August Beach Getaway

Our stay at Sand Castle II was amazing. Beth was able to make everything during our stay, from booking the whole way through to checkout, seamless. She was very prompt with her responses and readily available to help when needed. The place itself was great also. It had everything you needed from a well stocked kitchen, to starter products, and everything needed for a great beach visit. The views and private staircase was an added bonus! We can’t wait to come back to Indian Rocks and stay in #2206 again!

Best FL Trip Ever

We absolutely loved this condo. It was just the right size. The balcony with the spiral staircase to the pool was awesome. We never had to leave the unit to go the pool or beach. Just walk out to the balcony and head down the spiral stairs. Beth was so attentive to our needs and was always available if we had any questions. It was a great trip.

Much needed family vacation!!

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had! The location is so perfect and the beach and pool access could never be better. Although it would be great to find other new places to stay around this area we have discussed that we would love to just come right back to this condo due to the amazing location, service, cleanliness, beach access, and overall atmosphere. What a wonderful and amazing place for an intimate family vacation!!

Summer Fun

This was a great condo, The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was big enough for our family and friends. The beach towels and the cooler were a huge plus. The girls enjoyed the easy access to the beach via the stair off of the Deck. I would stay here again.

Location!!

This is a cute little unit right on the beach. The ease of access is hard to beat. The spiral staircase down to the pool/beach made it so easy for us. Would have given it 5 stars, but it could use a little updating and TLC. Agent says the exterior will be updated soon, and we can’t wait! Already booked for another stay!

Beautiful view and excellent amenities

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed the private stairs to the pool, and the extra balcony space was wonderful. The property manager was fabulous and got right back to me when I needed anything. This was our second time at this complex. Our only complaint was that this year there was security, and they made everyone leave the pool and hot tub by 8 pm. This was quite disappointing, especially when we just wanted to relax in the hot tub for a bit after dinner while the kids took a swim before turning in for the night.

Best Unit in the Building

This unit had everything we look for in a cabin. The corner unit is on the second floor with a private spiral staircase to the pool/beach area. It also has a wraparound balcony so you get nice views of the intercoastal along with a breeze and shade when the front of the building is warm with sun. The interior is nice and light and clean. The washer and dryer are newer, the beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for everyone and having an Apple TV to use was an added bonus. Checkin was very easy with the manager sending the door code prior to arrival. Also great communication from the manager during our stay. Perfect in every way. Will be back.

Girls Getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a week. It was very relaxing, our unit was on the corner with the spiral staircase right on the beach with the pool to the side. It’s not real private at this unit but we didn’t mind, we enjoyed people watching. There are beautiful sunsets. Not much night life yet. Everything is fairly close. I do wish they would install a ceiling fan in the living room area, for air circulation. They do have some portable fans available. I also wish that maybe they could get new gas grills outside. These are a bit worn and sometimes hard to light with the breeze coming off Gulf. Also maybe some chairs or a bench to sit on while you are grilling and watching your food. Overall we really like this place and Beth was very helpful and prompt on returning calls or texts. 👍🏻

Everything we hoped for

We were a group of 3 generations and loved this vacation! The property is exactly as advertised. We loved the wrap around balcony which easily let our group of 6 plu 5 friends from the area enjoy an afternoon together. The spiral staircase was wonderful! It gave us access to the beach, pool, grill, and car very easily! (We certainly saw how others on high floors needed to wait for the elevator occasionally.) And the views! Heaven! Dolphins could be seen from the balcony a couple of times. The sunset was glorious. The plan trees...ahhhhh! And Beth made sure we had no issues. She texted us and made sure we knew she was responsive. The location was perfect! The kitchen lacked nothing. And the restaurants were great. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful spring break

We had an excellent trip. The property manager Beth was always available and efficient. The location was fantastic. The spiral stairs to the beach and pool were so convenient. We took a half day boat trip with Hubbards that was the best. We ate at Keagans about 1 mile away and I highly recommend the crab cakes. We would totally recommend this location and condo to any family looking for a wonderful beach trip.

Wonderful condo for a family beach vacation

This rental property was exactly as advertised and would highly recommend it. The location of this condo gives you an absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf (and postcard-like pictures at sunset through the palm trees). The condo itself was beautifully decorated with beach memorabilia, but not overdone. It was spacious and exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities that one would desire at the beach to experience a vacation. The high quality towels that were provided for both bath and beach even eliminated the need for us to bring our own. Parking was so convenient in the deck on ground level. A corner spot directly below the condo provides easy access to 1) the spiral staircase to the back entrance, 2) the building's stairwell up one level, or 3) the elevators which we only used the day we arrived and the day we left. Lastly, I wanted to say that I really enjoyed my communications with Beth of Beaches & Beyond Realty & Vacation Rentals. She was incredibly helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! Wish we could have stayed longer.
