Semi-detached farmhouse on 2 levels offering a 23.4 m² living room with dining area opening onto the terrace with sea view, a 7.22 m² fitted kitchen with storeroom, 2 bedrooms (double bed and 2 single beds) with cupboards and airco, a shower room, separate toilet with window. Free parking space.

Access to the house after about twenty steps to climb.

In the secured domain of the "Mas de Gigaro" offering tennis (deposit of 100 €, 40 € / week) and supervised collective swimming pool from june to september (deposit of 50 €, 10 € / pers. / week, free for children under 7 years old).
Wi-Fi only at the club house with free access.
Rental house hold linen : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels, including bath mat and tea towels.

Lage traumhaft. Interior ok. Steckdose mit offene Kabel im schlafzim.lebensgefährlich . Schlafzim. Im August ohne Klimaanlage zu Heiss. Nachts Rücksichtslose laute Franz. Eigentümer rechts von uns.

Beautiful view on Mediterranean Sea

This house has a wonderful view on Mediterranean Sea and is equipped with everything you’ll need for daily life. On the downside it’s a 20 minute walk to the beach and house has no air conditioning.

Lieu calme mais trop loin de tout avec des accès pas très bien ( marches , pentes ...) pour des personnes à mobilité réduite Obligé de prendre la voiture pour tout même pour aller à la piscine où nous ne sommes pas allé du coup
