"The Clubhouse" is loaded with all the amenities.... This 4,100 square foot home backs up to Desert Canyon s 10th hole and has beautiful fairway views in both the front and back of the house! The Clubhouse has 4 bathrooms with a total of 4 showers. The amenities are unbelievable!

Experience this Private Estate designed specifically for golfers or larger groups! It is also located less than 10 minutes away from Eagle Mountain, We-Ko-Pa and SunRidge Canyon golf courses.

I also own another VRBO home in Fountain Hills that you may want to also consider for your stay. Both of my homes have 12 beds in each home. The other home is Listing #1450703.

^ Heated Pool Option: $125 per day. The pool can be heated when the pool temperature drops due to lower air temps. If you intend to use the pool for swimming between October 15 and May 31, heating the pool is recommended for comfortable swimming temps. If you choose to take advantage of the heated pool option, there will be an additional daily cost for pool heat. The cost for this option is $125 per day. If you decide to take advantage of the pool heat option, it is required for your entire stay. It cannot be turned on and off daily. If you prefer to not use the pool heater, there is no additional cost.

12 Golf Dads from Iowa

For our annual golf trip, this is the second year we’ve rented this property. Comfortably sleeps all 12 of us. Plenty of fun to be had between pool/hot tub, pool table, card table, dart board, putting green, etc. Decided to heat pool this year, which was a good choice. Also noticed thar certain amenities had been upgraded/replaced since last year. Location can’t be beat — on Desert Canyon golf course and five minutes from We-Ko-Pa. Great experience. Hope to book again next year.

Perfect for Epic Golf Weekend

We had a big group of guys converge on the house for a 3 day golf weekend and it was perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, backyard was a big hit, and Ed was easy and great to work with. We didn’t need anything and lived it up. We will definitely be back!

Golfers Retreat

Ed’s home was perfect and could not have been more accommodating for me and 8 friends. The home has an incredible pool, putting green and is located on a beautiful golf course only 20 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Ed made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend and I would stay here again when I am back in the area. Highly recommend!

Memorial day weekend

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend staying at this house! We had 15 people staying there and had plenty of room for all of us! It was a hot weekend so we spent lots of time in the pool during the day and the backyard/pool area was a great place for us all to hang out. I would highly recommend this property to any large groups like ours looking to stay in the area.

Perfect Golf Trip Pad

Six friends and I headed south to Scottsdale for four days of golf. The property was no frills, but everything we needed. Everyone had their own full bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. There was a pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, etc. to keep us entertained. We did not pay to heat the pool and in January the water was cold. The house overlooked Desert Canyon golf course, which we played our first day. The house was centrally located, it was clean, the manager was very accommodating and it was a perfect house for seven guys from the Midwest looking for a place to hang out and sleep between rounds! I would recommend this house to similarly situated groups.

We had 12 guys for 5 days. Great location, house has everything you need for a golf trip - pool, hot tub, bbq, plenty of beds, etc. Great location. Surrounded by great courses. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful home!

We all had a fabulous time at Ed’s house. He furnishes far more than any other VRBO that I have rented. The only complaint I have is the weather didn’t cooperate part of the time but we did have a few nice days and the kids made great use of his beautiful pool. There is plenty of inside entertainment for the rainy days!

Fountain Hills Stay

Ed was a great host, the house was great for hanging by the pool during the day and grilling out with a bigger group of people. There was a lot of sleeping options in the house and this was a great place to stay if you’re looking in the fountain hills area. I would recommend it!

Perfect Place for Get Away

We had a group of 10 golfers. The place was absolutely great. Great location for both golf and amenities (grocery, etc). The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a couple rounds of golf. Lots of space for sleeping and game rooms were perfect relaxing areas. Ed (owner) was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend for any golf trip or multiple family get away.

My family and I stayed over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. We had a great time. The house is well-equipped, very clean, and lots to do for families. Ed was a great host and so was everybody involved in the transaction. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful home

Our family of 9 spent time in this home over the Christmas break. The location was great with many amenities nearby. The house was clean and spacious with many supplies provided. Ed was helpful and responsive to our suggestions. I would happily return to this location in AZ.

The Clubhouse turned out even better than expected. Great location, private, amazing view and every amenity imaginable. I was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. Happily married to his wife Janine for over 39 years (Wow!). Family is the most important thing to me. We have 2 kids, our son Adam and our daughter Ashley. Both are married, and we now have 2 wonderful grandkids that we get to spoil as much as we can.

My wife and I still have a home in MD, but as of about 10 years ago, we became "snowbirds" and evade the cold weather by spending over half the year living in West Palm Beach, FL where I play lots of golf, but my true obsession is PICKLEBALL! I have been playing for a few years and now play in singles and doubles tournaments all around the US.

For work, I own a golf and ski travel company. As such, being the boss, we travel quite a bit "testing" out various golf courses around the US and beyond with recent golf trips to Pebble Beach, Scotland, Whistling Straits, Bandon Dunes and The Masters... It's a tough job but somebody has to do it! Locally, I love to golf in Fountain Hills. I got my one and only Hole-In-One on the 6th hole at Sunridge Canyon which is only minutes from my house.
