Excellent appartement duplex

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce très bel appartement où la propriétaire a pensé à tout pour notre plus grand confort. Il est spacieux, très propre avec deux chambres à l'étage, très bonne literie. La pièce principale est claire et bien aménagée avec des meubles modernes et confortables. La vaisselle est en quantité ainsi que les appareils. On se sent très bien dans cet appartement très coquet et situé en face de l'océan...Nous avons eu trois jours de beau temps sur cinq, week-end de Pâques. Merci

Appartement top!

Appartement bien situé, lieu calme, proche océan et commerces, tout ce fait à pied, vous pouvez laisser la voiture au parking. Appartement très bien entretenu et bien pensé, bon équipements avec tout ce qui faut pour un bébé, et pour les plus grands plein de jeux de sociétés de tous âges. Accueil par la gérante top avec tout ce qui faut comme explications pour arriver ainsi que les consignes pour le départ. On le recommande !…

Tolles und gemütliches Appartment am Strand mit Schwimmbad

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Toll ist auch die Waschmaschine im Bad. Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie Balkon bieten ausreichend Platz zum Essen und gemütlichen Verweilen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool einfach wunderbar zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen. Eine sehr gute Surfschule befindet sich im selben Gebäude. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Austausch mit der Gastgeberin war immer schnell und perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super dicht am Strand in belebten Ferienort

Masionette Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind oben. Zum Strand musste man nur noch über die Düne, also super dicht. Ins Dorfzentrum waren es ca. 5 min. Dort war gerade Abends einiges los.

Très beau séjour.

Appartement très agréable, tant dans son agencement (duplex), de ses équipements (manque juste un four). Un balcon appréciable avec vue sur piscine. La résidence est proche de toutes les commodités (plage, commerces, restaurants,...). Seul petit bémol, la pression de la douche n'est pas suffisante, mais cela reste un détail. Merci à la propriétaire pour la facilité d'échange et d'explication. Je réserverai à nouveau et même proposé à des proches.

Bel appartement près de la plage

Bel appartement propre, bien decoré, confortable et bien équipé ou l'on se sent bien. 2 belles chambres à l'étage et une terrasse qui doit être très agréable lorsqu'il fait bon. Ouvrants (porte fenêtre, velux) laissent passer de l'air en hiver, ais le chauffage compense. Je recommande ce logement qui est conforme aux photos. Petit plus: un accueil au top par la gestionnaire de l'appartement. Merci à elle

Logement agréable et fonctionnel, à quelques pas de la plage. Nous avons été surpris par le calme de l'appartement malgré les restaurants et club à proximité. Pas de bruit. Je le recommande.

Gute Unterkunft in toller Lage

Sehr ordentliche Anlage mit allem was man braucht. Perfekte Lage in erster Strandreihe, Komfortabel durch Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl, leichtes Manko ist das fehlende WLan und die Belüftung der oben liegenden Schlafräume.

Appartement très bien situé proche de l'océan, dune pilat, arcachon... à proximité. Pas de bruit, à voir en haute saison. Très propre, très bien équipé, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Parking doit être très pratique en haute saison. On recommande.

Propre mais quelques éléments à changer ou réparer

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce logement bien qu'on le trouve un peu cher par rapport aux prix de saison affichés à la réception qui ne correspondaient pas à celui de notre semaine. Les points à changer/réparer: - lunette des WC; - tiroir sous le lavabo; - mobilier de terrasse (rouillé) - L'aspirateur qui aspirait très mal.. - La nappe de la table à manger est désuète et ne donnait pas envie de s'attabler. - La piscine ne m'a pas parue chauffée contrairement aux dires de l'agent; - prix de la laverie excessif pour une seule machine mal entretenue qui plus est. Ce service devrait être inclus compte tenu du prix. Mis à part ça, l'appartement était douillet, calme, propre, très bien équipé et avec goût, la vue conforme à nos attentes, les éléments mis à notre disposition en nombre suffisant et de bonne qualité. Le personnel est sympathique (surtout à la réception, une dame adorable a scanné pour moi des documents) mais je trouve anormal de ne pas avoir effectué l'état des lieux à l'entrée et à la sortie. L'emplacement était top et l'établissement en lui-même est super.

Appartment in sehr guter Lage!

Lage top, Ausstattung grds. super, aufmerksame Betreuung Leider hatte die FeWo keine Klima. Damit musste das Fenster geöffnet bleiben und dabei nervte insbesondere in der Nacht das durchgängige Dröhnen der Hauslüftungsanlage!

Trets confortable Idéalement situé

Excellent séjour en famille dans ce très confortable appartement, au calme, dans une résidence située à 50 m de l'océan et à 5 minutes à pied de tous les commerces. Nous avons profité des plages (océan et lac), des balades à vélo. La dune du Pila et Arcachon sont à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Nous avons également apprécié la place de parking dans la résidence qui est comprise dans le prix ainsi que le ménage. Très bon accueil sur place. Notre seul regret, que notre séjour n'ai duré qu'une semaine.
