Serene Desert Oasis with Heated Pool, Hot Tub, & Fire Pit

Welcome home to one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Located in NE Scottsdale, between two premier golf courses, TPC Scottsdale and Troon North, with easy access to hiking at Sonoran Mountain Reserve and the charming nightlife of Market St, this home’s location can’t be beat. While numerous restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance, and many more just a short drive away, the home is situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood; your sanctuary in the city. Mature trees offer privacy from the neighbors while wall to wall windows invite the outside in.

Spend your days relaxing by the brand new pool, spa, and outdoor lounge areas and when evening comes, take advantage of the Weber BBQ to grill your favorite meats and veggies and dine under the stars. Toast s’mores with your little ones by the fire pit and watch them run and play in the grassy side yard.

Chef's kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to cook your favorite meals including an array of spices, extra paper towels, and All Clad cookware. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared for you: from the coffee and tea station to the baby package which includes high chair, bibs, and pack n' play. We also have pool floaties and children’s life vests available for use.

During downtime, enjoy the collection of art and antiques displayed throughout the home that have been curated from around the world. At bedtime slip into your cozy bed dressed in white linens with down and down alternative pillows chosen with your comfort in mind. Spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed and two additional guest bedrooms have Queen sized beds. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion have been provided for your convenience.

Please note: the pool is heated using a heat pump system and is unable to be heated when nighttime temperatures fall below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This typically happens during the months of November, December, and January. The pool also has a cooling system, and during the hot summer months of July, August, and September, when many pools are too hot in Arizona, our pool provides relief from the heat as we are able to keep the temperature pleasant. There is no extra fee to heat or cool the pool.

The hot tub and fire pit are fully available for year round enjoyment.

Sunshine!!

We stayed for a week and loved the property. The bed was comfortable, the house has a nice layout, and the pool was phenomenal. Definitely recommend and will stay here in the future!

Arizona Perfection

Beautiful North Scottsdale Location , with the most perfect home and back yard. We could not have had a more relaxing time. Beds were comfortable, home was perfectly clean and relaxing, and the back yard was picture perfect. I would love to rent this place again. We are from Canada, and we spent every moment outside and in that beautiful heated pool ( it was perfect for day and night swims ) :)

Great Stay

Greatly enjoyed our 40 day stay at the property. Everything was as advertised and no surprises. The location was great for walking in the mornings, close to many restaurants, local shopping and golf courses. We loved the backyard with the beautiful pool, fire pit, and hot tub. The beautiful interior of the home just made the complete stay a full 10 rating. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Beautifully appointed home

This was our second time staying at this property. We loved it so much the first time that we came back, and we will be going back again in the future. Great location, beautiful backyard and comfy beds. All the things that I look for in a rental property. Hosts are really wonderful to work with. 5 stars all the way!

Just simply amazing!!!

Great place to stay to unwind. The backyard is amazing to just chill or work. Sun and shade as you wish and very comfortable patio furniture. It’s spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Very clean. Communication with owners /managers was easy and they were very responsive. Great place to stay! We’ll be back again!

We loved staying at this stunning home. The worries of the the outside world melted away as we enjoyed the beautiful patio, pool, waterfall and fire pit outside. Delightful home & location

We were displaced from our home in FL due to hurricane Irma. We’re visiting out west and just decided to stay in Scottsdale until we could learn more about storm damage back home. Booked this home and it proved to be the perfect place to regroup … lovely pool backyard, beautiful interiors with amazing art & book collection and comfortable high end furnishings & beds. Felt like home. Highly recommend!!

Stop looking! This is just the BEST place!!!!!!

The property is just amazing! Very quiet neighborhood. The backyard is simply paradise and where we spent all of our time. The kitchen has everything you need and the house is very clean. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We had a great experience and we just hope that the property will be available the next time we are in Scottsdale! We only have high praises for this place.

One of the best VRBO properties we have rented

This property is very clean, comfortable, and well-managed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We made good use of the pool, fire pit, and grill during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the outdoor space is private and inviting. We highly recommend this rental property.

THE BEST vacation rental ever

We were absolutely blown away with this property. The home was impeccable. All interior rooms were designed beautifully. We truly cannot say enough good things about the property. In fact, my family wanted to purchase the property to live in. We had our best family vaction. The backyard is the best oasis and is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Scottsdale. The location was great, only 0.5 miles to Starbucks, Walgreens, and great pizza place. We plan on coming back again next year!!

Great North Scottsdale Home in Beautiful Area

Pinnacle Vacation!

Such a terrific place to stay and memories made that will last a lifetime. We spent a lot of time just hanging out at “home” because it was such a relaxing atmosphere. Convenient location to hit Pinnacle Peak Hike, water slides, Cave Creek for bull riding, Grand Canyon, Sonoran Desert! Just AWESOME!!

Loved this house and location!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this house. It was one of the best stocked VRBO homes I’ve ever rented. We spent many hours on the back patio in the sun and under umbrellas. The landscaping is beautiful. We were lucky to see the prickly pear cactuses in bloom and the property even has a couple saguaro cacti! The pool was refreshing and was fine not being heated since it was unseasonable warm during our stay. The location is lovely and you feel like you are in the desert vs in the city. It’s quiet and a beautiful area to walk around. We liked the convenience of AJ’s fine foods, Starbucks and the McDowell Sonoran Preserve which was a beautiful place to hike. Just one thing the house could use - plastic cups to use out at the pool. The only ones we found were tiny but would be perfect for little kids. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!!

Great location

The house had an open and airy environment with great natural lighting. Wonderful neighborhood with tremendous access to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Friendly neighbors . We stayed for two months and would convey to those long term that mail cannot be received at the property nor can access to the garage which was not a problem for winter and spring renters but could be a problem in the hot summer months with a vehicle. Grill and back yard was adequate. Very small non heated pool but really didn’t use it in February and March as temperature was not high enough to use. Regardless, my wife and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Scottsdale Gem

I rented this home for my moms hip replacement recovery. Awesome location and functionality! Walk in shower and plenty of room to enjoy the great view of the mountains from the back wall of windows ! Everything we needed to cook and relax has been thought of ! Bonus was the eclectic and a curated art,photography and book collections. Plenty of room easily for 6 people to all have their own space. Beds were super comfortable and great pillows! :) Full expansive kitchen was perfect for all the cooking I needed to do! Neighborhood is higher end and safe for walking as well as walkable to shopping center a few blocks away. Can’t say enough good things and host was super helpful and on top of messaging back right away! The little dipping pool is perfect to cool off and the patio area was charming !

Great house and location

My two adult sons and I spent Christmas in Scottsdale to get away from the Oregon rain. The weather was perfect and the house was close to great hikes and wonderful restaurants. The beds were too firm but other than that the house was amazing.

Expensive needs a few repairs

The property interior is decorated very nicely. The beds are very comfortable. The location is wonderful! Issues not so good. The hot water for showers takes forever to heat. The outdoor beautiful back yard is dark , light bulbs need replacing and lighting in the back yard. The bbq cooking area was dark at night. The garage was unavailable to park a car. When the heat is 102 not good for your car to get out of the sun and heat. Certain appliances were not functioning properly. The front door lock needed a new battery we were locked out a few times had to keep entering code but a maintenance man came and fixed. Overall it could be really nice with repairs. we stayed a month made it work.

Enjoyable family retreat

My family of 5 enjoyed the property. The backyard is really nice and the interior is nicely decorated, spacious and open. We cooked most meals at home and loved using the kitchen, which is modern and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet, but nearby a lot of great restaurants. My kids loved walking around outside and seeing the wildlife! We had two issues with the property- one minor (master bedroom wasn’t cleaned) and one that was bigger (AC was broken on the bedroom side of the house when we arrived, which is not good when it’s 105 outside!). The property manager was very responsive and handled both issues quickly, which we appreciated very much. We would definitely stay again!
