This is a very clean apartment very well located. 5 minutes from the beach. Pool was refreshing. Owner is now a friend. He picked us at the bus terminal, drove us to the airport. Very helpful

5 stars not enough , i could have given more.
Just back from 2 weeks in this apartment and what a great time we had. It is well set out with all the mod cons you could want. Very clean and laid out perfectly for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is very well kept with pool guys cleaning it every morning , and it was great not to have to fight for a sun loungers , every day we were there we could stroll out even at 10:30 in the morning and get sun loungers. and a parasol, though the beach is literally 5 mins walk if that. The owner Andre is a lovely man and easy to communicate with and will willingly give you any info you need about the area. I have already recommended it to family and friends if they ever wanted to go to Albufeira. If i could give 6 stars i would. Thanks Andre.

Easy to walk everywhere
The location was good and while lots of kids during the day, very quiet in the evening and mornings. It’s very easy to get to all parts of Albufeira from here. Andre was super helpful to get me sorted.

Séjour parfait !
En vacances il faut toujours être aussi bien que chez soi, voire mieux. C'est le cas chez André, on s'y sent comme à la maison! Super appart, plage à 5mns et belle grande piscine! C'est le paradis! Le nec plus ultra serait un Transat sur la terrasse pour regarder les étoiles le soir!😉 Bel endroit, belle location ! A refaire !

Do not stay here! They are trying to rip you off! They will take money from your deposit! You pay a cleaning fee but they will charge you for leaving trash in the trash bins and for leaving dishes in the dishwasher! The cleaning service will show up right at checkout time and when you are not ready will wait and charge you 40 euros an hr! They will make a claim like the sink plug is broken and say they need damages for that. This reservation cost me an extra 210 euros!

“Our piece of paradise”❤️❤️
We are just back from an amazing holiday in this apartment. We met Christine on arrival she was very helpful. The apartment is fabulous very modern, beautifully decorated and smelled lovely in every room. The view is amazing you are on ground floor but you still can see the sea. The bed is very comfortable, the best bed we ever slept in on holiday. The shower is also fantastic. The balcony is very nice and right beside the pool. We were in contact with the owners by email and they were very helpful and told us not to hesitate in contacting them.We would highly recommend this apartment and can’t wait to go back, very sad leaving!! Sehr schönes Appartement in Albufeira
Andre empfing uns persönlich und zeigte uns das Appartement und die gesamte Anlage ausführlich. Das Appartement ist komplett eingerichtet, vom Entsafter und Toaster bis zum Geschirrspüler und der Waschmaschine. Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker usw. sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Sogar Handtücher für den Strand werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Appartement befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Bilder die hier gezeigt werden sind alle echt.

Appartement fonctionnel
Résidence très bien située, à proximité immédiate de la plage. Parking dans la résidence, aucune difficulté pour se garer, à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. L'appartement est très bien équipé et décoré avec gout (style moderne). La clim est un plus appréciable : elle est très efficace, et la faire fonctionner 1h suffit à maintenir une température agréable avant de s'endormir. Il manque peut être un parasol et/ou store pour pouvoir profiter de la terrasse (le problème de l'exposition sud : il faisait trop chaud, donc pas pu prendre de repas en terrasse le midi. En revanche, pas de soucis pour petit déj et repas du soir). La salle de bain était bien équipée (baignoire "balnéo" !). Un petit bémol : l'eau chaude met un peu de temps à arriver, et le réglage de l'eau chaude est pas évident à trouver (surtout par les enfants, car pas de thermostatique, et 2 robinets eau chaude / eau froide). La piscine est calme, non surveillée et bien entretenue. La dame qui s'occupe du bien pour le compte du propriétaire est très disponible (échanges de mails avant le séjour, rdv pour le check in...), et agréble (bons conseils,... et en plus, elle parle français !). Pas de problème pour le rbt de la caution par abritel sous 15jours. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés, c'est super !

Excellent apartment in a great location
We had a delightful 5 night stay in Pascale's beautiful apartment from 19th to 21st June 2017 and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. The apartment is bright, modern and finished to a very high standard. Lots of nice touches around the place make it a proper home from home. We had one minor problem with the air con on our first day, but Pascale arranged for it to be fixed within 2 hours, which was excellent service given it was Friday evening when we reported it. Location is great too, with a 3 minute stroll to the beach and 5 minutes to a multitude of restaurants bars and shops. Thanks very much Pascale, when we come back to Albufeira we will let you know.

Just perfect
My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks in the apartment. We found everything was in very good condition and there was clean everywhere. The apartment was tastefully furnished and the kitchen equipment was superb. We hope future tenants will treat the apartment, the furniture and the equipment well for the benefit of the owners and future tenants. It's nice when things are in order. - The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend the apartment, and if our calendar allows it, we shall return. Thank you.

Confort et situation
Excellent séjour dans la résidence proposée par Pascale, que je remercie pour son accueil chaleureux, appartement confortable et tres bien équipe, connexion wifi de qualite, dans un immeuble récent, avec parking privé , piscine, belle vue sur l ocean et la ville d Albufeira, le tout dans un espace sécurisé. Sa situation centrale en Algarve permet de se rendre facilement d Est en Ouest pour visiter cette belle région Appartement que je recommande sans hesitation

Août 2016 L'appartement est nickel et très bien équipé, tout est neuf et de qualité. Avons eu un souci avec l'eau chaude mais qui est sûrement résolu aujourd'hui. La terrasse est très agréable et très bien exposée. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds et le centre du vieil Albufeira à 20 minutes à pieds. Avons eu un très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Avons passé un très agréable séjour.
