In the Périgord Noir and the Pays des Bastides, Camping La Bastide*** is located 300m from the historic town center of Villefranche du Périgord, a medieval village in the heart of the Pays du Cèpe et de la Châtaigne.

During your holidays in Périgord, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool in the campsite's aquatic area as well as its paddling pool for children.

Numerous activities and entertainment will punctuate your stay with family or friends. On the program: pétanque court, children's play area, lively evenings and themed meals planned throughout the months of July and August.

From the campsite, you have direct access to hiking trails pedestrians. You will also find several activities nearby: fishing on a lake 300m away, quad biking, tennis, equestrian center, canoeing, flying club, Nordic walking.

The campsite offers takeaway services , bar, catering, convenience store and ice cream in July-August. You will also find traders in the village located just 300 meters away: bakers, butchers, charcutiers, supermarkets, hairdressers, tobacconist/press, various shops, ATM, post office...

Please note: For more than 30 years, every third weekend of October has been devoted to the chestnut festival with activities around gastronomy, the land, the forest and traditions; several events in the following week allow you to wait until the chocolate fair which closes this particular week.
