Clean and functional, fully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home conveniently located near 101, 280, and 680. Minutes from the Plant and Eastridge malls.
Catered to corporate rental and traveling working professionals as well as vacationers. Theres a utility cap at $400 for bookings staying longer than 29 days (water, gas, and electricity)
3-day weekend holidays booking must be 2 nites minimum: and new year eve booking is minimum 2 nites, either include 1 nite before or 1 nite after dec 31. No cable or Direct Tv but have smart TVs. There is free wifi and driveway/street parking.

Relaxing patio area with complete bbq island for the outdoors enthusiasts and chefs . Plenty of parking in driveway and street to accomodate at least 2 cars. House is situated on a large lot with nice gardens in both front yard and back yard.
We do not allow smoking and use of illicit drugs including marijuana anywhere on the property.

washer and dryer are available for guest use and guests can access all part of the house except for the garage (other than to access laundry area). There is a locked storage room in the back yard that is only for owner access.

Back yard has bbq island and guests are welcomed to use the portable grill
(Grand Cafe grill is not operational) but need to refill liquid propane on their own (gas station at McLaughlin x Tully Rd). If guests leave a mess in the backyard and bbq island/grill needs cleaning then there is a $100 extra cleaning fee.

No overnight guests and parties.
No pets
Maximum 6 occupants of any age

Has glass top furniture and other breakables- not suitable for small children.

Best Location

This property is excellently located for easy access to the bay areas' attractions. You can easily hop on 85,87, 101, 680 , 237,580 For the people that frequent to silicon corridor, this is a no brainer!

that is why I live in this house during slow seasons and work 1.6 miles from the house.

What makes this property unique

The front and back yards are very nice and relaxing.Lots of colorful flowers and plenty of space. nice green front lawn grass and BBQ island and bistro chair/table plus another area with a set of outdoors patio furniture for 4-6. Nice neighborhood, lwide and not congested streets, easy parking.
