Lovely quiet townhouse close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. This home offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. There is a patio with table, chairs and a propane grill. There is a well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The internet is 400 mbps so staying connected is easy. There is a smart TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights. The urban trail and Buffalo park are a walk away. Sedona is approximately an hour away. Grand Canyon south rim is 79 miles away. Plenty to do in the area, The Nordic village offers plenty of year round adventures, and the Flagstaff extreme park is great for an obstacle course challenge. Two rooms have queen beds, the third room has a set of twin beds.

Weekend stay

In town for a wedding. I selected this property mainly for it’s convenient location to wedding events. It turned out to be so much more. Size was more than adequate for three adults. Also very well stocked as if the host had anticipated our every need.

Peaceful Snow trip

My husband & I brought our kiddos on our annual snow trip. This home was very clean and smelled clean also. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. There were games in the cup board for us as a family to play together with. The backyard was a nice size for my two kids to have a little snowball fight. We loved the fireplace kept us warm and cozy. When trying to reach Patricia for information she responded very quickly. The home was about 15 minutes away from the Flagstaff Snow Park which is where we took our kids so wasn’t far at all. The home is also located a few minutes away from a Fry’s grocery store which was perfect. I really enjoyed this home and the host was great we definitely would stay here again.

Lovely place

The host was super responsive. The house had everything we needed and more. We stayed in the winter time and the fireplace was just so very cozy. There was plenty of space for us, and the neighborhood had a park close by for the kids. Flagstaff has lots of good eats!

This 1200+ sf townhouse feels very spacious. It is great for getting away for a few days or a longer stay. It's near the FUTS, so exploring by bike was easy and fun. The stairs and second floor are now solid flooring, as the owner mentioned would occur in response to a previous review. I have seasonal allergies, so it was a challenge to have the windows open the entire time. I will rent during cooler weather when I can keep the windows closed.

Great area

Great area, clean and close to NAU. Check in and out super easy. My poor mother had an allergic reaction and had to go to urgent care, so possibly could have been pets in there. My fault for not checking. The overall was great other than that minor hiccup though.

Ok comfortable place

With lack of place to choose from, this place was ok. It was conveniently locked, clean but not well stocked with basic I am accustomed to at other rentals. Plus there was little items provided like board games. The internet connection was welcome to give something to do during our down time.

The pictures truly don't do the house justice for what it really looks us. It was a 7 minute drive to town for bar hopping and a short distance from the NAU campus. Easy to navigate to and quiet, safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend! Owner was attentive to emails, excellent communication and professional.
