With four large bedrooms and two bathrooms, your stay will be comfortable.There are 2 ground floor bedrooms, one has 2 queens and the other has one Queen bed. The 2 upstairs bedrooms also have a Queen in each. Enjoy barbequing and dining on the spacious shared front patio, and playing card games and board games on the covered balcony with an ocean view. There are 5 TV s in this property. This beach house has all the ingredients for a recipe for fun. Bring or rent bikes to enjoy this unique Mission Beach experience of riding down the boardwalk. Feels bigger than it is.

Pleasantly surprised. For being on the small side (1400 s.f. ) it never felt cramped. Both downstairs living room and upstairs balcony had plenty of comfortable seating for 8-10 people. Plenty of beach towels, a large beach umbrella, some boogie boards and beach chairs, extra linen, plenty of dishes, a lot of little amenities that haven’t been supplied at other rentals I’ve been to. The location is great - a little tricky getting into the garage - the alley is very tight - but we really enjoyed hanging out here.
