This centrally located, family-friendly condo is spacious and well maintained and features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and a private, furnished balcony plus lake and mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the shared, indoor hot tubs and pool while the outdoor picnic and common area is like a private park for Lake Cliffe guests.

Walk just a quarter mile to the marina to fall in love with Lake Dillon firsthand. Hope on a bus or drive to one of five world-class ski resorts in the area, or stay close to home and explore downtown Dillon. Walk across the street for tennis or bowl a few frames at Lakeside Bowl, less than a quarter-mile from your front door. Catch a free movie or a concert at the amphitheater while you watch the sun go down on the banks of Dillon Reservoir. And less than a half-mile away, Pug Ryan's Brewery, Arapahoe Cafe, and the summertime tiki bar at the marina are all wonderful places to dine or drink.

Wonderful Stay!

The unit was perfect for late April skiing at A-basin. Our favorite time to be up there! The condo is quiet, super comfortable, beautiful views, what’s not to like! Thanks and hope to be back next year!

Winter getaway

Great location. Skiing, shopping with an awesome view of the mountains. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Shopping, dining options were very nice. We'll be back!!

Nice stay

Great property! We used the kitchen and everything worked well. There were a couple of maintenance problems when we arrived, but we called the support number and someone came the next day to fix the fireplace and TVs. Overall very nice.

Quick Ski Trip

The couple of nights I stayed at this location were pleasant. It could have comfortably accommodated another 3-4 people. I had booked it planning for a couple others to join me but plans changed and it was just me. The location was convenient to both Keystone and Breckenridge where I skied. The beds, baths, kitchen, and other living spaces were well-maintained and would have worked well for a larger group. The only possible issue was it being on the 3rd floor. Other guests may find that more challenging, but it worked well enough for me. Check-in/out was very easy and a minor misunderstanding with the parking passes was quickly resolved by support, even at the late hour I arrived. I would stay here again if there were others joining me.

Month stay at Dillon lake

The positives:The condo has a great view. The kitchen had most everything you need. The queen bed was comfortable. The Cons: the management company was very unresponsive. We never had heat in back bedroom and the local manager blocked my calls. We had some cold nights and bedroom got down to 55 degrees. I feel sorry for owner of property if they pay this management company. the only other negative was there is no washer on site, we stayed a month and there were no cleaning supplies for bathrooms, we obviously want to take care of condo as we would our own home so had left cleaners for next guest.Towel rack coming off walls in bathrooms and couch is in need as well.The condo though, to be sure has great views and is quiet it is on 4th floor, comfortable living space generally, just Vacasa was bad choice for management.

Solid Winter Vacay Location

Decent property centrally located in Dillon. Close to City Market, which is a plus because it's the only supermarket nearby, as well as other locations such as the Keystone Resort, I-70 for access to Vail & Breck, and Arapahoe Cafe, which is a great local breakfast place only a 5-minute walk from the condo. Parking was convenient, which is not always the case in some condos. I'm sure it is also a fantastic place in the summer.

Great place!

The condo was well equipped and had a balcony with a lovely view. Just be ready to climb the 3 flights up! We enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the marina and bike trail and 2 hit tubs and a pool in the clubhouse.

Mix of updated and outdated

What was good: very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable and conveniently located: right on the Summit Co. Rec Path; less than a mile to City Market for groceries. The kitchen and baths were well-stocked with all we needed. Wifi was very good, and we were given the codes in advance. The lockbox on the front door worked well, and we were given the code in advance. Parking was just at the door, and the parking passes (2) provided. What was not so good: It was necessary to contact Vacasa several times during our stay: first it took 2 emails to finally get a fan delivered as it was uncomfortably hot on the 3rd floor even with all windows open, no AC. Next I emailed regarding the "shared washer-dryer" as it was not in our unit, and no information provided as to where it was, or how to access it. I was told it was "in the basement." However, a walk around the building did not reveal any common spaces or basement doors. Each email required a day to get a response. The balcony patio and everything on it was filthy from pollen, dust, bird poop, and cobwebs. We did our best to clean it off and use it. The grill had so much grease buildup, there was a small explosion and large fire the first time we attempted to use it, which burned up the meat. Absolutely no information was provided on 1. where the pool & hot tub was located, or how to get into that building, except for a card hanging on a hook that said "pool" 2. where the laundry was located or how to get in to it. On our last day, I finally found a maintenance man who showed me where it was, but he had a key. But we were not told how to contact him, nor given a key. So it was a useless amenity. 3. How to use the gas fireplace. We never figured it out, so that was another useless amenity we might have enjoyed on cool mornings. 4. It should be made clear that there is NO elevator for this 3rd floor unit. Broken items: Window shade in dining room. Window cranks in dining room. Slow drip on the faucet in master bath sink. Battery needed replacing in bunk bedroom smoke alarm. It went off every time we used the shower there. Finally it went off on its own and we had to take it down. The rain downspout was clogged and poured water onto the balcony patio: we left a note. The side view from the balcony barely shows the lake. Photos showing the view are misleading, taken when the leaves were gone for the winter. Beautiful grounds. We hope it's a work in progress.

Home Away From Hme

The location is awesome. Great views. Safe. Perfect for a family. Lots of clean linens - we had everything we needed. Check in a breeze. Good communication. Abundance of clean linens for kitchen, bed and bath. Would definitely like to stay here next time!

Okay stay

The location and view from the balcony were excellent. My husband and I went in the summertime and there was no air conditioning or fans in the apartment. The bedroom got so hot that it was difficult for us to sleep since the windows also did not open in the bedroom. The couch was also not put together properly leaving big gaps between the pieces of the couch making it difficult to spend time in the living room.

Nice little condo

Nice place- would stay there again. A good match for a family- King bed in one bedroom, bunk-bed on other side great for kids. The bottom is a full size so it's ok for an adult. 3rd floor so a bit of work moving in and out. While it's on the lake, it doesn't actually face the lake, so only an ok view. But still better than any view I ever get from my desk at work!

Could be really nice

Home is in a great location and even has a good view of Keystone off in the distance. The problem is that many things need to be updated. The couch has to be one of the most uncomfortable couches ever (my son preferred to sit in his bed) and the windows are old and aren’t very good from an insulation and noise standpoint, light switches are in weird locations and the drain in the master bathroom doesn’t drain very well. It was fine for a week of skiing but not exactly high end. With some updates the place could be really nice but as it is I would recommend it if you don’t plan to spend much time in the condo.

Ideal Location

Really nice. Condo was nice. Kitchen wonderful. Comfy. Loved hot tub and pool nearby. There were several items that needed repair, but I reported and was told they would be fixed. Cleaning could have been better considering Covid, but I planned to disinfected and cleaned everything anyway. Would stay there again.

Perfect family trip

This was the perfect location - so close to the lake and a block from the Arapahoe Cafe, which we visited 3 times. The unit was perfect for the four of us. The steam shower was an added bonus!!!

Condo views were killer good. but...

Condo was old and dated. Things that were remodeled were half finished. No doors for bedroom and bath entrances. Dark interiors and old furniture that did not recline properly. Kitchen cabinets doors falling off. Balcony was filthy and had to be cleaned before use. Grill was too dirty to use. Chairs were stained and dirty. We would not recommend this unit or building or even Lake Cliffe at this time. We will return to Lake Dillon but not to Lake Cliffe.
