Well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, (3) bedrooms with queen mattresses, plus open space with (2) long-twin beds in downstairs open secondary living space (with another 60” TV) - sleeps 8 comfortably. Two full bathrooms with rainhead showers and heated floors. Large capacity washer and dryer available. Sheets, bath, beach towels, blow dryer, and fully stocked kitchen, are all provided. A starter supply of all cleaning, coffee, etc provided.
There is room in the driveway for 4-5 cars. The neighborhood is a beautiful quiet mile loop. If you go out the driveway to the left and take your very next right and keep taking rights until you get back to the house it is one big loop.
We are always available via phone and text daily between the hours of 9-8pm and take care in responding to each question and inquiry ASAP.
This lake paradise is located in Dutchman Shores and is perfect for a week of relaxing and fun. The neighborhood is quiet and has a great circle loop for taking a peaceful walk. Eptings Landing Marine $5 cash only, provide fuel and commercial boat ramp with concessions available within a 5 min car ride or 2 min by water. There is not a ramp on our property.
This home is located within two miles of local restaurants, incl. brand new Publix grocery store and the center of Chapin. It is only five miles off of I-26, making it easy access to Harbison (15 mins) and Downtown/USC (30 mins). A handful of Marinas, and lake-access Restaurants are easily located by water from this centrally located home, just off of big-water “Bear Creek”.
The detached garage on our property has been renovated (2022) into a space that is part fun/part living. Includes a full bath and Queen size murphy bed. This space sleeps an additional two people. The bar set up does include commercial bar equipment as if you were at a restaurant. Please contact host if you would like to add this space, otherwise it remains empty while on vacation. It is NOT for a party or gathering of additional people, just as a relaxing family room of sorts by the water.
We have one security blink camera on the outside front of the home and one on the outside back facing out to the lake. These are to monitor the property when we are not there. We disarm these upon a guests arrival.
There are no cameras inside the home. We also have a noise monitoring device inside the garage and on dock to monitor loud party type noise that would cause complaints from neighbors.
This noise monitoring device only measures the sound level, and does not record private conversations.
-There are full time neighbors on both sides, we ask that you keep the noise down after 10pm
-No events or large parties allowed
-You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.
-Short Term rental agreement must be signed before entry code to home will be given out.
- We do allow one dog per reservation with a $200 pet fee and a conversation about type of dog and details on what to expect on our property with pets ie..fence, neighbors, barking etc. No other pets even if visiting for a few hours are allowed. One dog per reservation
To monitor loud noise and parties we do have one noise decimal reading device on property. This monitors sound levels and does not record conversations.
