DETAILS: This stunning WaterSound condominium home offers all of the luxury of a beach house with the convenient location and wonderful amenities of a condo. With three guest bedrooms, a bunk room, and wonderful accommodations for 8 guests, this home offers everything you need for the perfect 30A getaway!

Exquisite emerald coast views provide a tranquil welcome and can be seen throughout the main living area, making this condo a peaceful escape by the sea. Marble countertops, premium Viking stainless steel appliances, and convenient wine rack make the chef's kitchen a wonderful place to prepare vacation meals. The nearby dining area features a beautiful round wood table and upholstered seating for six guests, with additional seating on the nearby balcony. Pro: location, view, space, mattresses Con:lack of quality cooking utensils, knives, pots & pans, slip covers needed cleaning, bed sheets were thin. For the price it was disappointing. Only 2 parking places but additional parking space was allowed by the security guard

Great view!
Ended up being a bit tight for 7 people, and yes the beach is not as easy to get to as you might wish, but overall great place to stay. The view was amazing (especially on our last night with an intense thunderstorm and lightning--so great to sit on the balcony and watch!). The pools in the community are very nice and not overcrowded at all. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and I think that's the plus or the thing you're paying for that is unique to Watersound. The kitchen was pretty small, very limited dishes and cooking equipment. But it was enough for our needs. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms... The only real negative was that it's not really rental by owner, where you can get in touch with the actual owner of the property. Going through 360 Blue is a different experience. They have a huge number of properties to keep up with, couldn't tell me if we would be able to check in early or not because they had no way of knowing... and turned out we couldn't even check in until a few hours late because the cleaning had run behind schedule. Ended up being okay but it's just not the same VRBO experience that you get when dealing directly with owners. They did leave some fun welcome gifts though!

Perfect stay!
Home was very clean and in a great location. Having the complimentary beach service was great too. Beach access is only a 5-6 minute walk. Views from the second floor are awesome! Only gave 4 stars for check in process because security did not have our information when we checked in for our parking pass, so it took a little longer than it should have. Aside from that, no complaints!

Very Fine Accommodations
This unit was very nice in the appointments and amenities. The location in proximity to the beach was a little bit of walk but once a less winding path was discovered, turned out not to be so bad. Enjoyed the inclusion of the beach chairs and umbrella as part of the rental rate. Adding more chairs through the rental co. was very easy too. Some things to be aware of if looking to rent. 1) Cone-type filters for drip coffee maker. Would have preferred a K-cup-type machine but this served very well. 2) If using the grill by the pool, you will need to improvise for cooking utensils. Could not locate a bbq spatula, thongs, etc. Also, lighting the grill is a little tricky and you may need to supply your own matches or lighter. Parking is right in front.

The property was well appointed, beautiful landscaping, nicely decorated. Pool was great and location to beach good. The home was a great home away from home. The only problem we encountered were mean neighbors behind the property who began to complain when we began unloading. But mean people can be overlooked while the experience was overwhelming.

The beds are comfy, the condo itself is beautiful and very clean. It’s also been well maintained (our unit here last year was not), has a breathtaking view AND the included executive access to Watersound Beach Club was the icing on the cake! All in all this unit exceeded our expectations. The kitchen could be stocked a little better (lacked salt, pepper, etc) and they need bigger coffee cups-ha!, but overall was not a big deal. We plan to stay here again next year!

This is our second year to visit Watersound. The condo we rented this year was in Bldg A, last year we were in Bldg C. We thought being closer to the beach it would make things easier for the kids, however we felt Bldg C was worth every penny. The reason why: this condo made it difficult as a family, the kitchen was poorly stocked for cooking, we have four kids so eating in is easier, no broom available, again four kids and you can imagine the crumbs. When I rented the unit I was ok with not having free bikes as we would rent them, but it did once we arrived. Most importantly, I really felt that 360 should consider going to offering the free 1 hr of paddle boards at the beach, this was a highlight for our girls last year, however, that is no longer an amenity, and really who wants to get in a car to Watercolor to get those amenities. If those features do not matter to you then consider this unit, beautiful decor, clean and the view is amazing. Be back to Watersound next summer, can't wait!

We had a wonderful stay in The Crossings A103. The views of the Gulf from our deck were amazing. There were 8 people in our group and the unit afforded all of us privacy, quiet sleeping arrangements, separate bathrooms and a kitchen well stocked with all dishes, pots & pans and utensils needed to cook meals. The Beach Club was a short walk with beautiful pools and restaurant. I am attaching a photo of my granddaughter enjoying the beautiful beach. We love this area of Florida and hope to return next year.
