Welcome to Vieques Island, PR. Paradise unfolds... Fragrant flowers, tropical fruit and acres of lawn make up the surroundings at Villa Vista Linda. The driveway is lined with hibiscus shrubs, bougainvillea, oleanders, fragrant plumeria trees and other lush, tropical flowering plants and trees. The scent of gardenias and the beauty of orchids abound. You have arrived at Vista Linda.

Located in Pilon, in west-central Vieques, this gated private estate offers spectacular views of the southern coast of the island towards the Caribbean Sea. Well worth its name...Vista Linda! (Beautiful View).

Enjoy a peaceful, private vacation experience in a style of graceful tropical elegance. Within the six-acre estate is the Villa proper. The upper floor houses the main living areas with its 20-foot high ceilings and cooling ocean breezes. Venture out into the veranda and take in the gorgeous view. Festive dinners for up to 12 people can be held at the long French Country dining table. And afterwards, settle in for an after dinner drinks or coffee in one of the cozy sitting areas.

The lower level or Terraza offers more possibilities. Bright, open and airy, the arched columns and filigreed ironwork let fresh breezes blow through for true alfresco living. Lounge with a cool drink from the Coqui Cabana Bar or enjoy lunch or a sunset dinner from within the Terraza or Poolside.

The crown jewel of the estate is the gorgeous pool with its spectacular unobstructed and expansive views of the southern coast including Mt. Pirata - the highest peak on the island.

Set apart from the villa and adjoining the terraza and pool is the Casita, a charming small house with its own living room, kitchen/dining area and beautifully appointed bath.

Among the available sleeping accommodations are the master bedroom and 3 guestrooms in the Villa, and a private suite in the Casita.

The villa's spacious master bedroom combines a feeling of luxury with a sense of the tropics. Tall, richly finished teakwood doors and antique wood furnishings add to the effect. Cooling sea breezes can be enjoyed during any season and guests can sleep in air conditioned comfort if desired.

The Villa features three more bedrooms in addition to the Master bedroom. Two bedrooms are at the opposite end of the villa across the great room. The first offers a queen bed and the second has two full-size beds. Each bedroom has ample closet space and together the rooms share a large and well appointed bathroom between them. The third bedroom is located on the first floor of the Villa and has a queen sized bed, it's own entrance and private bath.

The Casita bedroom features a queen bed and and a beautifully appointed bathroom. There is a daybed in the living room which will sleep one adult or two children quite comfortably.

Vista Linda is the perfect choice for your Caribbean getaway, a quiet vacation retreat, family reunions or special gathering of friends.

You have a choice of booking 3-bedrooms (Main House), 4-bedrooms (Main House plus the Coqui Suite) or 5 bedrooms (the entire property; Main House plus the Coqui Suite plus the Casita). Including the Casita, Vista Linda provides 10,00 Square feet of living space under roof.

Great Getaway

The group really enjoyed how much room we had to spread out. The host was so very helpful when our flights started getting cancelled due to storms in Miami. We would stay again.

The house was huge. So many kitchens. The pool was amazing. Karen, the property manager was extremely responsive. Overall the house is a bit dated but had adequate space to hang out together.

Perfect property for our family of 12. The kids really loved the pool and having the pool table was a great pastime for the teenagers and adults. There was plenty of space so you could find a little quiet space if you needed it.

Back to Villa Vista Linda

We have stayed here before with a larger party for our wedding. We loved the house then and we loved it now for a small post holiday birthday trip. Expansive grounds and well secured property with lovely pool and lots of room for all. Huge kitchen with a lot of prep space for our fresh caught fish and, although the appliances are a little old, they all worked perfectly. Highly recommend!

60th Bday Celebration

This house was phenomenal! We were a big group ranging in ages from 20 to 76. The house had entertainment for all. We utilized all of the house, we ate breakfast by the pool, played on the pool table till night fall, it was amazing.

Great Family home

Perfect for a large family. Multiple bedroom rooms and a large area to the whole family to hang out. The large pool was clean and inviting. The washer/dryer made it easy to keep clean without having to pack a ton of clothes.

Quiet with great views.

Vista Linda is a great home in a very quiet location. It has great views of what I believe is Sun Bay and Mosquito Bay. Its about equal travel to Esperanza and Isabell. The property is well managed and maintained. Very Gracious Host. The house and grounds are lovely and have plenty of activities. I would definitely bring my family back. Book a stay, you'll love it. Villa Vista Linda

Although the property was beautiful we were mislead . I was under the impression we had the entire property rented but we were denied access to the pool house . Under amenities a jetted tub was listed but it had been removed before our stay . The bed in master was off the frame and I had to sleep lopsided several days until it was corrected by house manager . Lots of mice and bugs also .

Friends and family from different countries getting together at Villa Vista Linda

We were a group of four couples, including a couple young adult children from different countries, who are friends since high school. The Villa Vista Linda was the perfect place for us to gather. It is beautiful and very spacious. Great for gathering together to eat, and sit and talk and laugh. The rooms are well appointed. The common areas are so large that it’s easy to gather and not disturb those who want to go to bed early. We never turned on the television, because there was so much to do at the Villa and on the island. Both Isabel Segunda, and Esperanza have great restaurants. There are multiple amazing beaches. The bio bay is the brightest in the world. The view from the house was fantastic. We enjoyed swimming in a very large pool. We cooked both upstairs and downstairs depending on whether we were having breakfast or grilling for lunch. Communication with the house manager, Karen, was easy, and her responses always very prompt. She was great about meeting the initial parties to arrive and getting them to the house and oriented around things. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The house was even better than we thought it would be based on numerous great reviews. Really huge! You will not regret staying at Villa Vista Linda.

Great large family/group retreat

We all enjoyed our stay at the beautiful & spacious Villa Vista Linda with enough rooms for our large family to spread out and relax. The views were amazing, the pool was our favorite place to hang out with plenty of loungers. The property has so many beautiful and lush plants making it very private and secluded. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely Villa Vista Linda. Gracias Megan & Karen!

Beautiful stay!!

Our stay at vista Linda was amazing. The open-air feel of the property is perfect, the views are amazing, the pool is great. The house has all the basic necessities (kitchen pots & pans, beach towels, chairs, etc.). The property manager, Karen, is so kind and very communicative. Highly recommend!

Property review

The property is beautiful. Great house very clean. The only problem with this property is that you definitely need a car. It’s very far from everything. We were not aware of that and thought we could call taxi but all numbers we called were either no answer or they just hung up and we didn’t speak Spanish. We had no way of getting groceries. I wish an agent would let us know how crucial it is to have your own car prior to arrival.

Amazing location, house, and communication

LOVED staying here! I have been visiting Vieques since I was a kid, my grandpa grew up on the island and my family and I loved this location. It was very easy to get to and from town and esperanza. It also was surrounded by gated 5 acers which allowed for a beautiful view when on the property overlooking Sun Bay from a distance. The house itself was huge and beautiful, it had the perfect touch of traditional Puerto Rican indoor/outdoor feel and modern AC/appliances. Both Megan and the property manager Karen were amazing to work with and meet, so responsive and nice. Thank you for a great stay!! Can't wait to come back.
