The living area includes a large TV and access to a screened lanai overlooking the golf course, Old River, and the Intracoastal Waterway. The master suite offers a king bed, premium linens, a large TV, balcony access, and an elegant ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with a quality mattress, soft bedding, and an LCD TV. Guests can enjoy the resort's private Beach Club, accessible by free shuttle, which features a gulf-front pool, restaurant/bar, private bathrooms, and beach access. * If golfing, renters will be required to pay a one-time transfer fee to transfer the golf membership into their party's name, as well as a fee per person, per round cart rental fee (walking is not permitted). • Maximum of 2 adults and 2 minor age children (16 and under). Additional charges apply for other adults.

PLEASE NOTE: Before you can claim the golf package, you will need to contact us with the names of the guests that will be golfing.

** Please note: Lost Key Condos will be conducting work to some of the 2nd floor balconies on each building. There is noise expected with this project due to resurfacing of areas prior to painting those balconies, though no direct affects to this unit in particular. Work is expected to last from mid-September 2024 through mid-October 2024, weather and schedule permitting.
