Ideally situated between the Mediterranean and the Cevennes in a calm and protected natural area.

The heart of the vineyards of the Pic Saint Loup, beautiful family house of 160 m2 on a quiet and shaded ground of 1800 m2 not overlooked. The house has been completely renovated offering u large living space of 60 m2 with open kitchen overlooking a large patio shade over 50m2 facing the pool.

The wooded and shaded ground (pines, olive, pomegranate, ...) is ideal for aperitifs with friends and to relax.

Secure large pool of 8 X 4 meters with stairs (depth of 0. 90 to 1.70 m). play area for children in the garden (swing, trampoline, slide, ...)

Many outdoor activities nearby (river swimming, canoeing, hiking, horseback riding, biking, ...) and of course for wine tasting enthusiasts among our winegrowers.

All shops at 3 Kms (supermarket, bakery, ...)

Location 30 minutes north of Montpellier and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Grande Motte and Carnon.

Séjour très agréable
Maison tout confort, jardin idéal et piscine très appréciée au vue de la chaleur. Le paradis des enfants au vue des jouets, livres, activités dans le jardin à disposition. On recommande vivement cette propriété et échanges très cordiaux avec le propriétaire : merci

très belle maison confortable et bien équipée, bien située.
très belle semaine passée à Valflaunès dans une maison très agréable, notamment le grand espace salon-cuisine, la terrasse donnant sur la piscine et le jardin sans vis à vis. très bien située pour rayonner dans cette magnifique région. semaine très chaude et un peu difficile de garder la fraîcheur dans la maison mais heureusement les chambres étaient équipées de ventilateurs. Rien à redire sur l'équipement de la maison. Globalement très bonne location à recommander.

Maison familiale dans une région charmante
Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cette maison. Les enfants ont de quoi s'amuser et la maison est aménagée de façon à passer de bonnes vacances. La région est très sympa et il y a de quoi se promener. Seul bémol quelques manques de finition au niveau de la maison mais l'ensemble est très calme et agréable. Idéal pour des familles avec enfants.

Très belle maison avec grand jardin et piscine
La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en familles et avec des amis. La terrasse donnant sur la piscine est idéal surtout lorsqu’il y a des enfants. Nous avons passé 2 semaines à 2 familles (4 adultes et 5 enfants de 6 à 16 ans) et le grand jardin était parfait pour les enfants. Cette maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour surtout dans cette magnifique région. Le petit point noir et la 2ieme salle de bain qui n’en est pas une (juste une douche), ce qui complique un peu l’organisation (le fait d’avoir 2 sdb est un de nos critère prioritaire). Mais cela n’a en rien gêné notre excellent séjour.

Superbe maison, grand jardin et piscine au pied du pic saint loup
La maison est très confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le très grand salon bien agencé et la terrasse donnant sur la piscine sécurisée. Le jardin est très sympa. Les enfants se sont amusés avec les nombreux jouets laissés à disposition. On s'est senti comme à la maison! Evidemment il a fait un peu chaud dans les chambres mais c'était supportable malgré la canicule. Très bonne semaine dans une région pleine de charme avec beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants (cheval, escalade, visite de grotte, accrobranche...)

cette maison est très chouette !! merci
nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison, nous étions deux familles (4 adultes, 4 enfants entre 3 et 10ans) : nous en garderons un excellent souvenir ! cette belle et grande maison s'est révélée être ultra pratique, bien aménagée et surtout adaptée aux enfants (jeux dans les chambres et dans le jardin !). jardin bien ombragé, avec cabane, balançoire et trampoline ! les parents ont pu prendre l'apéro tranquilles !! la piscine est bien protégée. seul mini bémol : manque d'ombre naturelle pour déjeuner le midi. Encore merci, notre séjour restera un excellent souvenir !

Super vacances en famille
La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Idéale pour des vacances avec les enfants car il y a de nombreux jouets à disposition et un vaste jardin. La piscine est grande et bien sécurisée. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
