2 Modern 4BR/3BA houses w/ view, fire pits, hot tubs - 7 Minutes from downtown

This listing and the prices shown are for BOTH houses. Amazing gated property with two modern houses with same floorplans - 4 bedroom 3 full bath houses with double decker back porches offering amazing views. Each house sleeps 12 people; therefore the property sleeps 24 total. Many more reviews there - please check them out!

All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. Large open floor plans, large closets, and extra drink fridges make the houses great for large groups. Each house has a 65" led tv with cable in living , 5 other flat screens and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses.

Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. 2 6 person hot tubs recessed into the back decks that is professionally maintained (drained, cleaned and refilled between every guest). Outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge. Large backyard with professionally maintained/irrigated lawn and fence.

Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up. A 5-8 minute Uber or Lyft will have you on Broadway for $10.

Perfect for our needs

We were in Nashville for a family reunion. We wanted outdoor space to gather (and play whiffle ball!) and this property was great. Very comfortable beds and living areas. More chairs outside would be nice- not just on the patio. That is our only suggestion! We had plenty of space for everyone and to cook/prepare meals. Will stay here again!

Great place for a weekend in Nashville!

Well situated and furnished location with wonderful hosts. The large backyard and hot tubs add so much to the experience. Michael was responsive throughout the whole process. Would recommend for large groups looking for a comfortable spot.

We had a great time! Rented both houses for a large group! Nice houses stocked with everything we needed. Close Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay if we visit Nashville again!

Amazing Property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property and it exceeded all expectations. Truly amazing property, super close to downtown Nashville, I was able to have all my friends and family stay together in one spot for the weekend and enjoy. The kids love the hot tub didn't wanna leave the property after the weekend was over. Beautiful backyard with fire pits. In addition to the exceptional amenities, the property's host went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable.

Great house and location

I could say so many wonderful things about this property. We all enjoyed every minute that we were at the house. Both houses were very well kept and were beautiful inside and out. The host was amazing and quickly answered any question that we had. It is a quick 10 minute uber to broadway so it feels like you are close enough to get there quickly but far enough to relax in the evenings. Anyone who is going with a larger group I would highly recommend this house.

This was a perfect Vrbo for a fun weekend in Nashville!

Perfect Group Space

We had my cousin's 50th birthday party here and it was a perfect space! The backyard is HUGE with plenty of gated parking for vehicles (even got our 32' RV back there). The two hot tubs were great, as was the large bluetooth speaker to play music throughout. Even the bunk beds were adult sized! More like queens than twins. Could easily sleep two people on each one. Also, the added services of alcohol and food delivery were above and beyond. We didn't need them for our trip but for those groups flying everyone in, I could see this being a huge logistical help. Would definitely recommend for any larger groups looking for a home base in Nashville. Just 10 min ride from downtown or 15 min to Grand Old Opry.

Amazing

We went to Nashville for my Bachelorette trip. We’re all 35 and older so we needed a place with a lot of room and comfort. This place had it all. The hot tubs were great, the yard was perfect, and decks were amazing! There’s more than enough room and beds in this house. The owner was very nice! He checked in when we got there and gave us some recommendations. Our Ubers were $15-$20 but we had a big group so we got the XL’s so I didn’t think that was so bad. Just a quick ride downtown. East Nashville was a totally different chill vibe. I’m glad we were in our location bc we never would have discovered it. I had the best trip and so did all my girls. Highly recommend staying here!

Bachelor Party Trip from Canada

First time to Nashville and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Came down with 19 of my closest friends and family members to celebrate my upcoming marriage. Location was great (10 minute Uber to downtown). The property (including the amazingly spacious backyard) was even better than expected and Michael's hospitality was absolutely top notch. Tons of fresh towels, linens, pillows, kitchen and bathroom supplies and so much more. Would absolutely recommend for a group coming to experience Nashville. 10/10. Thanks so much, Michael.

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed for a Bachelorette party. We had 14 of us and renting both houses was perfect in terms of space and it was easy to go between houses. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience.

Perfect family getaway

Came on this trip with a bunch of friends to celebrate a wedding but immediately thought of perfect the listing would be for a family/multiple family vacation. Listing is spot and what you see is what you get and then some. Check-in and accommodations were seamless. Overall great stay.

Great place and close to broadway!

Property was perfect for a bachelor/ bachelorette combined party! Owner had helpful tips prior to coming and was quick to respond to my questions. Very spacious and a quick drive to broadway! Had everything we needed and clean!

Great Property for Large Group

We stayed here for a wedding and it comfortably fit the wedding party and their dates. Michael was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions. Very clean and fully stocked. with everything you need. Good location in relation to downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Best time ever!

First time visiting Nashville, in town for a destination wedding for our daughter. The two house more than accommodated family and wedding party. Back yard was awesome for hanging out and barbequing. We had some issues with the air conditioning and Michael came over immediately to resolve the problem. Couldn't be happier with our stay and can't wait to come back!
