Discover Ogunquit Village and the Beach just steps away

This Treasure is a one of a kind located Directly in Ogunquit village. We are just steps away to this incredible town for shopping, ice cream, dining, entertainment and so much more. We are the fourth driveway from the village making this one the closest rental properties to Ogunquit village and the beach, you won't find any property with this much privacy and large yard in town. We are also a very short walk to our amazing and recognized Main beach also voted Best of the Best beach in America by TripAdvisor. Enjoy a short stroll to the Marginal way and follow to Perkins Cove for additional shopping, eateries and boating tours.

Our home/condo is unique from other rentals; we sit 300 feet back from Main Street in a quiet country setting on a private safe drive, but yet a three minute walk to town. We have an amazing large back yard for adults and children to enjoy which is unheard of in town. We offer "The Salty Shack" for your convenience stocked with beach chairs & toys along with a wagon to make your trip to the beach easier. We also can accommodate up four vehicles at Tranquility which is a plus for our in town location, there are options for additional vehicles in town paid parking.

Our off season renters will enjoy the sights & sounds of the seasonal stream that runs in the back of the property, great sleeping to. We also have a Gas fire pit in the backyard to sit around and enjoy and share stories of the day. It is not uncommon to sit on the back deck or patio and hear the tide rolling in.
This property offers three levels of living with a large fourth bedroom on the third floor that has two queen beds a bath along with a nice flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including lobster tools.

One thing is for sure, if you are looking for a perfect location, fun on the beach, no stresses on where to park and convenience to everywhere, this is the spot!

Ogunquit Stay

We stayed for a week with friends. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Owners were very pleasant and easy to get ahold of if needed. If you don’t mind a few steps, the house is wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Huge house a stones throw from all the action

This house was so much bigger than I expected! There were just 4 of us on this trip, two couples, but a party 8 or even 10 would fit comfortably. 4 big bathrooms, all the beds were comfy. And you cannot beat the location. We never had to use our car the entire weekend. We walked everywhere. Downtown shopping and restaurants are a 3 min walk, the Greenery (breakfast) is a 3 min walk in the other direction. We walked down to the beach. And the house was clean and comfy. Loved the gas fireplace and the house was decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

5 Sisters Weekend

Property was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Main Street Ogunquit is alive with inviting shops and wonderful restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed "Tootsie" at the Ogunquit Playhouse. So much talent - the actors, singing, dancing, and writers were equal to any Broadway show I've ever seen. After a day on the town, the condo was perfect - inviting, relaxing, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Fabulous location!

Rich and Cindy were wonderful hosts. Our VBRO was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had a fabulous backyard! But, best of all, its location was just a 5-minute walk to the center of town. Being able to enjoy such beautiful surroundings in such a fun town made this girlfriend's getaway one to remember!

Convenient beautiful home great for families.

Family trip including the kids and grandparents. Excellent location, a 1 minute walk to town. Tons of places to eat and shop. Maybe a 15 minute walk to the beach, but it doesn’t seem that long since you are walking through the Main Street of the town. The house was very large for us - 2 toddlers, 2 adults, and 2 seniors. We had a bedroom to spare. Very Large and spacious. Great little yard in back with a gas fire pit. I would recommend for families with young kids.

Family Vacation

Great property with the best location you can ask for! Feels secluded but is steps away from the downtown area of Ogunquit, easily walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Perfect for a family vacation!

Perfect Location, Beautiful Accommodations

We were looking for a location in Qgunquit for a 3-night stay with friends. The location is perfect...walkable to shops, restaurants, the beach and the beginning of the Marginal Way. While we were only a group of four, the home could easily sleep 10 with 3 1/2 baths. The home is very well maintained with a cozy, nautical theme but most impressive is how they have set everything up so that necessary items are easy to find. We would highly recommend!!

great location

We were 10 of us on a staycation weekend away during Thanksgiving. The property is amazing and the hosts were extremely efficient with communication. I think I would definitely stay at this property again. the only thing is they don't provide linens which can be a hassle for a larger family traveling here but in their defense, they communicate that well in advance and don't charge a cleaning fee. The property is in the heart of the town and walking distance from shops and the beach.

Great family time in Ogunquit

Richard's property in Ogunquit was just perfect for my husband and me, our 2 children and their spouses and a baby granddaughter. Centrally located with a super easy walk to absolutely any place in downtown Ogunquit, the beach, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. The home was just as advertised. More than enough room for the 7 of us with clean and comfortable beds and living and dining furniture. We cooked 2 nights in and found the kitchen to be very well appointed with pans, tools and even spices and condiments. 3 large, modern full baths, again, so comfortable for a large group. A great gas firepit out back with plenty of seating too where we enjoyed late night warm apple crisp! Communication with Richard was effortless with clear instructions and quick turn around of answers to questions. In short, when we return to beautiful Ogunquit we will be looking to Richard's property again for a guaranteed comfortable stay.

60th birthday party

We just loved this property. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. Location Location! Just perfect, we walked to everything. The owners were fantastic. They were in touch with me right up to the day we arrived. The weather wasn’t the greatest so we didn’t get to use the outside space , but it looked great.

Great location, close to everything, but off the street so no noise

The place is right off the main street, but set back so we didn't hear any street noise, etc. Maybe 3 minute walk to coffee shop, shopping, restaurants, etc. We were able to walk to the Marginal Way, walk to the end and back. Close enough that you can run back and drop things off. House was great, clean, well stocked, large table to play games, etc, also basement room with games, etc. Beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with a smoke detector and the owner came in immediately to check it and contact someone. Would go back again!!!

Memorable stay!

Our family vacation in Ogunquit was perfect. Rich & Cindy were wonderful hosts who always responded quickly & thoroughly to any questions or requests we had from time of booking through checkout. The property was beyond our expectations. The house was very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The deck and yard were situated near a wooded area that provided privacy and the sounds of nature, yet it was only a short walk to the hustle and bustle of Main Street and the beach. We highly recommend this property and will be returning.

Quick idyllic getaway in Ogunquit

This house is a gem! It is spacious and well appointed and suited our larger group well. The owners are warm and responsive and made check in and check out a breeze. You can’t beat the location—you’re right in the downtown area and have quick access to the beautiful beaches (our favorite is Footbridge with small children) and picturesque Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. We absolutely loved our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful condo! Very spacious for our family of 9

A wonderful stay in Ogunquit

The unit was perfectly set up for our family of 3 couples and two young girls and was equipped with pretty much everything we could have possibly needed. The location is also superb as we could walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go in Ogunquit. That was important as traffic and parking both made using our car less than ideal. We had no idea that Ogunquit, and the surrounding communities, would be so "touristy". We loved the outdoor deck and the fire pit. The owners, who live next door, gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants in town, as did the neighbors.

Perfect is the best way to describe this home

This rental deserves a 10 star review! Nine of us had plenty of room to enjoy our weekend getaway with three floors and outdoor patio and deck. The home was immaculate, the grounds were pristine and beautiful. The home is located so close to town but hidden away in a private quiet area. We are looking forward to a return visit for sure! The hosts were incredible and so accommodating we couldn’t have asked for anything more!!!

Why they chose this property

This property is second to none only being the fourth driveway from the village, short walking to everywhere.
Many nights on the deck it is not uncommon to hear the peaceful sounds of the tide coming in, or off season hearing the stream running in the back yard.

What makes this property unique

Never having to use your car. many nights listening to the tide from the deck or off season hearing the seasonal stream from the deck or master bedroom
