This fully renovated farmhouse, open onto a large sunny terrace, is at your disposal with its barbecue, its deckchairs to enjoy the garden with sea view. The parking is private. Upstairs: 4 private equipped bedrooms, a welcoming bedroom Parent and baby. Fully equipped kitchen open to spacious living area. Washing machine and bathroom with a 5th shower on the ground floor, with 2 separate toilets on each floor. For your comfort and well-being: a relaxation corner patio with SPA (massage jets) for adults is available
 This farmhouse is located by the sea. Vacationers can enjoy the beaches accessible on foot, nautical activities: kayaking and paddleboarding at sea and on the Ria du Goyen which takes you to Pont-Croix, a small medieval town with the discovery of the flora and fauna in Cap Sizun.
The GR 34 reveals large natural spaces and breathtaking peaks "La Pointe du Raz", and allows you to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors (3 archaeological sites), and to participate in the Trail of the Pointe du Raz, early March Markets, fisherman's supper, maritime festivals, fest noz, Pardon ... atmospheres that you will not forget!

Belle, spacieuse et pratique maison qui a convenu à notre groupe familiale de 10 pers et 1 bébé.
Tellement grand et pratique qu’on ne se marchait pas dessus. Les douches dans chaque chambres ont été très appréciées. La proximité de la plage et de Audierne était pratique pour nos activités individuelles ou en groupe. Nous recommandons vivement cette longère, tenue propre par Sylvie et Bruno

Ideales Haus für größerer Gruppen
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, große Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Ein Zimmer als Durchgangszimmer. 4 Zimmer mit Waschbecken und Dusche. Alle Zimmer befinden sich im 1. Geschoß, Hunde müssen im Erdgeschoß bleiben. Genügend Platz für alle Teilnehmer. Ruhig und ein auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichender Strand. Bäcker und Supermarkt können ebenfalls zu Fuß erreicht werden.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Einschränkungen
Das Haus ist alt, aber für einen Ferienaufenthalt gut hergerichtet und mit Küche, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet. 4 Zimmer im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss haben eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Das 5. Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer ohne eigene Dusche bzw. Waschgelegenheit. Im Haus gibt es nur zwei Toiletten, eine im Dachgeschoss und eine im Erdgeschoss, was für 6 Erwachsene und ein Kind nicht immer angenehm war. Im Aussenbereich gibt es einen Whirlpool, der genutzt werden kann. Der öffentliche Strand ist fussläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Plouhinec ist eher dörflich geprägt. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei und auch einen großen Carrefour Supermarkt. Positiv ist die unmittelbare Nähe zu der Stadt Audierne, wo es Restaurants und auch einen Waschsalon gibt. Irritiert waren wir von der Forderung der Vermieter wenige Tage vor Anreise, dass 1.200 € Kaution zu hinterlegen seinen. Wir haben uns schließlich auf einen Betrag von 500 € geeinigt, Bei der Buchung war davon allerdings keine Rede. An- und Abreise wurden bei der Buchung mit 16:00 h bzw. 11:00 h vereinbart. Die Vermieter gingen von 17:00 h bzw. 10:00 aus; das sei in der Bretagne üblich. Alles in allem waren wir als Familie mit dem Haus zufrieden. Wir müssen aber auch zugeben, dass sich die Vermieter ausgesprochen verständnisvoll und gastfreundlich verhalten haben.

The house is lovely, very clean, well equipped and huge. Sylvie and Bruno couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. We even went sailing with Sylvie. We hope to be back!

Détente absolue !
Un séjour très agréable. Les propriétaires Sylvie et bruno sont très sympa et accueillant, avec une petite surprise a notre arrivée: un far breton fait par Sylvie! Le gîte est propre et bien équipé. Le spa idéal après une journée de balade. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !
