Perfect for a big family

We absolutely loved our vacation! The home was perfect for a larger family - everyone had their own space. The location was minutes from the beach and the golf cart made it super easy to get down and back. The home was nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall experience at the property was good. Nice linens, plenty of dinnerware, etc. Clean Bathrooms, but floors had not been cleaned. None of the gas lights up steps to carriage house were turned on due to using gas. Nice to have 2 golf carts.. TV service was very poor. Plenty of TVs but none really worked except one in main room. All used TIVO and poor internet wreaked havoc on all of them. The living area room including porch could really use some lamps.

My family and I have been coming to Watersound for years. We love the area and the community. This house was nice and we loved the golf carts. But to be honest this house was not quite up To the usual 360blue standards. There no outdoor lights at all. They had gas lights but for some reason the lights would not turn on. Maybe the gas was turned off. Inside there were several missing or burned out lights. When I called about them, they were replaced the same day. With so many light switch plates it would be a good idea to label them. Also, the exterior of the house needed pressure washing and painting. Overall it is a nice house, we loved the floor plan and all of the chairs and umbrellas. It just needs a little TLC.

The Spencer/Lance family (10) celebrated our 10th anniversary of staying in Watersound this past week. We fell in love with the property the first time we saw it and have stayed in different houses and the Condos in that time. We love having access to the beach club and all the amenities. Our house on Signal Court was a good layout for our family and was great having two golf carts, the internet and phone service was a bit ‘spotty’ and could have been cleaned a bit better. Although the few issues we had were taken care of promptly. Service at beach club was not quite up to par, (communication issues) (‘Tommie’ as usual took care of our family as he has for years) food was good, love having second pool and restaurant. The staff on beach were awesome helping with chair setup to special request. We love the area, the properties, and will continue to celebrate our family time there! see you n Cr year😎

The property is very nice. The lack of phone or internet coverage in the guest house is a problem. The gas light on the front porch and the side porch stayed on constantly. Not a huge problem but the front porch light shines in the bedroom window and there are not black out curtains. We called about this and no one ever came to check on it or to tell us what the problem was. We did request that the grill be cleaned and it was done promptly.

Watersound is a fabulous property. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. However, there seemed to be a shortage of them especially in food service at the Beach Club. The other issue we had was the difficulty with connectivity both on the property and at our house. Those are the issues that were the difference between 4 and 5 stars.
