New apartment very functional with private garden and terrace. Private parking is located right outside the garden. An open sheltered area allows you to store and protect bikes or strollers.

Nous sommes venues entre copines pour 3 jours. Le logement est bien situé par rapport au centre et à la plage. Nous avons tout fait à pied. A great place to stay
The property is in an attractive part of Arcachon, lots of trees and quiet roads. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the flat. The owners were very helpful.

Garage en sous-sol aménagé en logement
Il ne s'agit pas d'un rez-de-jardin mais d'un sous-sol, et l'extérieur est limité à une allée de garage. La seule vraie lumière vient de la baie vitrée qui sert d'entrée. Deux petites fenêtres dans les chambres n'offrent pas de vue extérieure, mais sur des murs distants de quelques mètres. Le logement est petit et sa ventilation n'est pas très efficace. Petite salle de bain. Table pliable pour gagner de la place. Le canapé est inconfortable (planche en bois verticale au niveau des jambes), car il s'agit en fait d'un lit. Les propriétaires sont peu sympathiques. Un soir le propriétaire est descendu de son terrain pour nous sermonner sur le fait que nous fumions dans l'allée de garage en prenant un verre, et en nous disant qu'il était écrit que le logement était non fumeur. Il a préféré nous aborder sur le côté "juridique", plutôt que de nous le demander aimablement. La propriétaire ne fait pas de signe amical lorsqu'on s'aperçoit de loin. Le problème est que la location se situe à l'intérieur de la maison des propriétaires.

Très belle location et en plus très bien située. Première fois à Arcachon et ravis. Les commerces sont proches à pied l'océan aussi. En plus cest dans un endroit calme et agréable.
