About this property

If you are looking for nostalgic, this home is it. Built in the early 1900's, it has sleeping for up to 12 people. You have ocean views from three bedrooms, plus the following updates; remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. New Queen mattresses and pillows for a great night sleep! The house is located on the North side if Seaside at 235 12th Ave.

This home offers wireless internet access, two large living rooms and great off street parking for up to four cars. There is also a nice back yard and deck to enjoy with a gas grill! Located one half block from the beach so walks along the Promenade are a must! Just keep in mind that this home is three stories tall so there are a lot of stairs to consider.

One living room is complete with a gas fireplace and great ocean views. The second living room has a TV and 2 couches. There are six bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The seventh bedroom has one queen and two twin beds. The bedroom on the third floor has its own private bath. There is also a private reading area on the third floor. Great for families.

Sorry, no pets allowed. Please leave your pets at home. If you bring a pet you’ll be charged the damage deposit plus any other expenses. The house is located in a residential area. Good Neighbor rules apply which include limited noise and NO noise after 9:00 pm. If a noise complaint occurs and the issue is not corrected, you will be asked to leave. Renters are responsible for their personal property.

Great Family Place

Great place for large family - everyone had a nice bed and plenty of bathrooms, too. Very close to the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Steps to the beach!

We stayed here for our family reunion and it was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach made it so easy with little ones- we could do several quick trips to the ocean each day without much preparation. The house is set up great for a large family, different sitting rooms where everyone can do their own thing. We loved it!

PERFECT HOUSE for a LADIES GET-A-WAY WEEKEND

House was perfect for our annual ladies' weekend get-a-way. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfy beds. It was a very windy weekend but that did not deter us from enjoying our time outside. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful for family vacation

Location was great. Easy walking distance to beach & downtown Seaside. The home was perfect for our extended family of 12. Great kitchen. Three seperate livingroom areas. And 4 bathrooms, each having showers!!! We will definitely return.

Christmas getaway

This home was a perfect size for a family of 12 and a great location. Just steps away from the beach and the Prom. Multiple living spaces to be able to spread everyone out. We would definitely stay again.

Christmas at Seaside

We had a wonderful weekend stay for our annual family Christmas. We used to rent the house next door, but as our family grew we needed the extra rooms. This was the perfect solution with comfortable beds and it was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful home!

We sure enjoyed our stay at this beach house. Lots of room, plenty of bedrooms and living space for our family of 10! Enjoyed the clean home and well stocked kitchen. The only minor drawback was that there was no heat in the upstairs where the bedrooms were located, otherwise, plenty of heat downstairs with the gas fireplace and heater. But we were comfortable enough (our 87 year old parents were a little too cold). Would love to stay here again!!

Had a Fantastic stay, beds were super comfy nicely laid out kitchen super easy to walk to the beach and down to the 12th street bridge, our only complaint is the narrow driveway with using a longer truck

Amazing house....close to the beach!

We love this house!! Perfect for our yearly weekend admin retreat. Loved that we could each have our own room. Only negative was the cooking stove. It was not level and it made it tricky to cook for anything that required a fry pan - like omlets. It was a balancing act to get the egg part to be evening distributed during the cooking process but otherwise the kitchen came fully stock with everything we needed for cooking, eating, etc.

Fun friends weekend

Our stay was amazing. The house was perfect for a friends weeekend. There was several places for us to sit and catch up. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The access to the beach was close and you could see the ocean from certain rooms. Overall, this property was amazing and all of us would stay there again.

AWESOME SIBLING REUNION

All of us siblings and spouses have not seen each other for over 4 years. What an awesome place to stay. Loved the different sitting areas and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were plentiful had enough for our group of 10. Loved how close it was to the promenade and beach. Perfect location. Did have a little issues with cars parked on the street to get to the back parking area. Also I would suggest have a nightlight in the hallway where the bedrooms were. Above all I would suggest this place for anyone. We will come back definitely. Thank you

Perfect house for our Seaside Volleyball Tournament group.

This house worked great for our group of adult volleyball players. Lots of bedrooms. Multiple living spaces which came in handy as some people had to work during the first few days. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is close to the courts but a bit out of the craziness. Hoping to come back next year.

Great beach house

Great beach house short walk to the beach and the prom path to downtown. Downtown is a short 15 ish minute walk. Had all the amenities as well lots of bedrooms and space. Tons of parking in back too. Hope to be back.

This has been the perfect family vacation house for our annual trips to Seaside. Recent upgrades to the front porch and railing were really appreciated as were the new kitchen items. The location, the many bedrooms/bathrooms, and the well-stocked kitchen keep us coming back.

Sibling get-away

My husband & I joined with 3 of my siblings and their spouses for a few days at the beach. 2 of the couples come from hot, inland states so it was a bit chilly for them but we all enjoyed the house and its location to the town. My friends and I just returned from a 4 day stay. The house is in the perfect location. It is very close to the north end of the prom and in a very quiet location. Beds were very comfortable and house was clean and well stocked with plenty of pot, pans, dishes and silverware. Will return.

Girlfriends going to the beach together!

We were so thrilled with the seven bedrooms and four bathrooms! All the ladies were so happy to have their own rooms to sleep in! The house was adequately supplied and we loved the back deck.
