Apartment in the heart of a wine estate in the center of Colmar.

The 28 m² gite is located at 11 rue de l'Ours in Colmar.
Nathalie offers you the rental of the apartment responding to the name of an Alsatian grape variety "Riesling" within her vineyard in a 17th century house located 50 meters from the pedestrian area.
It consists of an equipped kitchen open to the bedroom. There is a sofa bed suitable for young children and a 1m40 bed. The bathroom is spacious with a baby changing table.
The apartment is decorated in an Alsatian style where all the comforts are present. The first word that comes to mind is "the tranquility" of the neighborhood.
Parking possible in the courtyard of the Estate to deposit luggage in the cottage. Rental of a car park located 150 m from the cottage (subject to availability: € 5 / day). Bike storage.
You will have the opportunity to visit the cellar of 1602 still in service, taste our different Alsace wines or explore the beautiful cobbled streets of Colmar on foot and discover the riches of this city.

Klein, aber oho!

Die Wohnung reichte für zwei Personen völlig aus. Sie war liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne Schnickschnack und mit ausreichend Stauraum. Bei Temperaturen über 35°C waren wir dankbar für die Klimaanlage. Obwohl wir mitten in der trubeligen Altstadt untergebracht waren, konnten wir uns nach allen Ausflügen auf eine ruhige Wohnung freuen.

Tolle zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren mit unserem zweijährigen Kind da. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Bett war bequem und alles Wichtige vorhanden. Sehr gut hat uns die zentrale Lage gefallen.

Schöner Abschluss unserer Motorradtour durch die Schweiz

EIn sehr schönes Anwesen im Herzen der Altstadt. Es gab überdachte Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof des Gutes. Die FeWo war liebevoll eingerichtet, das Bad sehr modern, die gesamte Ausstattung super, die Lage ruhig. Wir haben uns bei einem guten Wein der Domaine Karcher gefühlt wie Gott in Frankreich. Petite... mais il n'y manque presque rien !

Jolie location en plein cœur de Colmar. Location précise qu'il faut bien se mettre en tête pour ne pas tourner et virer inutilement, mais agréable et très propre. Bien équipée. L'espace est très bien utilisé. Joliment décorée. Les chaises sont un peu hautes, mais on s'y fait très vite. L'emplacement dans Colmar permet de visiter la ville à son rythme. Même si la ville souffre beaucoup du peu de touristes, cela permet de faire de très très belles photos. Avis aux amateurs. Un grand merci aux propriétaires. P.S. : Aux futurs visiteurs : ne manquez surtout pas le musée Unterlinden, intégralement repensé grâce à sa dynamique conservatrice, c'est un bijou. Sophie MALCOR

Beautiful, quaint, comfortable

While the apartment was small, it was incredibly cozy and comfortable while also being surprisingly modern. It feels as it it had been renovated recently, especially the bathroom. I can honestly say this was the first VRBO I've stayed at where I would not mind just relaxing in the apartment itself. The location is perfect to explore Colmar - it's a short 17 minute walk from the train station and you're basically in the downtown area close to some of the major hotspots as well as stores nearby if you need anything. The owners were very helpful and accomodating, especially in regards to our check-in. Our trains were delayed and we weren't able to get to Colmar until about 9:30pm, yet they were still happy to welcome us as well as give a quick walkthrough of the apartment. In addition, they left an information package with details on attractions, restaurants, services, etc. Overall a perfect experience - I would certainly rent again if I find myself in Colmar in the future.

Schöner und interessanter Aufenthalt.

Gute Lage, nette Vermieter, saubere Unterkunft. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung war hellhörig, wenn die obere Wohnung vermietet war. Das war etwas schade.

séjour agréable

la propriétaire nous a accueilli avec gentillesse, un garage a été mis à notre disposition, ce qui nous a permis de visiter les alentours sans nous inquiéter du stationnement.appartement fonctionnel, situé au coeur de la ville, qui est fort agréable, beaucoup d'endroits à visiter, l'alsace est une belle région.

Disappointing stay

The description of this place is misleading in many ways. Firstly the one bedroom apartment is actually a small studio. The bed is small and uncomfortable. There is no black out of light in the room so its hard to get a good nights sleep. The apartment does have adequate equipment to self cater and the place is very clean. Once you book you are then charged for parking in the property's own garage. They also tried to charge us for cleaning!! It is advertised as being a vineyard and despite being so you in no way get a vineyard experience. You are given a complimentary half bottle of their wine but can only taste a small sample of two of their wines. You cant even buy any glasses to taste the others! The wine we found to be the worst we tasted in the area. The hosts were hospitable but not friendly. There was no sense that they cared how your stay was. We definitely felt like tenants rather than guests. The location is central and therefore very easy to access Colmar's attractions. Overall happy to leave.

Nice stay in Colmar

The property location and the property itself were great and fit all of our needs. Since we were staying on a vineyard it would have been nice if the property owners would have had a complementary bottle of wine for us when we arrived (the wines in the Alsace region are reasonably priced but wonderful). We read in the guest book left in the room that they had done that for other guests. We ended up tasting and buying a bottle from them, as well as some glasses, after walking through the shop. The accommodations were perfect but possibly a little more hospitality from the owners would have been appreciated.
