Nice two rooms on the seafront with south facing 12m2 terrace and stunning 180 ° view of the Lérins Islands to the Esterel Mountains. All rooms overlook the terrace. The building has two entrances, a street side and a sea side. The apartment is on the ground floor from the street side entrance and on the 4th floor from the sea side entrance. It is entirely oriented sea side. Centrally located with easy access walk in 5 minutes to the Old Port and Suquet (historic district) and 10 minutes to the Palais des Festivals, in Cannes, the Forville market and the shopping streets. Many restaurants in the street and on the beach nearby. Ideal for the holidays because very near the beach, you have to descend from the residence to go to the sea. Thermal baths of Cannes (thalassotherapy), 100 meters. This apartment is very comfortable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and for retirees who want to spend a few weeks of winter sun. May also be suitable for families with children as there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Appartement bien situé ou l’on peut tout faire à pied.Pas de garage mais des abonnements possibles dans les parkings qui sont proches à des prix raisonnables.A l’arrivée on peut décharger les bagages dans la cour, ce qui est pratique.
Bel appartement, bien placé, lumineux, très propre, moderne, tout le confort, grand balcon avec vue magnifique, propriétaire affable, très aimable, à notre écoute, nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Un grand Merci!
L'appartement est situé juste en face de la plage avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. Comme il est légèrement en retrait par rapport aux 1ers étages, on ne subit pas trop le bruit de la circulation.
Les prestations sont très correctes, la clim est un réel plus en haute saison.
The pictures and description are exactly like described. Walking distance to all of Cannes activities, restaurants, shops, and literally right across the street from the beach with great beach clubs for daily use.
Detta ställe är tom bättre än annons och bilder! Supersmidig in- och utcheckning, BÄSTA läge, sköna sängar + all nödvändig utrustning för en familj med två barn (8 och 10). Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka!
Well situated apartment in the heart of the beach zone in Cannes
We enjoyed our stay in Cannes.
Pros and cons.
Pros:
The view was top rate. Right out towards the ocean with no obstructions.
The internet was very strong. I held two video calls and it was a bonus to have a solid internet connection.
Water pressure was very nice. It may be a small thing, but having traveled extensively in Europe, not all places have great water pressure. In fact, we had to understand how high to turn on the shower water as the first time we used the shower, the pressure sent water across the room.
Kitchen was well appointed, with plenty of condiments available.
The tile on the floors and walls were nice.
The bed was comfortable.
It was a nice touch to have electrical plug in converters provided.
Cons
There were no English instructions on how to use the stove. We pushed every button on the stove, but could not turn it on. As a result, we were unable to use the stove. The property manager was off for our first two days, so we could not ask her.
It would be nice to have ice cube trays. We improvised by filling plastic leftover dishes with water to make ice.
We were not involved in the Film Festival, yet agreed to the Festival week price of roughly double, the normal rate. Our choice. The consumables were lacking. We had one roll of paper towels and one and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for our 6 day stay. At a 2x rate per night, having to go out and buy our own TP was a bit frustrating.
Parking near the property is non-existent and also frustrating.
We were three adults, we spent a beautiful week. The house clean and complete with every service. The view from the terrace is fantastic and unforgettable! The only small aspect to improve is the sofa bed, it's a double bed, but the mattress can be fine for children, but it's a bit thin for an adult. In any case, we adapted. There is no private parking but there is space to load and unload the car from the luggage. Absolutely recommended.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung lassen fast keine Wünsche übrig - die Aussicht ist phänomenal; der Weg in die Stadt/Bäcker wahlweise über den Bd G. Clemenceau sehr kurz oder über die Strandpromenade sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern als auch der Gardienne des Gebäudes vor Ort war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war tip top sauber bei der Übergabe. Klare Empfehlung!
Einzig und allein die Info, dass die Wohnung keinen Parkplatz hat und wir uns vor Ort um einen Stellplatz kümmern mussten, kam erst auf Nachfrage. Hier kam eine Info über die Tarife des nächstgelegenen Parkplatzes, der jedoch in der Hochsaison Juli/August keine Plätze für Dauerparker vergibt. Wir empfehlen hier das Parkhaus Le Suquet Forville, dass einen kurzen Fußweg über den Hügel von Le Suquet entfernt liegt.
What an absolute gem of an apartment. Extremely comfortable and clean, located in a perfect spot in Cannes. It had all of the amenities we could ask for Thank you to our hosts and to their caretaker, Yolande.
What a view from the balcony, close to good restaurants one step away from the beach. The bed is comfortable. If you have a car, the parking is sometimes hard to find especially during night events. There are 2 parkings available for overnight with walking distance. Overall we had a good experience
