l'appartement trés spacieux

L'appartement calme est bon situé pour faire des excursions dans la forêt tropicale.Pré de la maison il y a une plage de sable noir.Les Loueurs sont très attentifs et secourables.Vraiment une bonne hospitalité mais nous n'avons pas eu wifi dans l'appartement quand même.

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour près de la plage de Ste Claire . C'est grand et confortable il y a tout ce qu'il faut . Goyave est un secteur tranquille et très bien situé pour visiter la basse terre. Très bon accueil, très belles rencontres . Merci

Plesant top view apartment

We are two older adults which stayed two weeks at Christine’s place at the end of January. Christine’s place is hard to find, so we had to stop at a small grocery store and had a customer call Christine. Christine came immediately and led us to her rental. She gave us a plate of food which was much appreciated since it was 8pm and we hadn’t eaten since boarding our flight from the US. The rental is on the top floor of a two story with a full length wrap around porch. The porch contains a four piece table seating and two lounge areas. The living area is of open design with kitchen, dining area and living room area all in one long room. The kitchen has a modern touch control cook top and stove. The only missing equipment was a potato masher and a sauté pan to fry an egg or two. As a plus, one wall of the kitchen opens up via motorized shutters to the outside and a view of the ocean. The two bedrooms were large with a/c and their own toilet and shower. For the price, this rental is one of the best bargains on the island. The town beach is a short walk from the rental. Our favorite beach in the area was “ Plage de Roseau “ a few miles down the road. This beach is never very crowed and has ample parking. A barrier reef and man made jetties form shallow lagoons perfect for wading and immersion.This beach is not as pretty, the water not as clear, the sand not as white as St. Anne on Grande Terre, but here you can find peace and quiet and space, and not feel like an ant on a sugar cube. Christine’s rental is in a good location to explore the waterfalls in the mountains and other beaches along the coast. As a bonus, we were able to view Carnival right down the road from the rental. Several busloads of costumed revelers were brought in from around the island. They formed a parade of dancers and bands half a mile long.

CE gite est a recommander rien a redire tout est conforme a la description initiale Les propriétaire sont très gentils et très serviables Beaucoup d attention vis a vis de leurs locataires Ils nous ont fait profiter des bons aliments locaux

bon rapport qualité prix

Appartement très agréable , bien aéré avec une belle terrasse et grand séjour . Bonne climatisation dans les chambres . Le site de Goyave est à l écart des grandes agglomérations et bien tranquille pour se reposer le soir . Christine est d un excellent accueil.

Ssituation idéale, grand espace, excellent accueil, éloigné des grandes concentrations touristiques

Nous avons apprécié en premier lieu le chaleureux accueil de la propriétaire, sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. Nous avons fait un large usage de la grande galerie qui nous a permis de prendre la totalité de nos repas à l'extérieur, à l'abri du soleil. La plage de Goyave n'a rien à envier à bien d'autres plages de la Guadeloupe. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hébergement. J &e E DENIS M & O GUILLET

Accueil chaleureux. Nos hôtes étaient toujours disponibles.

Logement agréable et spacieux. Bien équipé. Hôtes très sympathiques. A proximité de la plage de Sainte Claire, très bien pour le footing. A recommander.
