POUR ME A VACATION IS LOCATED ON QUIET KARANKAWA BEACH AND HAS A FRONT-ROW VIEW WITH SECOND-ROW PRICES! ENJOY OUR NEWLY RENOVATED BATHROOMS, KITCHEN AND ELECTRIC FIREPLACE!!

Whether you are enjoying the autumn breeze on the deck while sitting on the porch swing with a fun beverage or grilling out in the covered area downstairs, you'll love spending your relaxing vacation at our home. We also have plenty of room in the backyard to set up your corn hole, baby pool, bouncy house, Easter egg hunt -- we've had it all!! During the winter months or when the weather doesn't cooperate, you can enjoy playing games, reading a book, working on a puzzle or snuggling up in front of the fireplace. FALL AND WINTER ARE MRS. POUR ME A VACATION'S FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR AT THE BEACH! We have smart tvs in each bedroom, as well as in the Living Room, which include accessibility to Netflix and other popular apps. Xfinity Cable is provided in the Living Room and Master Bedroom because MR. POUR ME A VACATION doesn't miss a football or basketball game. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

POUR ME A VACATION has room for two to three vehicles to park under the covered parking and four more vehicles can park in the uncovered driveway. Parking on one side of the road is also allowed.

Karankawa Beach is a small, friendly neighborhood next to Jamaica Beach. Our beach access is very close - only one house away. We provide a wagon, chairs, beach towels and beach toys to help you enjoy your day in the sun! Driving is prohibited on the beach, which keeps crowds down and is safe for the kids who are building sandcastles and walking back and forth from our home. No rushing down to the beach early in the morning to reserve your spot and no parked vehicles blocking your view!! There is always plenty of room for your friends and family to spread out.

There is a conveniently located walking path to Seven Seas Grocery and Market, as well as Nate's West End Seafood & Steaks. Enjoy some live music or watch a sporting event at Galvestonite Bistro, grab your morning brew at Pariah Coffee or get a pizza or burger to-go at Way West Grill - all are a THREE-MINUTE DRIVE from POUR ME A VACATION! Bait Daddy's (a one-stop shop for all your fishing needs) and Rick's Beach Rentals (golf carts, surfboards, kayaks, beach umbrellas and more) are both located right across the main road into our neighborhood.

Master Bedroom - 1 king bed with attached bathroom (shower only). The master bedroom has enough space for a single blow-up mattress or pack-n-play to accommodate small children who need to sleep close.

Guest Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed with attached bathroom (shower only).

Guest Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk bed (top bunk is a single and bottom bunk is a double), single trundle bed pulls out from under the bunk bed - bathroom (shower/tub combo) is in the hallway right next to this room.

The outdoor area has two security cameras for when the property is unoccupied, to verify cleaning crew and lawn maintenance attendance, to verify check-in/check-out and to ensure no pets are brought to the property.

Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Beryl. The time we had was fun and a great time. The improvements made on the house were very nice and added the enjoyment of the house. Natalie was great to work with and very helpful. This is a great house in a great location. Natalie once again thank you for everything!!!!!

This is our 3rd stay at this house and we absolutely love it. House is super clean and has everything we want/need during our stay. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Natalie is amazing and always on top of everything. We had an issue with the cable and she was troubleshooting within 10 minutes of letting her know. This house is so close to the beach and just 15 mins from Galveston. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great girls' getaway
The location of this property was perfect! Beach access was steps from the driveway. The Seven Seas Grocery is walking distance and had an incredible selection of anything needed. The house was spacoius yet cozy. It had 3 full bathrooms which made getting ready for an evenings out after a beach day simple foer all of us. I can't say enough good things about the house or the owner. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Great getaway
I took my sister to celebrate her 65th birthday. The house was perfect with two nice suites. The view of the gulf is wonderful and the large deck and porch swing was so relaxing. The short hop to the beach was perfect.

This was our fourth stay in five years and the house remains as great as ever. (Actually even better as the owner continuously upgrades the house each off season.) We love this beach house. It has something for everyone. Quiet neighborhood with a private beach. So close to the water. It’s not far from Galveston but just far enough to not have all the crowds. Nate’s seafood restaurant is amazing which is very close by. Will definitely stay here again.

All of the glowing remarks from the reviews and Natalie’s sweet responses is what sold me on reserving this home for our family gathering! It was everything and even more than we expected! Every review described it so well! We had a such a wonderful time and absolutely loved our stay! The views were awesome and we had a very enjoyable walk to the beach! The neighborhood felt clean and safe! Our grandsons had a big time fishing in the surf and caught several! The kids all loved boogie boarding, all the TV’s and WiFi! We all loved sitting out on the shaded deck in the evenings visiting! The location made it so convenient to gas, groceries and restaurants! Furnished beautifully with beachy decor, we also found it extremely clean and well stocked! It was so comfortable and cozy, we hated to leave! Natalie was very accommodating and quick to respond! Our stay and experience at her beach home was just perfect!! Thanks again for providing so much for us to enjoy!

House is great. Super close to the beach and close to the little store that has everything you need for very fair prices. We have stayed in the town houses behind this house before and the beach is chill as no cars can drive there. House has everything you need including games for kids of all ages. If you’re looking for an awesome vacation house with an ocean view this is perfect! We enjoyed the deck with the sound of the ocean waves and a wonderful view. Amazing Home
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The decorations were so cute and very beachy. Gorgeous view to look at all day. The location is amazing, very quiet street off the main highway so you dont have to hear the noise of the cars. Super short walk to the beautiful beach. We had the best time and would absolutely love to stay here again. The only suggestion we have is the beds are all very creaky and loud, and the master bed is not very comfortable. That being siad it did not stop us from sleeping well. Just worth mentioning. Over all though we had the best time here and kept raving about wonderful this home is.

Landon and Natalie live in a suburb of Houston with their two daughters and are native Texans. Natalie spent summers in Galveston growing up and loves being able to make those memories with their girls.

Why they chose this property

Our home is only 10-15 minutes from the Seawall. When we were looking for the perfect home we really wanted something that felt like a "getaway" but at the same time was close enough to the action of the city. We also wanted to make sure that it was a private beach so we wouldn't have to fight for our spot on the beach during popular weekends/holidays. Natalie has put an effort into making sure our home is comfy and has accommodations that make you feel at home. We truly appreciate your reviews and comments so we can continue to make improvements that will accommodate our guests.
