This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. It's just two blocks from the famous Cherry Grove Pier!!
Recently upgraded, this property comes fully furnished with new beds, new furniture, new flooring, new cabinets, sleeper sofa, and black stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom features 1 King-sized bed. Washer and dryer is located upstairs! The private deck overlooks the pond, and our guests are welcome to fish there (with license). This condo is located just steps to the beach; approximately 50 yards. Our guests have found it convenient to walk to the beach and have beach access right across Ocean Blvd! We provide all basic necessities for your stay, so just bring your swim suit! There is no charge for parking and guests are able to bring 2 vehicles.

The kitchen is located in between the living area and bedrooms and features a sink, stove / oven, top-mounted microwave, cabinet space, full size fridge / freezer, and dishwasher. The cabinets are fully stocked with all of the basic kitchen necessities, cookware, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, glassware, coffee maker, and so much more. Cooking a small meal or snack will not be a problem! Sea Pond Villas is a short walk / ride to some great restaurants and food options. In addition, many of the restaurants in the area offer delivery. North Myrtle Beach also has food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash, and several of our past guests have taken advantage of those services!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. The Sun N Sand also offers an indoor and outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor bar, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
