South-facing location with sunshine from dawn, however, note passing the railway behind the property.

Nice vacation
We had a nice vaction in the house. It was big so we had enough space for everyone :) The home owner was very nice. Overall a good place to spend your vacation.

Great Base
Great base to enjoy the local area and further. We enjoyed visiting Carcassonne Castle, Port Leucate, Cap D'Age and Perpignan. House was clean and Henri and Patricia made it easy to relax. Thanks again

Vacances a la campagne
Henri et sa femme nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans leur jolie maison qui correspond tout a fait a la description. Et meme plus encore, rien ne manque. Henri et sa femme ont pensé a tout! Nous n'avons jamais loué une maiqon si bien équipée (bouée pour la piscine, jeux d'extérieur et de société, livres, equipement bb...) La literie est top, nous avons tres bien dormis. La maison et le jardin sont soignés et bien entretenus.La propriété etant entourée de champs, nous avons apprécié le calme et la sérénité. Ce sont d'excellents hôtes, disponibles et prevenants. Nous conseillons a 100% cette location qui allie le calme et la proximité de toutes les belles choses a voir dans cette magnifique région. Encore merci a vous deux, nous sommes partis avec pleins de beaux souvenirs.

Heel aangenaam verblijf ! Zeer rustig, mooi zwembad, leuke vintage kamers en heel erg discrete eigenaars. Zeer leuk huis voor met kinderen en hond. Dichtbij de belangrijkste steden gelegen, Een echte aanrader !

Très belles vacances
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à Lézignan-Corbières! La maison est très bien située pour visiter les environs. La piscine a seduit petits et grands et la terrasse ombragée nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur! Certes le train est là, mais n'est pas dérangeant... Les propriétaires sont très gentils et discrets! Je recommande!

Excellent accommodation for families
We based ourselves at this beautiful old house on the outskirts of a small town to explore the area. It is ideal for visits to Carcassonne, Perpignan, Narbonne, Beziers and also handy to train services to Barcelona. The swimming pool was a huge hit with everyone, especially as the temperatures were reaching the low 40s.. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Sehr nettes Gastgeberpaar. Sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Entspannte und gemütliche Übernahme, Nutzung und Rückgabe. Pool und Umgebung laufend gereinigt und in Schuss gehalten Hübsches Haus, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Garten leider ohne Rasen. Garten Zimmer eher für 6 Personen als 8 Personen geeignet (1 Zimmer nur über ein anderes zugänglich) Geräuschkulisse der Zuglinie hat nicht gestört.

Nous étions 6. La maison est tout a fait adapté pour accueillir 6 personnes. La piscine est au top. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et bienveillants. (Nettoyage contour piscine tous les jours ...) Le jardin clôturé pour la chienne. Barbecue et transat extérieur. Le train passe très proche, mais rien de dérangeant, les cigales faisaient plus de bruit que le train ;) nous recommandons si vous souhaitez être au calme. Merci a Mr et Mme cano.

Een rustig gelegen en aangenaam vakantiehuis
Vakantiehuis is zeer rustig gelegen, maar toch een veilig gevoel. Een aangenaam zwembad!! Zeer correcte eigenaar. Iets meer bestek wel te voorzien, is zelfs voor 6 personen aan de lage kant. Vernieuwing van een deel van het buitenmeubilair zou het buitencomfort verbeteren. Wij hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad in het verbliljf, ook een goede startlokatie om uitstappen te doen! Voor de 2 honden ook perfect, tuin is helemaal afgesloten en toch genoeg ruimte voor hen!!!

Lovely gite, convenient base for the region
Thank you Henri, we had a lovely time. The gite is well set up with a nice farmhouse feel. It is convenient for L-C and for getting around the entire region given proximity to shops and a key motorway junction not so far away. The top thing is the feeling of privacy. Thank you.

Bien situé!
Pour nous avec des enfants environ vingt ans il y a beaucoup à faire. La mer, shopping, restaurants l'histoire. Á la maison; piscine, relax l'hombre. Pas des problem avec le train! Le garde manger n'était pas vide et un bouteille de vin nous attendait. C'est appriécié! Monsieur et madamme Cano sont tres aimables. nous sommes très contents!

Great house very tranquil!
Wonderful house very spacious and everything you need. The garden is perfect as it is all enclosed and lots of place to sit sun or shade. Amenities are very close by but you are completely out of town looking over the fields. Henri & Patricia were very helpful. Would 100% go back!

Maison spacieuse dans un environement calme (le passage du train à proximité est plutôt discret). Chambres spacieuses (mais pas très isolées pour le bruit). Pas de voisins à déranger, mais centre ville et magasins accessibles à pied. Aménagements extérieures très agréables, terrasse à l'ombre, belle piscine, parking, ... Les propriétaires sont très gentils, à disposition en cas de besoin, tout en restant discrets. Nos vacances entre amis (7) se sont très bien passées. Merci ! :-)

Merci pour ces beaux souvenirs !
Nous avons passé un Noël parfait dans cette jolie maison confortable, bien équipée et idéalement située : pas loin des commerces, du centre ville, mais au calme à la campagne. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles, ce qui est bien appréciable. C'est un endroit idéal pour la famille, dans une région connue pour sa beauté et son art de vivre. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Très bon séjour
Un séjour très agréable dans une maison fonctionnelle et bénéficiant de tout le confort possible. Des chambres spacieuses bien agencées et joliment décorées. Côté extérieur, un coin à l'ombre permet de prendre l'essentiel des repas ou se relaxer. Le gros plus est la piscine où se sont régalés les enfants. Nous étions deux couples avec respectivement 2 et 3 enfants, la maison était parfaite pour tous nous accueillir. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement accueillants, disponibles tout en restant très discrets. Passage du train à proximité mais fréquence très supportable.
