If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay

The pool and hot tub were awesome and a huge hit with our group! The property is close to everything you might want to do. Still very much hurricane recovery going on in the area but overall it was a great place to stay!

Nice Stay!

Overall this property is great. The photos actually dont do it enough justice! Its much better :-) Just a few small comments to make; the blinds need updating/replacing as they didnt work very well and kept breaking. The pool was nice but being heated could also be a welcome addition. We did have to buy (and left behind of course as couldnt bring home) some bits for our 1 year old though such as a mini crib, its not fully equipped for infants. To be honest though, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend. Good location, great design , clean and a very pleasant stay! Thank you!

A mixed experience

Positive: Location, close to everything, short distance to the beaches. Quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped kitchen. Grill. No visible damage after hurricane Ian Negative: the outside area was not cleaned. Tables were dirty. Remains of parties found in the pool/spa area. We booked this house primarily for the great pool/spa via platform FeWo-direkt. On this platform the pool was indicated as heated. On the booking confirmation from Vacasa, however, USD 40 per day was charged for the heated pool. The unheated pool was ok. But we would have liked the spa to be heated. 40 USD per day would have meant an additional USD 840 for our three-week stay. That was too expensive for us. Very disappointing!

Not the best experience

The property itself was very nice. Our difficulties were with the length of time it took to rectify problems we encountered. The glass shower door shattered. It took 3 days to purchase & install a new shower curtain. In the meantime, we had only 1 shower for the 10 people in the house. We reported what seemed to us to be a hot water leak under the flooring. We were told to turn off the hot water heater & only turn it on just before we needed hot water. It took 4 days for someone to determine for sure that the hot water line was broken & needed to be repaired immediately. Suddenly, we needed to be relocated because the house was deemed uninhabitable. Again, 10 of us without hot water for 4 days. So, for 4 days of our 8 day vacation, we were more than inconvenienced by water issues. Four of our family left after 4 days. We were very disappointed.

Great home!

We had a wonderful stay. This house is great. The location can’t be beat- it really is close to everything. It was also well stocked- plenty of linens, towels, even pool floats, etc. I kept one star off because there seems to be an issue with the AC. No matter what the temp is set on, the house doesn’t go below 76/78ish degrees. There were fans everywhere and it wasn’t unbearably hot, but just something to mention. Overall, we loved the house and will definitely be back!!

trying out the area

Positives - nice pool & spa, close to beaches, 3 bedrooms. Only 3 miles from Ft Myers beach (with traffic it still takes 25-30 minutes). Good place for avid beach goers and short vacation. Negatives - no where to walk, not a vacation feel in neighborhood, old home, lots of little problems (toaster, lights, sink, etc.) Kitchen needs update, old appliances and poor equipment/utensils. Couch in living room is unusable.

Not pleased. House was "wiped-down" clean, but deep down dirty...UGH. Great pool and hot tub!

The house was quite dirty. Sure, it had been "wiped-down" but under/behind the furniture was quite dirty. The carpets were absolutely disgusting ... lots of stains. Some of the furniture was stained. Lots of animal waste in the garage ... where the laundry is located. Looked like the lanai screens had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Wonderful place

We have a large family, and were super pleased! Peaceful neighborhood, easy access to everything. Fell in love with this area! My only caution is the glass tables with little people. It’s fairly common to have that theme, and didn’t ruin any of our stay.... but had to mention. This was a perfect stay! The pool and hot tub were an amazing survival peice for us Alaskans, not used to this kind of heat. Thank you for sharing your home with us

Cute House in Quiet Neighborhood

House was very comfortable. Spacious and plenty of room. Plenty of towels for us to use. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Landscaping and backyard was very nice, we often enjoyed sitting outside in the sun! Getting into the home was an issue but I contacted Vacasa and they gave me the correct code. Air conditioning was a bit of an issue as well. There was a sign saying not to put it below 76 degrees which was a bit too warm at times. We turned on the fans which helped to cool the house but I think this information should have been disclosed in the details of the listing. Good location and not too far from beaches. Close to grocery stores and several dining options.

Beautiful clean home

This home has been the best we have stayed at in ft Myers . Very equipped and very clean. The neighborhood is nice and close to everything! The home is nice and I wanted to keep it that way! Spent the morning cleaning to make sure it stays in tip top shape! I hope everyone else who rents this place take good care of it!
