. A small kitchen cleverly arranged so that everything is easy and practical. A small shower room with a beautiful, very functional walk-in shower.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building, quiet and secure, it has a pleasant terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast!

Close to metro station "Place Monge" (7 minutes) on line 7 and station "Cardinal Lemoine" (5 minutes) on line 10, you are close to all the other most beautiful districts of Paris, Saint Germain des Prés, Notre Dame, Le Marais, etc…

The property was clean and had everything we needed... Even a coffee machine! Lovely secure place.
Had a wonderful time staying in Fabricio's apartment. It is located on the best Street with so many places to eat and people to watch. Fabricio communicated well and even let us stay an extra night that I thought I'd booked but hadn't... Oops! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Great Place & location
Loved the apartment. Cozy and in a great location. Many good restaurants right out the front door. Easy to get to the Metro and very lively at night. The blowdryer worked amazingly, and I wasn't expecting that. We slept very well and couldn't hear the outside noise from the street.

Wonderful spot, excellent host!
We booked a few nights for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed!!! The host accommodated our early flight, communicated quickly, & went above and beyond at check in. We would definitely book this property again! The private terrace was excellent to let fresh air in, TV worked perfectly, tons of outlets, awesome hairdryer. There is a laundromat 3 minutes away but also a washer in the unit that we used too (no issues!). Everything is walkable, very fun atmosphere, metro isn’t too far either. Notre Dame is a 20 minute walk away. Also, La Pie Noir was delicious for dinner. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in Paris!! We will be back!

Great time in the Latin Quarter
The apartment is really small- but maybe no smaller than one should expect in Paris. The street it is on is very nice for restaurant options and the Rue Mouffetard is only a pleasant stroll away (2-3 blocks). We had a great time and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Lovely little studio
My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this apartment. Staying in the 5eme is a treat: no tourists and great restaurants w menus in French and locals all around. Loved the neighborhood and close-by metro. It was too cold to enjoy the terrace, it’s a beautiful extra space that I makes the space feel bigger.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location was better than expected....walk out the door and everything you need is right there. The bed is very comfortable and a nice size. Bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was even milk, bottled water and a couple sodas that we really appreciate. We would definitely stay again!

Happy anniversary
We celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary here. Check-in was a breeze. Communication was great. Apartment is small but was spotlessly clean. It’s attractively decorated and space is well utilized. We slept well. It’s quiet and we were able to enjoy the outside space a few times, too. Location is an active area, metro lines are close. It was a wonderful stay. We’d stay here again.

This is a cozy studio with all the amenities. We particularly appreciated the coffee maker! We stayed 3 nights but it would be comfortable for a longer stay. The patio is lovely. Fabricio and his family were very accommodating with early luggage drop off and apartment access. We would stay again!

Perfect Paris Retreat
We really enjoyed our stay in Fabricio's wonderful apartment. The apartment is in a very convenient and vibrant area but is secluded and peaceful. Fascinating historic origins but is renovated in a very modern style whilst still retaining some of the fabulous historic features. The apartment has all you need for a really comfortable stay, everything has been thought of. The terrace is a gorgeous private space, perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the afternoon or evening after exploring Paris. The Metro stations are a short walk away, as are a couple of supermarkets. Many bars and restaurants right outside your door and a boulangerie right across the street. Thank-you Fabricio & family, we will return to stay again when we come back to Paris!

A gem of a place nestled in the heart of the 5th arrondissement !
No one is there to greet you until you phone the landlord to send someone with the keys ! The outside of the building is old but once inside the studio apartment, it’s cheerful and nicely renovated and on a sunny day one can enjoy the lovely patio as shown in the picture ! The kitchen is a self-service style with modern appliances, well supplied with different kinds of coffee and tea! The only thing missing is the washer and dryer !

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartement war wahnsinnig sauber. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Auch wenn das Wetter keine Nutzung der Terrasse möglich machte, war alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Ein klare Empfehlung! Tolles Viertel, in dem das Appartement liegt.

Recommended apartment in a great area
Fabricio is very helpful and his apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location is excellent, full of bars and cafés and buzzing with life, but not noisy. There is a bedsettee as well as a double bed. Fabricio's brother lives over the road so is on hand for any queries. Highly recommended.

Charming apartment in great location
Fabricio’s apartment is small but attractively and conveniently arranged. The bed is very comfortable! The apartment was very clean and the location is wonderful. A number of thoughtful amenities were included and much appreciated. The terrace is a nice private spot to sit outside. I look forward to staying there again.

A highly recommended property in the heart of the Quartier Latin. Cannot really add to what other reviewers have already said about this wonderful property; however, I will say that the host is extremely accommodating and was more than willing to help me when my travel plans changed at the last minute. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Paris. This is the kind of experience we all hope to have when renting on VRBO.

Quiet nights in history
A true nest in the 5th steps away from the famous place de la Contrescarpe. Sleep next to a medieval wall and enjoy a drink on a cute terrace. Fabricio is a great guest and bends over backwards to help you enjoy your stay.

Our flat was spotless and beautiful. The owner had supplied us with tea, coffee, coke and chocolate.😀 Marc answered all of our questions and calls and even arranged taxi’s for Moulin Rouge and airport. Absolutely recommend this flat!

Wonderful time Latin Quarter in a Paris
Great for a couple. Three adults a bit cozy but workable. Great location. Easy access to everything and the Latin Quarter is full of energy.
