About this property

This 44 m² maisonette + 20 m² terrace facing the swimming pool + 15 m² private patio is located in our large garden. It is ideally located (5 minutes walk from the tram (France Alouette station) and the bus stop leading to Bordeaux center in 30 minutes, 1.5 km from Pessac train station leading you: either in 7 minutes Bordeaux train station is 45 minutes in the center of Arcachon, 10 minutes from the airport). It benefits from a wooded and peaceful environment and could be the starting point for the discovery of the magnificent Bordeaux region. 1 of the 2 TVs has many channels: Canalsat (English and American channels), Bein sports, Canal +. The swimming pool can be shared with the owners (if they are not on vacation) but their presence remains short and discreet. Possibility of washing and ironing your laundry (for a small supplement). CHILDREN ARE NOT ACCEPTED SUMMER WHEN THE POOL IS IN SERVICE.

Fantastic place

Wow how lucky were we to have booked this lovely accommodation We stayed for two nights on our way home from a road trip so that we could see Bordeaux The cottage is in the garden of Nicole’s Home. It is small but perfect for two people. It has a full functioning kitchen, nice if small shower room, comfortable seating area and a very comfortable bedroom. There is also a private little garden complete with hammock. The front of the cottage has patio doors that open onto a swimming pool which we did not use as not brave enough (not currently heated but I understand that is going to change next year) Nicole corresponded with us right from the start and gave us a lovely welcome with a gift of nice local products. There was also a surprise breakfast which we were not expecting of gorgeous local bread and pastries. A five minute walk takes you to the tram stop which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux in 40 minutes and we purchase a 24 hour ticket which was good value at 4.00 euros. There is a local supermarket within 5 minutes walk and also a very nice French restaurant which we hope to visit next time We had a great two night stop and hope to return next year for a longer visit. Nicole is so very welcoming and we were overwhelmed by her generousity my husband was also very pleased with the safe parking. Thank you Nicole for looking after us we are in our way to Reims now so will raise a glass to you and hope to see you next year.

Enjoyable maisonnette with swimming pool

We had a very nice stay here. The maisonnette has all you need and is nicely decorated. It is close to all necessary shops and on a good location to visit places. Your car can be safely parked on the property. We also enjoyed the swimming pool with sunbeds and had nice evenings on the terrace. Our little dog Elliott was also very welcome and had the time of his life running around the pool and property. And last but not least we want to thank Nicole, who is a lovely host and provides you with very useful information.

Detente et confort

Séjour très agréable. Maisonnette impeccable, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Située dans une jolie propriété, dans un quartier tranquille et à proximité des commerces. Tout a été pensé pour le confort des hôtes.

Formidable

Formidable séjour ! Location conforme au descriptif. Propriétaires charmants et très accueillants, aux petits soins pour les locataires. De délicates attentions, exemple boissons dans le réfrigérateur avec gourmandises. Propriétaires très discrets qui nous laissent bien profiter de la piscine en solo. Séjour au calme dans un environnement au top !

Nous avons passé deux semaine dans une maisonnette tout équipée et vraiment sympa, tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez comme à la maison ! Nous avons eu le droit à un accueil chaleureux, de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter et un bon petit déjeuner copieux ! Une vue juste magnifique sur le jardin !! Ce fût vraiment sympa nous avons adoré ! Merci à Nicole et Denis pour toute ces charmantes attentions :-)

Ideale uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Bordeaux

We zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf; de woning was zeer netjes alsook de tuin met zwembad; alles was voorhanden dat we nodig hadden! De gastvrouw Nicole was zeer vriendelijk alsook haar man en zoon We hebben diverse uitstappen met onze elektrische fiets ondernomen! Een aanrader !

Un petit paradis

L’hébergement chez Nicole et sa famille est à la hauteur des photos! Un accueil chaleureux et généreux ! Prestations de qualité très appréciées!!! Il ne manque rien, tout à était bien pensé. Un petit coin de paradis ou je compte bien revenir pour une pause plus longue et profiter de la piscine (Le temps de cette semaine ne nous a pas épargnées ..) Très belle location

Très jolie maison très agréable très calme, proche du tram. Propriété sécurisée avec parking. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, attentifs à nos besoins et notre bien être.

un endroit charmant, lumineux, calme et confortable

Séjour très agréable chez Nicole, hôte très attentionnée et qui sait parfaitement s'adapter aux personnes qu'elle reçoit : même si la location se situe sur le même terrain que les propriétaires, leur souci de discrétion et l'agencement de la location sont tels que l'intimité est complètement respectée. la "maisonnette" est très bien conçue et très fonctionnelle ; il ne manque rien : TV dans salon et chambre, accès internet facile, literie et canapé de bonne qualité, dressing, etc... la proximité du centre de Bordeaux et l'accès facile au bassin d'Arcachon sont un plus. Bref, je recommande complètement cette location et, à l'occasion, j'y retournerai.

Superbe accueil et séjour

Nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par Nicole avec sa superbe demeure. Le petit déjeuner nous a été acheté le lendemain matin et les hôtes essayaient de se faire discrets pour nous laisser profiter des lieux. Une belle générosité et des lieux impeccables et de grande qualité nous font hautement recommander cette location.

C'était parfait !

La propriétaire soit dit en passant charmante...nous a présenté le logement en l"appelant la maisonnette, et bien c'est une agréable maisonnette ! Prestations de qualité, four, four à micro ondes, lave vaisselle, plaques à induction et machine à. Espresso, tous facile d'utilisation. La propriétaire avait pris soin de mettre des boissons fraîches dans le réfrigérateur et tout ce qu'il fallait pour le petit déjeuner! Il y avait aussi de l'huile, du vinaigre, sel et poivre ! Un nécessaire de toilette posé sur le lit avec peignoirs et serviettes moelleuses. Télévision dans le séjour et dans la chambre, climatisation. Et le summum des propriétaires charmants, discrets et près a nous rendre service ! Vraiment nous recommandons ! Merci pour cet agréable moment.

Vraiment super!

Nous avons passées une semaine dans la maisonnette et nous avons vraiment adoré! Tout est superbe : la maison est très joliment décorée , fonctionnelle , tout est neuf et de très bonne qualité. La piscine dans le grand jardin arboré est juste magnifique. Tout est comme sur les photos et mieux encore! La localisation permet de visiter Bordeaux et ses environs tout en étant au calme... Enfin les hôtes, Nicole et Denis sont très accueillants, attentionnés et disponibles. Merci à vous, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
