Zeer mooie vakantiewoning

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning voorzien van alle comfort. Beschrijving komt overeen met realiteit. Mooi zwembad en groot terras rondom het zwembad. Voldoende schaduwruimtes. Zeer rustige ligging. Ongeveer 4 km van het centrum van Pernes-Les-Fontaines waar goede bakkers zijn. Dichtsbijgelegen supermarkten in Carpentras (ca 8 km). Maar ondanks deze 2 minpuntjes toch een zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Zeer goede incheckprocedure en ontvangst. Minpunten: we verbleven er tijdens een hittegolf zodat het binnen vrij warm werd. Kamers waren een beetje koel te houden dankzij de vele ventilatoren beschikbaar in het huis (geen airco) en het dichthouden van de luiken. Leefruimte moeilijker koel te houden. Wifi was ook niet zeer sterk, in de slaapkamers was er geen goed bereik.

Logement conforme à la description. Belle villa très spacieuse, bien équipée et au calme. Belle piscine. Bon contact avec la conciergerie. Dommage qu'il n'y ait que 5 transats pour une location pour 10 personnes.

Superbe villa provençale

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette villa. Elle est magnifique, à la fois au calme et pas très loin de Pernes avec tous les commerces. La maison est conforme aux photos et elle est très bien équipée avec plein d’objets déco c’est très rare pour une location ! Rien ne manque et on se sent très vite comme chez soi. La conciergerie est un vrai plus, très sympa et réactive en cas de problème et/ou de questions et suggestions de visites. Et oui il n’y a pas la clim, on le savait et honnêtement ce n’était pas gênant pour nous on a pu conserver une température agréable a l’intérieur avec les nombreux ventilateurs. C’est vrai que nous avons eu de la chance car nous avons eu un super temps sans connaître les températures extrêmes de cet été (42 ou 43 degrés) On reviendra c’est certain et probablement dès l’été prochain !!

Bel endroit de villégiature très bien équipé

Que ce soit en extérieur ou en intérieur la maison est très agréable, et surtout très bien équipée pour cuisiner et se reposer, nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur ( pas de climatisation - nous respectons le choix) mais les conditions étaient particulièrement caniculaires ! La conciergerie est particulièrement efficace, sympathique et réactive. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Pernes les fontaines

This was the perfect house for our family of 6 adults to spend a peaceful week relaxing. A large swimming pool for pool games and numerous comfortable seating areas both in the shade and sun for relaxing. All the essential items such as washing up liquid, bin bags, spices etc were provided. Spacious house with comfortable beds. Excellent clear communication with David the concierge. We would definitely recommend this house.

An excellent week

This is a great property for a family holiday. We had 2 families (9 people) and it housed us comfortably. The house is furnished to a fairly high spec (bare in mind if you have young children that there are plenty of breakable ornaments) with a well equipped kitchen - we ate in every night due to covid. The pool area is great with plenty of seating, and shade if you want it. The bedrooms were a nice size and all equipped with fans which, given the temperature in the summer, is a must. David, who dealt with our stay while we were there, was really helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Topvakantie

In het algemeen toplocatie: bezoek aan waves island & mont ventoux zijn vlakbij. Woning is afgelegen wat privesfeer versterkt, leuk voor feestje te maken onder vrienden. Spijtige aan de woning is het ontbreken van Airco maar in het algemeen was dit enkel voor de eerste dag een probleem. Na 1 nacht alles open was het huis terug ok qua temperatuur. Paar kleine gebrekjes ( door vorige huurders?) maar die werden direct opgelost door host David. Absolute aanrader!

Très bon séjour entre amis avec des ados

Très belle villa, décorer avec beaucoup de goût, les hôtes font en sorte que l' on se sent comme a la maison, villa très bien équipée, soucis du détail. Villa spacieuse, différents espaces de détente permettant chacun d'avoir des espaces de liberté ( deux salons a l'extérieur, espace bar, salon séjour, mezzanine, grande cuisine, nous étions 10 et très a l'aise. Le pool house est également vraiment agreable. Attention par contre avec de jeunes enfants a l'étage, garde corps en câble pas très "secure ".

Encore mieux que la première fois

Deuxième séjour de notre part, confirmant tout le bien que le premier séjour nous avait laissé. L'équipement de la villa est encore plus complet et permet véritablement de se sentir comme chez soi dès les premiers instants. La proximité de la piscine est un véritable avantage et nous en avons pleinement profité. Les différents services fournis par le service de conciergerie et leur réactivité sont vraiment appréciables.

Exceptionnel

Propriété d exception decoree avec gout. C est simple il ne manque rien. La salle de sport est tres appréciable par ailleurs. Nous avons passe une magnifique semaine en famille et avec nos amis dans un environnement époustouflant. Un grand merci a nos hotes au petit soin pour nous durant tout le sejour !

Summer holiday August 2020

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the villa and everything was perfect. The villa is beautifully decorated, in excellent condition and just a perfect place to relax and do nothing! Anne's communication with us was excellent as was David's local knowledge and help on site. I can not fault a single thing. We will be back. Many thanks.

Excellent séjour ! La maison est magnifique, moderne et bien équipée.Le coin piscine avec ses différents salons permet d’en profiter en famille . On y dort très bien car il n’y a ni voisin ni voiture . Surtout , nous avons été très bien accueilli par David . Nous le remercions pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Le paradis sur terre

Cette maison est magnifique. Tout y est pour que l'on se sente chez soi. Rien ne manque si ce n'est la climatisation. La piscine est parfaite avec sa cuisine d'été. David, le concierge est très à l'écoute et s'occupe de tout et si problème il y a, il est résolu au plus vite. La propriétaire est aux petits soins également pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Très joli village aussi. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.... À recommander à 100%.

Propriété agréable et pratique avec des enfants

Globalement séjour très réussi avec une maison très agréable et une conciergerie réactive et efficace. Quelques petites critiques constructives: En tout début de séjour la canicule nous a fait réaliser qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation, après les fortes chaleurs ça allait beaucoup mieux , Le trampoline n’avait pas de protection mais il a été démonté dès que nous nous en sommes inquiété. Le système d’alarme de la piscine est « réglementaire « mais absolument pas fiable donc attention aux enfants ne sachant pas nager. Ceci étant nous avons passé un excellent séjour ; la maison étant isolée les enfants ont pu s’ébattre en toute liberté sans déranger personne.

La maison est très agréable, moderne à l’intérieur et le jardin est joli. La cuisine est très sympa. Seul bémol, elle est un peu éloignée du centre-ville.

Super séjour dans un très belle maison avec un accueil, un service impeccable et une disponibilité de la part de la "Conciergerie Occitane". Ce fut de réelles vacances. La région regorge d'activités et de visites à effectuer. Le seul petit bémol est la qualité du WIFI.

Vacances à Pernes Les Fontaines

Belle propriété, bien située pour visiter aux alentours (Avignon, Isles sur la Sorgue, Nimes, Pont du Gard, Montpellier...) Maison accueillante et bien équipée, super piscine, grande et chauffée. Point négatif : l’absence de climatisation car la température à l’intérieur de la maison était suffocante (nous y étions au moment de la canicule), des ventilateurs étaient présents dans chaque pièce mais ce n’était pas suffisant. Environnement très calme.Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille.

Villa très accueillante dès notre arrivée

Cette villa correspondait vraiment à nos attentes. Elle est conforme aux photos vues sur le site. Très belle propriété, très bien entretenue, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. La literie est parfaite.La piscine chauffée est vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. L’environnement est très calme sans être vraiment isolé. Cette villa est vraiment à découvrir. Idéale pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons passé de très bonnes et belles vacances.

Au-delà de nos espérances

Nous revenons d'une semaine de vacances dans cette villa. Photos tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Villa super bien équipée et très confortable. Rapport qualité prix tout à fait appréciable. Seul point possible d'amélioration: mettre à disposition davantage de mobilier (canapés) sur la terrasse. Hyper bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Support de tous les instants d'un représentant de la conciergerie qui s'occupe de la gestion quotidienne de cette location.

Magnifique

2ème séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Le + par rapport à l’année passée, c’est une véritable suite parentale avec dressing et salle de douche/WC spacieuse. Les matins frais c’est un délice de plonger dans une piscine chauffée à 30 C°. Les champs de coquelicots sont une vraie merveille au mois de mai ! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. A réitérer
