Condo right on lake Dillon and near many skiing resorts (Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and more). There are so many activities all year round from hitting the slopes to paddle boarding, kayaking, biking - you won t be disappointed. We re hoping you will enjoy your stay!!!
About the place:
Take the short flight of stairs up to the unit - sharing the main entrance with another condo. Keyless entry access to both doors. Almost everything was remodeled. You will walk into the living room with a full kitchen. Sleeper queen size sofa is available for extra space. New kitchen cabinets, countertop, island, flooring... Kitchen is stacked with everything you might need if you want to cook or just enjoy a cup of coffee. Large vanity with oversize mirror leads into the bathroom. New tile work, shower head, toilet... Bedroom has a full queen bed with black out curtains.
Probably the best feature is the view from the balcony. Enjoy the mountain range and lake view.
About the neighborhood:
Walking distance to restaurants (Pug Ryans, Arapahoe Cafe and Pub Down Under, Lakeside bowling...), driving several miles will take you to Dam Brewery, Red Mountain Grill, grocery store City Market, shopping centers. Easy access to lake Dillon - marina. Close to free Summit Stage bus stops.
About parking:
Park in the front of the unit. It’s on first come, first serve basis. Make sure you display parking pass which will be left in the unit. Loss of the parking pass will result in $50 fee. Please double check before you check out. If no parking is available within yacht club buildings, nearest parking is 1/4 mi away near Pug Ryans brewery. Map will be provided. Its a paid parking but parking fees will be refunded.
