Perfect accommodations … everything worked! Tv… Internet … communications w management. Shuttle to festival right off Old Mammoth road ! Condo was perfect … a little old …but comfy in every way.
It’s was nice so so clean inside . They we’re painting our side of condo. They had all windows covered for over spay . Would have been vice nothing this ahead of booking. Everyone wants to be able to open there windows after a hike .
This place was the right size for our family. The location isn’t bad and the walking distance to restaurants is a nice perk. The condo is dated. The carpet has previous stains on it which isn’t the most appealing especially for our infant who is starting to crawl. The kitchen supplies were slim. There are the basics but it could use some updated things and it was sparse in what was there. The living room TV was on the smaller side for the size of the room. The bedrooms were a great size with pleanty of linens and extra if needed.
The main issue I had was with the check in. The address was provided to the office to collect the keys. They said there was no closing hours for the office. Unfortunately, we arrived a lot later than expected. The office was closed, however the door was open and the key pick up cabinet was supposed to have our key per instructions. Sadly, there was no key. I had to call the emergency after hours phone number and wait for that person to then contact the property manager. It’s was late (past 11pm) and very cold out, not to mention a infant in the car who was tired and restless. We had to wait for someone to come to bring the get the keys out of the office to give to us. Overall they did not take too long but this was a inconvenience to sit in the car longer after a 6 hour car ride.
Overall for the price the stay was pleasant. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
The place could use a refresh, but well-equipped - except for the microwave. So many blankets, but no extra pillows. Liked the Roku Guest feature that signs you out of your streaming services when you check out. It took a while for the heater to get up to temperature, but then maintained well. Close to Old Mammoth Road so could walk to meals.
The property was close to the shuttle bus, close to restaurants and shopping. Property was clean, accessible, quiet. No issue with the condo, checking in or checking out.
Nice central location with a TON of space and everything needed for a good mammoth trip! Every pot/pan/cooking utensil in the book! A heads up to those who expect their Vrbo to have everything, no spices/foil/etc however my fam is really good about bringing all that in our “mammoth trip box,” so it did not affect our trip one bit! Will be back for sure!

Greetings! During our visit to this condo, my 11 year old son and 68 year old father slipped on the last step of the outdoor staircase. My dad suffered a swollen and bruised knee. I wish I can say that was it, but the next day I slipped at the same location but my outcome is worst. I landed on my back and injured my ribs very badly. Upon our return home, I went to the doctor and had x-rays done. The doctor indicated that I fractured two of my ribs. I have missed a week of work and I am on medication. Recovery time for this injury is 4-6 weeks.
