Superb, very SPACIOUS VILLA in the center of Wimereux, 500m from the beach

At the blue anchor is a villa located near rue Carnot and its shops, restaurants and cafes. The house was completely renovated in 2015 with quality materials (new double-glazed frames, double sinks, walk-in showers, spacious garage, etc.).

With a surface area of 135 m² (excluding garage, terrace and garden), your holiday villa consists of two floors and includes:

- on the ground floor: an entrance with WC and cloakroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat screen TV (convertible living room), 1 master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200) and adjoining SDD, a large furnished terrace (facing south-east), a large functional garage of 25 m² with electric door and a utility room.

- upstairs: 1 children's room with bunk beds + a double bed (140 x 200) + a folding baby bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and washing machine, separate WC.

The house is fully equipped with appliances and baby equipment. You benefit from free WIFI throughout the house.

Duvets and pillows are available. However, you should be sure to bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and dish towels.

Abwechslungsreicher Familienurlaub

14 Tage im September konnten wir in Wimereux verbringen und waren vom Ort und der Unterkunft begeistert. Besonders die Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses haben uns gut gefallen. Es ist sowohl modern, als auch gemütlich eingerichtet, wir können es weiter empfehlen, auch wenn es etwas hellhörig ist.

Emplacement parfait

Nous avons récemment séjourné dans cet hébergement et nous sommes absolument ravi de notre expérience. La localisation est idéale : tout est à moins de 5 minutes, que ce soit les commerces, les restaurants ou les attractions principales. C'est extrêmement pratique et cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements. L'hébergement en lui-même est top. Il est non seulement bien aménagé, mais aussi extrêmement bien équipé. Nous voyagions avec un bébé et toutes les commodités nécessaires étaient à notre disposition, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Les équipements pour bébé étaient en parfait état. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit confortable, pratique et bien équipé pour leur séjour. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Traumurlaub

Kurz und knapp: Es war ein rundum traumhafter Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Tolle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und vor Ort, ein traumhaftes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann (besonders auch mit Blick auf kleine Kinder). Supersauber und modern mit tollen Bädern. Perfekte Lage, man erreicht alles, was man benötigt fußläufig. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und waren alle sehr traurig (von den Großeltern bis zum kleinen Sohn), als der Urlaub vorbei war und wir das Haus verlassen mussten.

...wird unser neuer Stützpunkt an der Cote d'Opale...

Wir waren mit sieben Personen für (leider nur) drei Nächte im Haus. Wir können uns allen bisher abgegebenen positiven Bewertungen vollständig anschließen und können da nichts mehr hinzufügen. Ich kenne Wimereux seit fast 35 Jahren. Die Stadt hat sich in dieser Zeit von einem etwas verschlafenen Örtchen zu einem äußerst attraktiven Ziel entwickelt. Nur die grandiose Natur gab es immer schon... Noch etwas zum Haus und zur Lage: Ja, es mag etwas hellhörig sein. Aber das Haus ist groß genug, um damit problemlos umzugehen. Auch die viel erwähnte Bahnstrecke ist da. Aber die Züge sind so leise, dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern absolut nichts hört (Fenster und Bausubstanz sind sehr solide und perfekt schließend). Und selbst bei geöffneten Fenstern ist das absolut nicht störend. Der Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich ist in der Realität sogar noch viel großzügiger, als es auf den Bildern scheint - im hinteren Bereich sogar zweigeschossig bis unters Dach! Sehr schönes Raumgefühl. Selten so ein preis-wertes Feriendomizil gehabt. Vielen Dank auch an Stéphanie für die absolut professionelle und super nette Betreuung vor Ort. Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Logement au calme et à deux pas de tout

Logement spacieux et confortable, situé à proximité des commerces et des restaurants dans une rue calme avec emplacements de parking gratuit. Trois chambres agréables avec literie confortable. Cuisine équipée disposant de vaisselle en suffisance. Seul petit bémol, la maison est froide et pourrait être chauffée avant l'arrivée, d'autant plus que la chaleur migre vers les chambres. Propriétaire réactif aux messages.

Winterurlaub am Meer

Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 1 Hund. Für Kinder wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Hochstuhl, sehr viel entsprechendes Geschirr, Spielzeug, Schutznetz und vieles mehr. Zum Kochen alles vorhanden, Messer, Pfannen, Töpfe, Gläser, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Ein paar zusätzliche Schüsseln wären nicht schlecht. Insgesamt gut geeignet, allerdings sehr hellhörig, vor allem, da an den Zimmern keine wirklichen Türen sind und man jeden Schritt hört. Eine für uns große Überraschung war, dass in dem Inserat keine zusätzlichen Nebenkosten erwähnt werden, aber Wasser und Elektrizität nach Verbrauch abgerechnet werden. Da auch die Heizung elektrisch ist, bin ich auf die Abrechnung gespannt. Warum steht das nicht im Inserat? Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, die Garage auch für ein großes Auto geeignet und die anderen Autos konnten meist problemlos in der Straße kostenlos geparkt werden. Wer keine Probleme mit der Hellhörigkeit hat und weiß, dass Nebenkosten anfallen, kann dort sehr gut Urlaub machen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, allerdings muss man Bettwäsche in für Deutschland ungewöhnlichen Maßen und Handtücher mitbringen. Putzmittel sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Maison sympa proche du centre

Maison très propre, bien agencée, bien équipée. Dans une rue calme proche du centre, et des commerces et des restaurants à 3 min à pied, la digue à 10 min. Garage et animaux admis, c'est un plus. Grande cours close à l'arrière, pour profiter du soleil quand il y en a... On y retournera si l'occasion se présente....

Sehr zufrieden

Haus ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Lage. Bäckerei, Metzger, Supermarkt und viele kleine Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso der Strand. Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch an kleine Gäste wird mit Besteck, Geschirr und kleinem Tisch mit zwei Stühlen gedacht. Wir waren mit 5 Personen im Haus und zwei Hunden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kommen gerne wieder! Außenbereich mit Grill. Die Bahnlinie führt hinter dem Haus vorbei. Hat aber nicht gestört. War auch nicht laut.

Excellent!

Das Haus von Herrn Favresse in Wimereux ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir waren für einen Kurztrip (Freitag-Sonntag) mit insgesamt 8 Personen und einem kleinen Hund dort. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sauber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Einzige, was man unbedingt beachten sollte, ist das chlorhaltige Wasser. Also bitte an Trinkwasser denken, welches man benötigt, um Kaffee, Nudeln oder anderes zu kochen. Dies ist aber keine Einschränkung für den Komfort des Hauses und bedarf einfach nur des Wissens, dass daran gedacht werden sollte. Es waren vier Kinder, im Alter von 2-7 Jahre dabei und sie fühlten sich genau so wohl wie wir. Das Kinderzimmer oben verfügt über vier Schlafplätze und ist mit einigem an Spielzeug ausgestattet, so dass keine Langeweile aufgekommen wäre. Ein TV, sowie ein DVD Player sind ebenfalls vorhanden und könnten bei schlechtem Wetter die Zeit vertreiben. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten somit auch einen tollen Spaziergang am Strand von Wimereux machen, der wirklich wunderschön ist. In nur drei Minuten, erreicht man zu Fuß die Ortschaft, die über einen Express Carrefour verfügt, in dem man alles kaufen kann, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Viele Cafés, Restaurants und diverse Deko/Kleidungsläden gibt es ebenso und laden zum Verweilen ein. Unser Ziel, das Nausicaá in Boulogne zu besuchen, war erfolgreich. In 15-20 Minuten waren wir vor Ort. Top! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für dieses schöne Zuhause auf Zeit.

Villa à Wimereux

Villa très agréable. Très spacieuse, claire, bien aérée et confortable. On s'y sent bien ! Excellents contacts avec le proprio. Literie, impeccable, cuisine plus qu'équipée, grande terrasse calme, complète. Nous n'en avons pas eu besoin, mais tout est prévu pour les bébés et enfants en bas âges. Grand garage, parking aisé aux alentours. On est proche des commerces et de la plage. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine
