About this property

This renovated 2-bedroom sunlit cottage offers cooling throughout and a large screened sunporch. A quiet street and a short walk to the beaches of Nantucket Sound (only .3 mile away) make this an ideal location. The eat- in kitchen features a dishwasher and a washer/dryer and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. New hardwood floors along with the original knotty- pine walls give you the perfect Cape Cod charm. The spacious backyard has three separate seating areas for eating, grilling, relaxing and gathering around the firepit and a large enclosed outdoor shower. You'll have all you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway.

Special Note for Spring and Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Month of October stay at 37 Beaten Road

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a great location and the wonderful weather added to the pleasure. There was some kind of mechanical noise during the night that didn't happen every night, but we couldn't figure out what it was. Not a huge deal, but slightly annoying.

A perfect cape home!

The house is well stocked, the appliances are new and clean and the yard is truly amazing! We can't wait to come back!
