Our family of 5 came for skiing. The property and location are wonderful. We love the shuttle service which makes the logistics of skiing so much easier. Major win for Winter Park. The place was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. I highly recommend to others. Jane
Enjoyed being close to the mountain, amenities and use of the ski locker. Had everything we needed except washer and dryer. Will be staying here again.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and condo was in a convenient location close to town and Winter Park resort. Everything was clean and with appropriate amenities. Locker amenity at the resort was a nice bonus and saved much time and effort from having to haul ski equipment everyday.
My husband and daughter had a wonderful stay. The condo worked out perfectly for their needs. No complaints, exactly as expected. Locker was appreciated!
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was in such a great location, easy to get around town and back to the mountain to grab the kids when they were ready to be do for the day.Everything was so clean and well stocked. We loved the fireplace! It was so nice to turn it on when we were cold from coming in from the day and helping to dry all of the ski and winter stuff for the next day.It was great and we really liked it here!
Overall the place was good. The price was right for the quality and age of the property. The parking was less than ideal because there was an old snowmobile and some other junk taking up a spot, but thankfully we were able to get a parking spot by the property. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The property was only a five minute walk from the bus stop which was so nice!
Cozy condo with beautiful views in a quiet area. Just a block away from the free shuttle that goes to downtown Winter Park and the Resort. Acess to a free locker to store ski equipment at the Resort was a bonus!
It was all we could ask for! Quiet, clean and great WiFi! This spot had everything we needed. Close to town, nicely equipped kitchen and all the night sky you could ask for!
Our stay was fabulous. It was easy to get to town and the shuttle and the space was comfortable for our family. It would be helpful to know about the loft style and lack of door in bedrooms for noise planning for the little one ahead of time.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Overall, the property was great and we really enjoyed staying there. It was clean, the parking was convenient and easy. The "double loft" sort of design was cool (and had my teenaged daughter not dropped out of going on the trip, I think she would have really liked the spiral staircase up to the third floor bedroom). The price was very reasonable for the location (about 8-9 minutes from Winter Park's "G Lot" parking lot).
The only minor negatives I can think of: the TV was not very big and not very good resolution (but we were there to ski, not watch TV... although a better/larger picture for the Super Bowl would have been nice). And the shower head in the downstairs bathroom really should be replaced with something nicer. It was just about as basic as it could get.
Other than those two small quibbles, the place was great. I'd certainly stay there again, even if the TV and shower head weren't upgraded.
I had a great stay at Tim’s condo. I relied on the bus (Brown Line), which worked well and also easily walked the roughly .9 miles to/from town. The locker at the mountain was a game changer. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s worth noting that the 2nd floor bedroom is a loft and the bathrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor (though separate from the bedroom, which is nice for the 3rd floor bedroom’s access.
Perfect place to stay. Just as advertised. Clean, nicely decorated with plenty of towels and basic essentials needed for your stay. Tim was kind enough to reach out prior to our visit to make sure we knew the pass might still be closed when we arrived and would have to take a longer route around. The bus stop 300 ft around the corner was nice so we didn’t have to fight the parking at Winter park (just a heads up, they weren’t running on call service after hours as advertised). And what a bonus having a locker to leave your skis overnight! Do not hesitate booking, we would definitely stay here again!
I learned to ski in Winter Park almost 40 years ago and have spent a good bit of every winter and summer in this condo since. Even though we now live in Texas, we are fortunate to bring our children (the fourth generation of our family) to our second home in Colorado.
