Welcome To Magnolia Blossom Villa! South Facing Pool in Prime Location.

-PLEASE NOTE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE POOL/SPA HEAT OR USE OF THE BBQ. YOU MAY ELECT OPTIONAL HEAT FOR $30 PER DAY ($34.05 WITH TAX) AND/OR USE OF THE BBQ WITH 1 TANK OF PROPANE FOR $57 PLUS TAX WHICH WILL BE BILLED LATER WITH A SPECIAL INVOICE. These rates are for an electronic payment or check, if paid thru VRBO or by credit card the rate is slightly higher due to fees involved.

-All guests must be age 25+ or with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
- Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has charging stations for EV's.
-Located in Windsor Hills, our recently updated villa is a short drive away from all of the Orlando attractions.
-We provide the best vacation experience in a home that is completely equipped with every comfort in mind. There are six spacious bedrooms, two Ensuite, along with a game room and sunshine filled pool-spa. The pool area has a wall mounted smart TV and 2 ceiling fans to enhance your outdoor experience.

Windsor Hills is the premier villa location in the Disney area and it features many on-site facilities to add to your holiday fun, including small cinema, putting green, basketball court, tennis courts, gym, and communal pool with water slides and splash pad - all free with your booking! Wonderful property, pictures are exactly how the home is. Owners are very communicative and answer all questions rapidly. House is in an amazing location convenient to everything Orlando has to offer. Heat the pool and spa / it was spectacular. The game room was a huge hit as well.

Great home base for the parks!

We stayed here for two weeks. The place was great. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent. We liked the amenities and even did some crafts at the kids club in the main building. The pool and hot tub were great. A perfect trip!

Perfect location

We were celebrating my partners milestone birthday and wanted somewhere suitable for a family party of 5 adults and 2 children (8&2). Magnolia Blossom provided everything we needed from excellent communications, information, amenities and comfort. It is perfectly situated for accessing the theme parks at Walt Disney World and Universal. The furthest being a mere 15-20 minutes drive. Windsor Hills gated community is very clean and has fantastic amenities for the days resting from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. The water splash park was brilliant for everyone in our party. They shop on site also cooks fresh pizza to order too. I would whole heartedly recommend this property for anyone who wants comfort and service to make their holiday that bit better.

Beautiful villa, great location for parks.

We stayed for two weeks in this beautiful villa, which gave us a great base for going to and from the parks, as well as a lovely place to chill out when we needed a rest. Everything was well kept and as advertised and the complete security made us feel safe and at home. The villa owners were great at communicating with us, particularly when organising for extra guests to be added at the gate for our wedding. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Good House, Great Location

The house was as described in the listing. We ran into a couple of hiccups that the home owner was quick to address. Proximity to Disney Parks is perfect and the neighborhood has lots of amenities that come included with the house rental.

Great House

We booked this house for 4 of our managers who attended a trade show in Orlando. Each of them had their own private bedroom and ensuite and then lots of space to come together at the end of each day. It was perfect.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful property. The listing is very accurate. We had a group of 14 and this property got our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was a problem with the air when a breaker tripped. I reached out to the management company twice with no response. I then contacted Darcy the owner and within minutes someone was on site to fix. Highly recommend this property.

3 Generation Florida Vacation

Our house was as described. It was across the street from a great playground. The pool and splashpad were 10 min. walk away. Excellent facilities. Cafe with reasonable prices. Our hosts responded promptly to our problem with the pool. Fixed in one hour. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Our one complaint was that the pool area needed a little upkeep. That said, the pool was heated and warm enough for everyone and the kids had a great time. The garage rec room was also a big hit. Many thanks to our hosts for their excellent communication. We had a great time.

Awesome house!

The house was set up perfect for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. Owners were very quick to reply on any questions. We paid to have the pool heated as it was January and it was perfect!! Great location to everything!!

Beautiful Home, Convenient Location

Great, spacious, family friendly home! So close to Disney! Safe, gated property. We had unexpected maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was easy and helpful, overall. The maintenance team on-site are friendly and super helpful. Agree with previous guests that more routine inspections of home systems (pool, HVAC, appliances) would be helpful before guest arrival.

Nearly perfect

We stayed at the property for ten days in June 23. Overall, we had a great time and the property was lovely apart from a few minor issues. It certainly has a wow factor when you open the front door. A couple of the issues we experienced have been raised in previous reviews and they haven't been rectified unfortunately. The lock on the back patio door needs fixing or replacing and the lanai has several holes in, leading to insects and squirrels entering daily. The in-built microwave above the cooker didn't work, but the property management company were really quick to provide another for us to use. A few of the walls are looking rather tired with damaged picture frames and marks/scratches to the paintwork, but nothing too major. The property is perfectly located for Disney, Windsor Hills resort is nice and you feel very safe walking at night. The bedrooms are well proportioned and with our party of eight, we felt very comfortable. The kids loved the use of the pool and the games room. Be aware that the juke box also does not work. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay and we wouldn't hesitate in coming back, but a few cosmetic updates from repeated rental use would make it perfect.

Wonderful Disney Trip

We stayed here for a week while we explored Disney parks with our kids and another family. The house was perfect! The kids loved the themed rooms and playing in the pool.

Lovely Home

The Home was beautiful and had amazing accommodations for my family. The house was clean , the instructions were a great help and we really enjoyed our time . The community was welcoming and the area is great for shopping and Disney excursions . The only critique is to update the hole in the upper screen in patio area. We had a few visits from a couple of squirrels that came into the pool area which frightened the kids and family but eventually he found his way back out. Also updating the washing machine would be great since with swimming you are washing towels which are heavy when wet so we were able to only wash 4 towels at a time . However , I rated a 5 out of 5 because none of those things overshadowed the amazing time we had in the home. Also, many thanks to Darcy for making sure we had our entry gate passes and she was very responsive leading up to the vacation . I would definitely refer the home and come back to stay again !

Great place

We absolutely loved the house, the location and especially the owners. If we had any questions we would message them and I would always get a quick and helpful response. I spoke with Leslie before we went and she gave me a lot of helpful information. The location of the house was great. We had three small kids and they loved the park. The house was close to the entrance, the main lobby and water park. And the castle park was right across the street. It was well worth the money to have the pool heated. We used it a lot even later in the evening. Since it was January it was still pretty cold at the big water park. We would have probably used it more if it would have been warmer. The day we were there they had live music that was really good. If we come back we would definitely stay there

Perfect Home

We rented this beautiful home during our stay at Disney. It was the perfect location, near Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants and close to all Disney parks which was so convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay, the owners were super responsive and so nice. We really appreciated the little things that made it homey and festive, like a Christmas tree, nightlight in bathrooms. Kids really enjoyed the game room, especially the Foosball table. Unfortunately, it was quite cold during our stay so we were not able to utilize the pool as we hoped or had time to utilize any amenities available. We would definitely stay here again in the near future.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

Our group of 6 had an amazing time at this property. I appreciated having the loud pool alarm to ensure safety with a pool on the property (even though we probably annoyed our neighbors trying to get used to it - you have to press a little harder than expected when entering into house from pool for alarm to disengage properly). Being so close to both the playground and the community water park was a big perk when having 4/5 year olds with. Arrangement of bedrooms was great too, could have a much larger group and still feel there was plenty of space. Having two living areas was also nice. Kids could watch TV in one while the adults visited in the other. "Cons": I wish there was some cleaning supplies on site to help maintain cleanliness through stay (chlorox wipes or spray), but Walmart is close and we understand why minimum products are provided. Wifi information was missing from book but hosts were so prompt when issue was identified and wanted to resolve ASAP. Would be nice to have salt/pepper, pan spray etc., but again, Walmart is close! Definitely recommend this house for all ages! We hope to return in the future. Thank you!!!

Family Vacation

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of space for a family to share and have their own privacy as well. Great location, convenient to everything. The host also immediately answered and helped with a last minute request.
