Great unit

This is the second time we have stayed in the unit which is at our favourite complex in Palm Springs. Great location and great pickle ball community. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. We were not able to get in on the first night because we were given the wrong door code. Because we could not get aholdof the owner we had to call VRBO, who paid to put us up Ina hotel for a night. The last time we stayed at the unit the door code was also wrong so we recommend the unit but also confirming the door code.

Comfortable condo with a great location

The bed and linens were amazing, so comfortable. Sufficiently equipped with kitchenware and linens. Walk out the front door to play pickleball, so convenient. The pickleball is organized by the occupants. The condo is made of concrete so sufficiently soundproof, could barely hear the traffic. The pool and hot tub have been recently updated, top notch. Enough lounge chairs to go around. Easy 5 minute walk to pick up a few groceries or grab something to eat. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Palm Springs accomodation!

We enjoyed our 1 month stay very much! The unit was very well equipped overall.. just missing a coffee maker, only a minor inconvenience for us. However, we loved the upgrades and decor that Anne provides.. a real Palm Springs vibe! Big comfy bed, modern amenities, well appointed kitchen for a gourmet chef! The pool area, tennis courts, and the grounds here are very well kept. Anne was very responsive ahead of our stay.. much appreciated! We would love to stay here again!

A perfect Palm Springs getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s condo. It is a quiet upstairs unit with views of mountains and trees. The kitchen is well equipped, the king size bed is very comfortable, and the decor is charmingly mid century modern. There is an active pickleball group that we were able to join - the group is very social and welcoming. The pool Is great for swimming lengths, the hot tub is perfect for soaking after a hike, and there are lots of new lounge chairs around the pool. We also enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood after dinner. There is grocery store and other shops within walking distance and an abundance of trails nearby for hiking. Anne was wonderful to deal with from booking through to arrival and then checkout. We highly recommend this condo!

All around great place!

Nice one-bedroom condo (perfect for a single) with the usual amenities (swimming pool, spa) in a great neighborhood and a bonus of very nice pickleball courts. Owner is very responsive.

This property was perfect for my husband and I for the past month. Really great community. Beautiful location near the mountains and downtown Palm Springs. VRBO had everything we needed!

Wonderful!

The apartment is very clean, updated and smartly decorated. Kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes needed. Bath has all the towels you’ll need and the water pressure is perfect. Bed is super comfy, I need to recreate it for myself. Parking is a breeze right in front of the unit. Complex is quiet and the neighbors all say hello when passing. You can’t go wrong with this place.

A perfect place

The condo was excellent! The bed was wonderful, the kitchen was well supplied and the whole unit was clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. The location is close to stores and restaurants. Hope to return.

A perfect home for a perfect holiday

The Condo is excellent..tastefully renovated and complete with all furnishings and items needed to have a great , enjoyable vacation. Interior is exceptionally clean and well equipped ..the unit is close to all services in the complex. Wonderful and helpful owners always available to assist if necessary. Very convenient location to nearby commercial , business outlets...and golf !...A real “ 10” .

We love Palm is warm and fun and has loads for us to do. We are from the East Coast and are tired of cold weather so decided to buy something in Palm Springs so we could escape when we could not stand the cold anymore!
