Nice two bedroom & 2 bath condominium in town near the Sierra Star Golf Course and the shuttle route to the Eagle Lodge Express Ski Lift Area in Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 6. Ground floor unit that is all one level. The primary bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a TV and ensuite private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bathroom is located in the hall. It has a separate sink and shower area. There is a shower/tub combo. The open floor plan living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen sofa sleeper, a woodburning stove, a dining room with seating for 6 and fully equipped kitchen. Access the deck from the sliding glass door by the dining room table. Wifi and cable TV available. There are 2 outside parking spaces available.
Sunshine Village common area features a year-round hot tub, summer time heated pool, a tennis court and a rec room with a billiard table, a ping pong table and video games. In the summer you have access to BBQ areas throughout the complex. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the common area near the office.
