This detached house (no immediate neighborhood) is ideal for 4 people (children over 5 years old)

In Perros-Guirec, in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, 600 m from the beach of Trestraou, 5 min drive from the city center and Ploumanach.
This charming house is located in a quiet area, sleeps 4 and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday.

It has been completely renovated and equipped to new and beautifully decorated in the seaside style creating a warm atmosphere.

It has:
1 spacious room on the ground floor with a large bed of 160 by 200 (new bedding).
1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 twin beds 90 x 190 (this room is not suitable for children under 5 years)
1 bathroom on the ground floor with shower, toilet and washing machine.

A large living / dining room with sofa and comfortable chairs (the table can accommodate 6 guests)

Originelles, sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus

Schönes restauriertes ehemaliges Bauernhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet in toller, ruhiger Lage. Die Küche könnte mehr Beleuchtung und etwas bessere Ausstattung mit Töpfen usw. vertragen, der eigentlich sehr schöne Hof eine gemütlichere Möblierung. Insgesamt aber: alles top!

Nous avons passe une très belle sem. Logement conforme aux photos. Très belle décoration. Idéal pr 4 pers avec une cour fermée pr les enfts. Idéalement situé, dans un endroit très calme, à 10 min à pieds de la plage. Nous reviendrons!!

Maison calme

Lieu calme, reposant, maison sympathique. Proche de la plage , circuit agréable à pied pour y aller. Quand le temps est humide il serait bon d’indiquer aux locataires la possibilité de mettre la chaudière en route car froide/humide sinon.

Bretonisches Haus in charmantem Ort

Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist sehr treffend. Es handelt sich um insgesamt 3 miteinander verbundenen sehr kleinen Häuschen, die insgesamt genügend Platz für unsere Familie mit 4 Personen geboten hat. Die Kinder haben oben in der Galerie geschlafen und ihr eigenes Reich genutzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns mehrheitlich selbst verpflegt und gekocht. Man braucht zu Fuß ungefähr 15 Min bis zum großen Sandstrand und ist mit dem Auto in 15 Minunten bei weiteren sehr schönen Stränden. Das Highlight war aber unsere morgendliche Joggingstrecke auf dem „Zöllnerpfad“ vorbei an Buchen und zum Leuchtturm auf rosa Granit. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Schlüsselübergabe hat ebenfalls gut geklappt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

BONNE LOCATION A PERROS GUIREC

Charmante maison bretonne au calme, près de la plage et de la sente des douaniers et des commerces.Très bon accueil,appartement bien équipé,très bonne literie ,il ne manquait rien. Nous avons passé un bon séjour ,des ballades très sympas avec des paysages magnifiques . Nous conseillons cette location .

très jolie maison, bien située et bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une semaine très agréable. Attention juste peut-être à la hauteur de la douche pour les + de 1,90m ça risque de toucher ;)

Prima vakantie huis voorzien van alle gemakken.

Ruim vakantie huis met zijn tweeen. Verwarming een min punt. Deze gaat niet automatisch aan. Strand is geen 500 meter maar 1,2 kilometer van het huis. Mooie omgeving en genoeg om te bezichtigen in de buurt. Parkeren bij het strand super dichtbij en nog gratis. Wij hebben er fijne dagen gehad.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit romantischem Hof

Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und ist genauso schön eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos abgebildet – vor allem der Hof mit den blühenden Hortensien ist sehr romantisch und wir haben ihn bei bestem Sommerwetter ausgiebig genutzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und es sind viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme über SAT zu empfangen. Der charmante Besitzer hat uns mit Cidre, Gebäck und viel Infomaterial zur wunderschönen Gegend begrüßt. Trotz des guten Wetters war die Luft im Haus recht feucht, was wir an etwas klammer Kleidung und Buchseiten gemerkt haben.

Characterful Cottage with Style and Privacy in a Great Location

The cottage fully lived up to expectations and was clean and tidy on arrival. It is very well equipped and comfortable. We were only a couple and there is plenty of space to relax. The second bedroom is a gallery over the kitchen and with more than 2 people staying and only 1 bathroom/loo there could be a bit of a queue in the mornings. The area is beautiful both on the coast and inland and there is a fine choice of places to visit and numerous restaurants to choose from. The owner is charming and helpful and we look forward to our next stay.

Un séjour que je recommande, la maison est joliment décorée et très propre, elle est située à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, vous avez le calme et le repos. L' équipement de la location est PARFAIT, rien ne manque, la literie est impeccable et le soleil au rendez vous pour découvrir ces magnifiques paysages. gîte très sympa!!

nous avons trouvé ce gîte très agréable et spacieux ,avec une très jolie décoration. malheureusement,nous n'avons pas profité de l'extérieur à cause du mauvais temps!! très bien situé ,près du sentier des douaniers et autres balades.également magasin de produits frais à proximité.cour fermée

Très agréable séjour dans une longère idéalement située.

e site de cette longère est idéal car il se trouve près de la grande plage et des chemins des douaniers qui sont des lieux très prisés. Le calme règne car il n'y a pratiquement pas de véhicules qui passent. Une grande cour permet de garer la voiture ce qui est important. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et ainsi passé un bon séjour que nous garderons en souvenir. Nous pensons aux prochains congés que nous passerons dans ce lieu idéal. Il n'y a aucune remarque à faire si ce n'est que féliciter les responsables de l'accueil et de l'entretien. À très bientôt.

Gite très agréable et bien placé pour un super séj

nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce super gite. Tout y est, très bien équipé et neuf. La région est superbe. Le gite se trouve en plein coeur de cette belle cote de granit rose. Nous y reviendrons pour un séjour plus long.
