Magnifique séjour dans une très belle demeure en pleine nature

Tres beau jardin (on a pu apercevoir des chevreuils le matin), grande piscine. Tres bonne literie. Minimum 30 minutes de trajet pour activité mais le temps passe vite sur les jolies routes. 1 salle de bain et 1 wc pour 6 c’est peu mais on le savait. Maison bien spacieuse pour 6. Point relais pour le pain au resto du village, c’est bien pratique pour éviter de la route ( les propriétaires devraient le dire).

Quiet place, nice for hiking

It was a pleasant stay, very quiet house and surrounded by trees. Easy access to mainroads to St Alvere or Bergerac.

Charming stone farmhouse

A fascinating old stone farmhouse in a delightful secluded country location. Friendly owners and well furnished interior. Deer walk through the grounds ! How lovely. Private swimming pool.

Séjour reposant dans un cadre agreable

Maison traditionnelle très bien équipée et confortable. Tout le nécessaire est disponible pour passer un bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très attentionnés. La piscine est un plus et la petite pergola au fond du jardin est très agréable pour les apéros de fin de journée où les repas. Mon fils a eu la chance de voir plusieurs chevreuils traversant la propriété. A coup sûr vous ne serez pas déçus de ce séjour chez Thierry. Les photos du site ne reflètent pas la beauté de cet endroit.

Vacances en famille au calme

Maison périgourdine typique mais avec un équipement moderne et complet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille au calme, loin des tumultes de la ville et des zones balnéaires surpeuplées. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Magnifique terrain ombragé (dont notre chienne a bien pu profiter) et piscine au top. Hôtes accueillants et très agréables. Adresse à recommander pour les amoureux de la nature et de la tranquillité

Week-end farniente

Superbe maison à laquelle les photos ne font pas honneur. Véritable havre de paix, nichée dans un écrin de verdure sans vis à vis ni nuisance sonore. Petit bémol : nous avons été envahis par les guêpes à cause des fortes chaleurs qui n’avaient comme point d’eau que la piscine. Leur installer des abreuvoirs et le tour est joué !

Le calme et la tranquillité

Vous aimez être seul au monde, la tranquillité et la nature, venez profiter de cette charmante maison en pleine forêt où vous pourrez apercevoir des chevreuils à la tombée de la nuit. La piscine en plus pour les enfants et s'amuser, Parfait !

Jolie périgourdine à proximité de Bergerac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette périgourdine ancienne, typique de la région. Un joli jardin et une piscine. Maison très bien équipée, c'est appréciable. Très au calme, elle est entourée de champs. Presque trop, voiture indispensable. Aucune vie de village à proximité, dommage mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Contact agréable avec les propriétaires.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'environnement très calme et reposant de cet endroit, à l'écart de l'agitation des sites touristiques du Périgord. Située dans un écrin de verdure, la maison typique en pierres garde parfaitement la fraîcheur (au moins au rez de chaussée) ce que nous avons apprécié durant les journées de canicule. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est excellente ainsi que le linge de maison. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la grande piscine en demi-lune avec son bassin profond. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Dordogne

We spend a beautiful quiet week in de Dordogne in this nice old French house. The temperature rose to 34 degrees so the pool was very nice ( in fact quit a big and beautiful pool :-) Thierry and his wife were very friendly and helpfull. The WiFi cable was broke but they took every effort to repair is as quick as possible. As a tip we would say: every sleepingroom could use a ventilator (especially the rooms on the first floor) and a mosquito net (never had so much bites )

Escape from busy life

If you want to escape from the daily ratrace and go back to nature and quietness, this place is exactly what you’re looking for. We stayed here for a week in August 2019 with our two teenage sons, and had a wonderful time. The house and the pool are bigger than the photo’s show and very comfortable and well equipped. The wifi is excellent. The house has a beautiful garden and is not too far away from stores or nice towns as Lalinde or Bergerac. The owners are very friendly and helpful when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Rural Gem

Family of 3, enjoyed a quiet week's break in August 2019. Gite situated in rural isolation so very peaceful but not too far from neighbouring villages etc.. Lovely big pool. Cool house. Well equipped indoors. Pool seating lacked cushions and parasol. BBQ area needed some attention too. Would recommend for quiet getaway.

Excellent stay in beautiful house and countryside

Highly recommended. The house is set in charming Périgord countryside with no neighbours nearby but still only 20 mins from Bergerac or Lalinde. The pool is large and perfect for cooling off in the hot sun and the house is cool inside on hot days. We stayed as a family with two children and they loved exploring the grounds with its apple, pear, quince, pomegranate trees and local wildlife - deer and wild boar amongst others. Highly recommended for those wanting a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a well-equipped house with a lovely pool. We'd love to come back.

beautiful farmhouse in rural area

We stayed during the summer holiday for 1 week in this beautiful renovated old farm house. The farmhouse is located in a very quiet area near Bergerac. Here is no traffic, no sound, an ideal place to relax. The house is comfortable and clean. Outside there is a massive garden with a huge swimming pool. Several inflatables are available to play in the deep pool. Under the arbor near the pool you can hide for the sun, eat , drink and enjoy the barbecue. In the near surroundings there are several hiking trails through woods and small villages. Really a perfect spot to fill up your batteries. Fam. Bierens, Netherlands
