Why they chose this property
My house has been in my family for over 70 years, passed down from my Grandfather. It is an Denver original, built in the 1890s, but completely remodeled with newer appliances and features.
What makes this property unique
My house is in the best location in Denver. It is in the middle of everything, but also on a quiet tree lined street. Guests do not need a car. Most attractions are within a mile or less from my house.
