This dog-friendly condo offers an ideal setting to relax and enjoy time with friends and family with an updated kitchen and an open dining and living area. Each bedroom features a convenient en suite bathroom. Guests can also take advantage of the condo's deck with its custom wood furniture and a great view of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor. During your stay, you'll have SHARC passes and access to deluxe resort-style amenities like shared pools and hot tubs.

The Quelah complex offers guests exclusive access to private tennis courts and over two acres of green and park space, plus its own pool and hot tub! The complex is also within easy walking distance to the SHARC aquatic and fitness center. Sunriver offers miles of walking and biking paths and is just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Perfect Get Away!!

Lovely home with the best ever view of the lake and Mt Bachelor! We got to watch the otters play every morning as well as swans, eagles, and geese. We would stay at this property again!

That view! ✨

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was fairly clean, especially for a home that takes dogs. I’m a bit of a neat freak, and that can prove tricky. We’d definitely stay here with our doggy again! I noticed comments about not enough forks. Plenty of silverware now, if that was ever an issue. Perfect place for two couples, as there are two masters, both with King beds. The furniture on the back patio is great, but it would be nice to have a couple of other options for relaxing and enjoying that gorgeous view. Great location! My biggest complaint is that we were offered a late check out for a fee. We paid and I received no receipt. The day of our departure, I called to make sure my payment was received, because we were going out for the morning, and would be rushed when we got back to check out. They sent me a receipt that verified a late check out. When we got back to the house, we were locked out. We were able to get help remotely, but that was a fiasco. The late check out protocol could be revisited by the management company. Nice option though, if it’s perfected. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us and our doggy. Super special when he can come!

Not Very Clean

More attention needed to cleaning - there was black mold in shower, thick dust, only 4 forks and 2 kitchen towels for a 2-week stay, broken indoor chair and light/fan fixtures, and broken outdoor furniture and table umbrella sitting that should have been taken off site and replaced before our arrival.

Great home with awesome view

The home had a beautiful view of Mt. Bachelor and lake. The rooms were large, the bathrooms nice and kitchen well equipped. We certainly will return again. One issue after our stay was troublesome. We left a garment bag when we checked out and it took a week to get someone to help us get it sent back to us. Vacasa's customer service was really bad. People working out of homes, not allowing us to talk to the local manager, not returning calls, it was a nightmare working with them.

Clean, comfy, and quiet location Well stocked kitchen & nice gas bbq. The only disappointment, was the qualah hot tub was closed, and would have been nice to be informed since we booked far ahead of time. We love Sun river and will be back again

Great view, condo needs some TLC

We love Quelah condos and have stayed in many over the years. The view on this one is absolutely gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have two king beds. The home is pretty outdated. I think it would be a lot nicer if they simply removed some of the old decor, blankets, dusty wine glasses on top of the cabinets, etc because they make the condo feel a little unclean. We did run into some issues during our stay- there was a plumbing leak in the kitchen and a puddle of water on the floor when we arrived. We also noticed after 24 hours that the fridge wasn’t working and our food spoiled which was extremely frustrating. It turns out the fridge was unplugged which is weird… Vacasa was prompt to handle these issues even though it was New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and they were also very apologetic which we really appreciated. We will definitely rent from Vacasa again but probably not this location :)

We had a short but wonderful stay. The condo was lovely and in a wonderful location. The kitchen had everything we needed and the quality of the dishes and pots, pans, etc, was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy luxury with a view!

I can't say enough good things about this place! The view of the lake and mountain takes your breath away when you walk in, and the fireplace and comfy couches are the best. We made several meals in the kitchen, which was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is the best in Sunriver in my opinion! It's right on the lake but within walking distance to Sharc, the lodge, and the village. We will definitely be back!
