. Beautifully appointed home with a great layout for families. This property is available for short term . Many visitors return and refer others. Owner's primary residence fully stocked and furnished. Expansive, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, ( 2 bathrooms on top floor share an adjoining private toilet closet) three story hillside home with multiple decks, 180 degree vista of San Francisco Bay Views and the Napa/Sonoma Hills.Very private location: The property includes 1+ acres in protected area adjacent to open space. Excellent weather.

The house is approximately 4,000 square feet, contemporary, attractively furnished, with numerous french doors and a lot of light. wireless/fax. Master bedroom has 13' cathedral beamed ceiling, exposed beams, with adjacent,private master suite. Suite includes double baths, a sitting room with fireplace, and a deck with sweeping views of the water. The middle level includes two fireplaces: a living room with gas fireplace, large studio with 12'beamed high ceiling with fireplace (35'x 22') and informal dining. 10' ceilings. There is a top-of-the-line all-appliance kitchen with skylights, plus a formal dining room that seats 10 which opens by french doors onto a very large redwood deck with hot tub.

The deck wraps around to the front of the house with a view of the water. The living room, which also opens out onto the deck through french doors, includes a fireplace & baby grand piano.

Stunning views!
This home was the perfect place for us to stay to attend a wedding at The Presidio. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the amazing views. It was away from the crowded downtown area and was conveniently located to nice restaurants and grocery stores. We had the best time, and Mike and his wife are lovely hosts!

The house was large and very comfortable. Great deck with views of the bay and Richmond-San Rafael bridge. The upstairs suite is huge with even better views. All in all it is a great place to stay. Check in was very easy and the host is very helpful. We couldn't have had a better spot for our reunion group.

The hosts were so sweet and welcoming. The home is beautiful and the view was amazing. The home is close to shopping, beaches and hiking. The kitchen is stocked full of everything you might need for cooking. Check in and check out instructions were easy.

Great house for extended family
This house offers expansive comfy spaces for a family to settle in, all in a beautiful and quiet setting. The kitchen is equipped with everything to cook; there are games, books, a large deck, plenty of places to relax and a casual, homey feeling. It was a great fit for us. I would say if you are averse to clutter this might not be the spot for you as it is a private family home full of their own belongings. We loved hiking in the hills above the house and found it to be a perfect location - easy to get to many places. Mike was very responsive as a renter and thoughtfully mailed something to us that we left behind.

Mike’s home in Tiburon is a cozy home with all the amenities. It’s also in an absolutely breathtaking location. He is a great host that explains everything and makes himself available, if needed. I would definitely recommend a stay at his home.

Beautiful home with lots of room. An amazing view and a very nice hot tub. Tiburon is nicely situated close to San Francisco and there are lots of activities all around it.

Great for a family gathering
We attended a wedding in the area and our group of 10 stayed at the house for 3 days. It was set up very nicely for this as there are several indoor and outdoor areas to sit and dine together. Location is an easy drive to the Tiburon ferry to San Francisco or travel over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Tiburon. We spent many days enjoying the sites of San Francisco. The location was out of the city but not too far of a drive. We had plenty of room for our family if 6. Michael was easy to connect with and responded quickly to our questions.

The home was perfect for the very small family reunion we had for the weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. The views were wonderful looking out over the bay. The privacy was what we wanted. The only visitors we had were the deer walking be each morning.

Wonderful Time
This is my 6th time visiting the San Francisco / Bay Area. This was the first time using VRBO. I was very worried the house would not live up to the description or pictures. I need not have worried because this property in Tiburon delivered on weather, climate, location, view, cleanliness, serenity, and amenities. This turned out to be my best visit to the Bay Area and was outstanding in every way. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Nice large home
Beautiful views. Nice size for our family. Reasons I didn’t give 5 stars: -When we got there the owners were there and wanted to give a tour which was odd. -The place was mostly clean but there are a lot of cobwebs and spiders inside the house. While talking with the owners they mentioned they used to have professional cleaners but it’s too expensive now. That actually was concerning. Especially being we paid a cleaning fee. -The hot tub was not on, we had to call for directions on how to turn it on as there were no directions on how to do it and could not use it the first night because it was freezing cold and took over night to heat. It was not very clean either. It’s old with chipping paint and leaks so we have to fill it everyday to keep the water level up. We did enjoy our stay. The house is large and accommodated our family of 8 adults well.
