This condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation and features 1 king bed which can accommodate up to 2 guests. The unit is also furnished with a wall mounted TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, vanity, and large mirror. This is a perfect rental for a couple! Located on the 6th floor of the Sun N Sand Resort, guests will enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This condo has had some beautiful updates which include fresh paint, new floors, granite countertops, new backsplash, new TV, and new curtains!

While this condo does not offer a full kitchen, guests will have access to a mounted microwave and full size fridge! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. The Sun N Sand also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor bar, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Please Note: The HOA is in the middle of several renovations. We do not have an exact calendar of when this will be finished. Currently, they are painting the exterior of the building. This is out of our control and we apologize for any inconvenience.

great…with some flaws

It was a great place for location, view of the beach from the balcony was amazing! Hard to keep clean from sand as it stuck to the bottoms of our feet, which ended up in our bed, we probably swept 2-3 times daily. Besides the constant cleaning of the sand it was a great place for a getaway vacation!

Don't be fooled like we were

We booked this property as part of our honeymoon and let us tell you, it was very deceiving. It was so dirty, the balcony door didn't have a lock, the shower floor was stained black. The furniture is old, stained, and scratched. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in months. Someone was smoking weed and it came through the vent and stunk our room up for the little time we were in there. If you are looking for a cheap dirty oceanfront property, then this is your place. If you're looking for a nice, clean, safe place, this is not your place. We got got a different hotel and messaged through VRBO and they were very rude and wouldn't give us any credit even though we purchased trip insurance through VRBO.

This apartment is privately owned but shares the excellent location , conveniences and standards of a good hotel. The apartment is clean. And the ocean-front balcony offers a full view iof the ocean and beach. I especially enjoyed the long covered deck which expands across the ocean side of the hotel, featuring a tiki bar with good food. Of the hotel

Beautiful view unit and balcony needs major remodel.

Beside the fact that the complete unit needs completely gutted and refinished. The unit was to expensive for the condition. No type of stove to cook. The location was great.

Price was reasonable location was where we needed it. Floors were very dirty and furniture was worn out looking. Balcony furniture in need of paint job and rusty furniture replaced.
