A large sleeping mezzanine (easily accessible via a real staircase) provides access to a real bed for 2 persons.

C’est mignons et sécuritaire

Le propriétaire gentil , emplacement très bien situé et proche de tout dans un cartier sécuritaire, l’appartement beaucoup trop petit pour 4 adultes , mezzanine minuscule ( plus pour deux enfants) l’annonce laisse croire qu’il y a trois lits mais c’est deux lits double ,cuisine 5 pieds de haut

Très bon emplacement, hyper calme, accès rapide aux transports en commun. Logement propre et cosy, suffisemment équipé, reposant, on y dort très bien! très bon accueil de Thierry. Bref, une bonne adresse!

Wonderful location, beautiful apartment

This is in a superb location, just steps from the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Luxembourg metro stop, which is a huge convenience if you're coming from or going to CDG airport. It has all you need, it's super quiet, and Thierry, the property manager, is very helpful.

Skøn lille lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Skøn lille lejlighed i gå afstand til alt i Paris. Vi havde en lille uge i lejligheden. Havde regnet med, at vi ville lave morgenmad og evt. aftensmad i lejligheden, men køkkenet var for lille og for for mange fristelser i byen. vi tilbragte ikke mange timer i lejligheden, men et rart sted at komme hjem til. Der var rent og pænt. Håndklæderne lugtede af, at det var rygere, der havde vasket dem, men pyt de var rene. Vi blev mødt af Theirry da vi ankom og kunne komme ind med det samme, hvilket var rart. Ligeledes fik vi lov til at have vores bagage stående på hjemrejsedagen, så vi ikke skulle gå rundt med vores bagage. Alt i alt et skønt sted og kan klart anbefale lejligheden til andre.

Tranquil nest in the heart of Paris

This small charming apartment was a perfect nest to return to after each day out in the city. It was exactly as advertised, everything very convenient and all amenities up to date. The courtyard gardens are truly beautiful and the apartment surprisingly quiet - only the birds (from the Luxembourg Gardens?) to wake us. I am recommending this apartment to a friend who will be traveling the end of this summer. Thierry was extraordinarily kind, patient and helpful.

A great place to stay.

The studio is cozy, clean, well equiped and the location is superb. Very close to the Luxembourg Garden and within two blocks from the Blvd St. Germain. The heater works fine, which is critically important during the winter. The place is very quiet. I strongly recommend.

Excellent place. I would definetely go back there.

The place is very organized, the kitchen has everything one needs to cook, for those who, like me, don't like to go out for dinner every night. The studio is very clean and cozy. Amazingly quiet and the heater system is very efficient. I would strongly recommend. Last but not least, Thierry is very helpful with everything, which helps a lot after an 11 hours flight.

Mon séjour au quartier latin

Le studio est très confortable. Il est près de la Sorbonne, de l'Odéon et du Jardin du Luxembourg. La rue d'access est riche en restos et commerce. Il y a deux arrets du metro près de l'appart: Cluny-sorbonne et Odéon. L'appart donne sur un cour très calme et la copropriété est de haut standing.

Comfortable, quiet, centrally located - perfect!

We normally visit Paris 3 times a year since we moved from Paris 8 years ago. We know Paris and have been struggling to find an apartment that had all the elements we enjoy for a perfect visit. This apartment had them all! It is very well lit so even on the darkest days, the inside is bright and cheerful. The bathroom is very well organized with a roomy shower. It is extremely quiet since the apartment is located in an interior court. Since our visit was during January, we found the heating worked well and we were very cozy. The neighborhood has a great selection of restaurants. And the location near the Jardin du Luxembourg allowed us to have some exercise each morning before heading out on our day's adventures. We have already booked our next visit because we really enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location- plus clean and safe

Je suis originaire des États-Unis et j'ai besoin d'un endroit pour rester à Paris pendant cinq semaines où je pouvais travailler à distance par ordinateur / téléphone. 48 Rue Monsieur de Prince était parfait! Ce studio est idéalement situé dans le 6ème arrondissement. L'appartement était très propre et offrait toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin pour pouvoir travailler à distance de Paris, ainsi que pouvoir marcher vers les sites touristiques locaux. Le gestionnaire de la propriété était accessible par courrier électronique, téléphone ou texte et était très réactif, au besoin. Alors que l'appartement est idéalement situé et à proximité de nombreux excellents restaurants et cafés, c'était très calme et sécurisé. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour un hébergement à court ou à long terme. Il est très pratique d'accéder au RER (2) Blue Line et aux beaux jardins du Luxembourg, à la Sorbonne, au Panthéon, et à quelques pas de Notre Dame.

Studio Rue Monsieur Le Prince

Très joli petit studio sur deux étages situé dans une cour intérieure dans un quartier très tranquille. A proximité de nombreux centres d'intérêt. L'accueil fût chaleureux malgré notre retard. Le studio était propre et fonctionnel. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour. Merci à nos hôtes.

Quiet and Convenient Flat

The flat has a really great bed for relaxing in after a day of excursions. The location is really convenient for the city metro and RER B from CDG. Thierry was a gentleman and accessible during our stay and very accommodating while we were in Paris. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Merci!

Shipshape appartement! Idéal pour une vacance avec 2 à Paris

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit appartement. Il est beau, shipshape et tout ce que nous avions besoin était fourni. L' appartement est très bien situé près du Parc de Luxembourg et la vie animé du quartier Latin et Saint Germain des Près et en même temps, c'est très calme car situé chez une belle seconde cour. PARFAIT !!!

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Paris : à proximité de tout et tout y est ! Fonctionnel et très joli, au calme dans un quartier vivant, il est une base parfaite pour se reposer après avoir arpenter les rues de Paris. Une adresse à garder !!!
